Fantastic experience: A small gym with a big heart. What a lovely environment to workout in. Staff are incredibly friendly and supportive and they really care about your wellness. They offer a variety of classes and the studios are well equipped. Body analysis on offer also. Good all round fitness experience.

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing. It’s small and intimate, the staff helpful and friendly and I don’t feel body shamed as I have at some other gyms. I’m a shift worker and can access anytime and also feel safe.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. The egym technology is brilliant. The equipment automatically adjusts to you, tests your strength on a regular basis and continues to adjust to keep you developing. Furthermore, the inbody analysis allows you to track how things are changing even before you might physically notice them. This isn't only good for tracking performance, it also enables issues to be picked up earlier than they otherwise would be. Eg it picked up that my body had started burning muscle rather than fat. A trip to the doctors, health problem identified, medication given and problem resolved. WIthout the inbody analysis, this wouldn't have been picked up so soon.

Fantastic experience: Having never used a gym before Astons was a perfect pick for me, it is generally quiet and everyone is friendly. Tomas has been brilliant with instruction and advice, that combined with dedication from myself I have seen great results in only a few months. I would highly recommend this gym

Fantastic experience: Great little club that offers the latest equipment in a lovely setting. Staff are great and offers results that can be tracked. They have a class timetable too offering many different classes and also offer personal training.

Fantastic experience: I joined Astons at the beginning of 2020 and can honestly say it’s the best gym I have been to. The Egym equipment is so easy to use and I love that I can track my workouts and view my progress on the app. The staff are absolutely amazing and all really encouraging, they’re always happy to help and give me tips about my diet and exercise. Highly recommend Astons!

Fantastic experience: I started at astons with a bootcamp which was brilliant, I loved the different challenges and our trainer Tomas is very motivating and friendly. I have now joined the gym and the atmosphere is great, machines easy to use, all the trainers are very helpful and keeping track of your progress on the app and monthly body tests keeps me on track and motivated. I would definitely recommend, best gym I have been a member of :)
