CrossFit^® Hereford

Fantastic experience: I was super nervous to try my first ever CrossFit class but I’m so glad I did. I attended the induction session alongside a few other newbies, we were taken through the basic movements used during classes and we were all given pointers or advice on how to perform the movements correctly. Since then I’ve attended 5 classes and loved every single one, everyone is so friendly and so welcoming. I was worried I’d be laughed at or judged for not being able to do things or keep up with everyone but once the workout starts it’s you vs you and everyone is so focused on their own workout. As a newbie I have modified movements or adjustments to make sure I can complete the WOD within my own limitations and not once have I been made to feel like I should be embarrassed, or like I don’t belong because of this. I’m so excited to carry on with the gym and see what I can achieve in the future. Thank you to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Did a couple of drop ins whilst in the area,so glad I did!!!!! Made so welcome by Will the coach and the other members,felt like I had been going for years.A great facility with all the equipment needed.Will was friendly and a great coach. Looking forward to my next visit to the area so I can drop in again.

Fantastic experience: Myself and husband attended a class whilst in the area visiting family. We were made to feel so welcome by the owner Charlie and the rest of the members. We’ve never experienced that when attending drop in sessions elsewhere. The facilities are excellent, there is plenty of guidance for all levels and support from the coach. We will definitely be back when next in Hereford and just wish we lived closer.

Fantastic experience: I dropped in for open gym for a few days - Charlie and Will were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Lovely community environment and great facility. Very grateful to find a place like home whilst travelling.

Fantastic experience: A friendly and welcoming atmosphere created by their staff and members. It was challenging and competitive but a sense of togetherness too. Great prompts and cues throughout the workouts.

Fantastic experience: Came across this box while on holiday in the UK. Fantastic place, great atmosphere, run by brothers Charlie and Will. Relaxed, accommodating and organized. Plenty of well maintained equipment in a spacious site. Easy to book and pay online, even for drop-ins. Cannot recommend CrossFit Hereford enough. Definitely 5-stars.

Fantastic experience: Great box run by two brothers who were very welcoming and accommodating. Facility was fantastic with lots of space and plenty of equipment. Shame I was only passing as I'd certainly go again

Fantastic experience: Amazing Charlie, Will And Bev are absolutely supportive and incredible at helping both people understand the workout (if they don’t understand it or aren’t to sure about some of the movements) but furthermore everyone at the box there is like a big family we all support each other both during class and at upcoming competitions like their in-house throw down , Triad etc truth being told im happy that my sister recommended them to me laugh out loud ( I'm officially driven to competing)

Fantastic experience: Went for a drop-in, coach Charlie was friendly, knowledgeable and programming was satisfyingly gassy. Good facilities and space and everything kept clean, just remember to bring your own towel to wipe stuff down, I didn't.

Fantastic experience: an awesome gym and a great positive atmosphere... Charlie, Will and Bev are totally dedicated to helping everyone of every fitness level achieve their goals.... i've been going for 3 years.... a life changing experience :)
