Fantastic experience: After a break to my wrist in February I had a miserable year of inactivity and pain until Alice worked her magic and after regular treatment I am looking forward to a New Year and getting my old life back. I would say, don't hesitate to seek her help.

Fantastic experience: Alice, at Achieve Health Solihull has been amazing! She is hugely knowledgeable and explained exactly what my issues were and how we could correct them. Her hands on approach (she's very strong) and home exercises have helped me rehab several problems including tennis elbow and hip pain. She was also able to help get me back to normal in just 5 weeks after having two fractured ribs. I can't thank Alice enough and will continue to see her on a preventative basis going forward.

Fantastic experience: I split my visits to see Lizzie here or with Combat Centre. The difference between the two is a far more plush building and waiting area in The High Street. Fortunatley the high standard of physio remains the same throughout. Over the years, with a variety of different injuries, i have always turned to Achieve for physio to ease and eventually correct any issues. It therefore, goes without saying, that i highly recommend Ricky and his team at Acheive.

Fantastic experience: Went to Lizzie with a long term muscle issue in my back causing issues with mobility and gym. Within a few weeks treatment and advice it was 100% better! She’s excellent! Just remember to keep up your post treatment preventative exercises.

She’s easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I have also had a biomechanical assessment with Alice who was great in diagnosing and advising on the discomfort I can have when walking. She’s very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the background behind it. Chloe then followed up with exercises and other recommendations which have helped a lot. Highly recommend both

Fantastic experience: In December I had pulled a muscle in my lower back quite badly, by February I was still in a lot of pain and unable to carry out day to day activities. I was unable to sleep, sit down, play golf and I had to stop the gym, I couldn’t even put my socks on. After only two appointments with Andrew Magnus-George I was moving a lot more freely and the pain levels had seriously decreased. Andy is a great guy, easy to talk to, he explains to you what the issue is so you can understand the mechanics behind it, he was thorough when asking questions about the initial injury and went through a range of motion to detect where the pain was originating from. Fast forward to march and I’m sleeping, sitting without any pain and I’m playing golf again. I want to make sure my back is strong enough before I return to the gym but that is what we are working on now with some exercises. My advice is don’t waste time trying to fix it yourself. I spent months googling the lower back anatomy but it was a waste of time, go and see someone who knows what they are talking about. I can’t praise Andrew enough for his help

Fantastic experience: Been seeing Alice for a few months now, been a massive help on the road to recovery.

Fantastic experience: After two appointments with Greg, he had found the issue and started me on an exercise plan. Greg went as far as to make adjustments to the stretches to make them as comfortable and effective as possible. Despite only having two appointments, the pain and discomfort I've had for years has finally started to ease.

Fantastic experience: I saw Alice at Achieve due to having some mobility issues. I went in as I was struggling to perform certain gym movements due to overhead mobility. Alice assessed my issue and got to work immediately at solving the problem. Alice put together a plan of treatment and exercises at home, and the results were actually better than I expected and I saw a difference in a shorter time period than expected also. I would reccomend Alice to anyone without hesitation!

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend these guys enough! Unlike most they not only diagnose the problem, but explain it to you, coach you and listen to you! I've been there for just under a year now and when certain exercsies I couldn't get a hang of cropped up, we were able to adapt them and TRY something else. These guys also coach and help you to be stronger so the injury doesn't reappear, rather than just "its healed, bye". Would whole heartedly, and have, recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Greg for a few months now and he has been exceptional. I was experiencing lower back pain which was hindering my ability to squat or deadlift for years. Following a series of deep tissue massages, strengthening exercises and form analysis, my lower back feels back to normal and I am performing at the highest level I ever have whilst moving more efficiently.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Greg from Achieve for a while now and had great results. I was having some real trouble with my shoulder and for a long time was unable to train without feeling considerable pain, but Greg was able to help me get fit and healthy again in time for a boxing match that I had coming up. We are now working on a problem with my knee and I am already feeling a considerable improvement.

Fantastic experience: I went to Achieve after having a persistent and painful ankle problem. They were quickly able to diagnose the injury and after a few treatment sessions I was on the path to recovery. I was recently able to do my big ultra run for the year, without any ankle pain, having thought a couple of months that it was highly unlikely. Would definitely recommend Achieve for sports injury issues.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend seeing Alice at Achieve physiotherapy for any injury whether it’s a minor niggle to a more serious problem. She knows her stuff and got straight to sorting the problem out both in clinic and by ensuring I knew exactly what ‘homework’ I had to do for a speedy recovery. I had a disc protrusion which Alice basically diagnosed before I’d even had an MRI/CT scan. Even though physiotherapy couldn’t fully fix my issue, her treatment eased my pain massively! Fantastic experience: What a blessing to find Alice at Achieve Physio! Not only is she a professional, kind and lovely person to spend time with, but she also has amazing knowledge in her field. I went to her just over 3 months ago due to severe difficulties with movement, following a radial head elbow fracture. I had been told by the NHS to accept that I would never get the movement back and that I should expect to live with the pain. Alice noticed that I had also broken my wrist in the accident; a fact which had been overlooked during my previous treatment. Three months on and I feel so much better; I have just about full movement in my arm and no pain at all. Alice's new premises on Solihull High Street has been beautifully renovated to a high specification and is a calming place to visit.

Fantastic experience: Alice is wonderful, polite professional and amazing at her job. I used to run a lot but had to stop because of my knees, before I met Alice even walking downstairs was becoming unbearable, I had 10 sessions in all and even after a few I was walking again with no pain. Now I run on a daily basis, I never thought this would be possible.

Alice has helped me with a myriad of problems and has helped me to understand my body better so that I can alleviate some of the ongoing issues more easily between sessions. She’s super knowledgeable and has been able to tackle all of the different aches, pains and knots I experience regularly. Alice is also really friendly and puts you at ease at every appointment. Can’t recommend her highly enough!
