Welcome to Unite Gym, my name is Ali Colvin. I am a trainer and coordinator of Unite Gym. I am a certified level 4 personal trainer and I am a qualified sports nutritionist, as well as hold many other fitness related qualifications. Unite Gym is a Nonprofit Organization that comes under the banner of Coaching 4 Christ: a local ministry involved in transforming lives and communities to those we reach. We offer a wide variety of community fitness programs from boot camp classes specifically for males and females, pilates, stretching classes, running programs, workout plans, and working with the local schools in the area to promote a healthy lifestyle. We have a fully equipped gym and welcome you through our doors to be part of the family.

Fantastic experience: Relaxed,not too crowded.all machinery wiped down between clients. Coffee machine,drinks fridge, protein bars. Spacious

Fantastic experience: A lovely clean, friendly, welcoming gym. I really enjoy going there. Would recommend this gym. It has a good range of equipment both downstairs and upstairs. Also different classes available which I haven't used yet so cannot comment.

Fantastic experience: I'm sure by now you see I give every place I go 5 star rating lol. Unite gym is excellent facility in middle of ahoghill village. There are all the machines you need an a large range of fitness classes. A boxing class has recently started run by Steven Young. I would highly recommend this class for fitness, steven who takes the class is an excellent technical coach!!!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with everything you need to get a solid workout in. Done a weights workout with pad work to cool down and everyone was welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend!
