Fantastic experience: We don't live in Aberdeen but come here every summer to see my parents. I have an Aerial Academy in Dubai and couldn't recommend Inverted Aberdeen more. My daughter has had private lessons with Grace and Rachel and both of them are amazing instructors. I feel so lucky to have somewhere so amazing for my daughter to train in Aberdeen. The whole team are super helpful and answer any queries really quickly. Aberdeen aerialists, you are very lucky. If you haven't already I recommend you pay them a visit!

I have pretty much zero dance background or any flexibility and yet starting classes here is one of the most empowering and exciting things I’ve done! Never expected to get so obsessed, I absolutely love it here. I would 100% recommend trying one of the classes even if you’re a bit unsure ♥️x

Fantastic experience: The instructors are great. I have been on 3 different classes since I started visiting the studio and every instructor was super nice and helpful. The studio offers a lot of different classes, The community in the classes is very supportive.

Fantastic experience: LOVE inverted! I did my first "introduction to aerials" class a year ago and since then I've been to silks, trapeze, hoop and pole classes. I've been training a few mornings a week at their open sessions before work. I've also started doing arm balance classes on Sundays too, I'm making such quick progress! The community is phenomenal, super supportive. And the instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Everyone should try out circus!

Fantastic experience: Inverted is one of my favourite places! They're so welcoming, I already feel like one of the family! With so many classes to choose from, there is something for everyone. I highly recommend giving it a go, but beware of how addicting it becomes!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. I have been going to inverted for about 4 weeks now. The first week I started with arials silks and trapeze, and now I am doing acrobats as well. Fantastic experience: Inverted is so friendly and welcoming, which is so important, if like me you're not confident at exercise classes. I have made new friends and definitely have a new hobby for life. I would recommend this place to everyone, I don't have a lot of strength, but Inverted caters for all levels and abilities.

There is something for everyone whether you are super sporty or have never been to a gym before! The atmosphere is friendly yet professional and will push you to do things you never before thought you could!
