Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Bootcamp for nearly a year now and absolutely love it. Reece and Erin make all the sessions fun, and are good for a bit of banter too! I got bored of going to the gym and doing the same old exercises, and struggled to motivate myself. Bootcamp changes that, the sessions are ALWAYS different and the variation ensures I work out all muscle groups. There is a total mix of ages and fitness levels, but the sessions are worked in such a way that you can push yourself as hard as you want to individually. Its a great way to stay fit and healthy - physically and mentally, and being outdoors all year round brings its own benefits too. Would definitely recommend this to anybody struggling with self motivation when it comes to keeping fit.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic trainers who make every session unique and fun …… yes fun even though you are pushed out of your comfort zone. Everyone is super nice and supportive, you are not alone on your journey. Best decision I ever made was turning up and I’ve never looked back. Make that call!!!

Positive experience: It’s been 2 weeks since I joined Battlesbridge bootcamp and I can definitely say I feel the difference. I wasn’t new to working out when I joined but I find being in a group challenges me and I tend to push a little harder. Aching like crazy but legs feel stronger, arms feel stronger. Looking forward to seeing the growth.

Fantastic experience: I recently signed up because I wanted to get fit but was seriously lacking in motivation and wasn’t sure how or where to start. I was nervous about not being able to keep up with the others and embarrassing myself. I needn’t have worried. Jen, Rees and Erin are brilliant at making you feel included and ensuring you know that it is all about you. You go at your pace and you work on improving yourself. No-one is looking at you. I am part way through the 6 week bootcamp and have already noticed how much more energy I have and the sessions are varied so you never get bored. I would highly recommend anyone to give it a go. What have you got to lose?

Fantastic experience: Challenging sessions, friendly coaches, laughs and grimaces, what more could you want from a bootcamp. I joined for the 6 week challenge, and didn't think twice about continuing once it finished. It also offers good value for money would definitely reccomend! A great opportunity to improve fitness in a fun and challenging way!

Fantastic experience: A really rewarding and varied style of working out. No session is the same and there is always a great mix of stations and exercises within each session. Everybody is very welcoming and warming and those first session nerves soon disappear. I'm enjoying working out again and looking forward to making this a solid part of my weekly routine.

Fantastic experience: A great way to get fit. I was so unmotivated before and this is the sort of exercise routine I needed. Instruction led, outside (so, for me, I get some fresh air) and a nice bunch of people. Rees/Erin are great.

Fantastic experience: I joined bootcamp back in May 2023 and I love going there, everyone’s friendly and helpful who go, plus every workout is different every session, it’s worth the money and time! It’s a good part of my routine either before or after work.

Fantastic experience: I joined January 2023 on the six week starter programme and have been coming every week since. My main goal has been improving strength for ultra challenges and three sessions a week has certainly helped me with that! Sessions are varied, using different different types of training, a wide range of equipment and focusing on different parts of the body. Coaches model technique and form so that you can complete exercises safely and progress. All sessions are structured well with a warm up and a stretch at the end. And above all else, the sessions are fun - believe it or not! Even in the rain! - and members are friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend signing up!!!

Fantastic experience: Best thing I have done in ages. I've been going for 6 weeks and needed some motivation to be able to attend the 6am session! Rees keeps you going, every session is different, never had the same set of exercises and everyone is welcoming, kind and supportive. And the Bonus is that its outside! You get the fresh air, pure oxygen and being able to see the sunrise every morning is stunning! Yes, rainy days are horrible but it doesn't stop me anymore! I just got the right clothes! I feel stronger, I have more energy and I am more relaxed as well! I loved it so much that I committed for a year! So Thank you Rees and team for creating this little " heaven" of wellbeing!

Fantastic experience: Im half way through my 6 week challenge & I am really enjoying it - I love the energy of the classes and acceptance to all the fitness levels. I like how Rees understands my goals and pushes me to achieve them and has taken the time after to guide and encourage me, even by saying what weight I should be lifting to achieve this. I really appreciate it as I need this. I look Forward to each session and I'm now looking to cancel my David lloyd membership as I get way more from these sessions than I ever do there! I will be continuing after the 6 weeks is up - My fitness has improved and my mental health. I recommend highly.

Fantastic experience: Love bootcamp! I am a fairly recent joiner but it is making me actually enjoy exercise! 100% better than being in a gym and so much nice be out in the fresh air! Rees is a great trainer and explains everything well - everyone is so friendly and welcoming so no need for first time nerves!

Fantastic experience: Best decision made in late 2022 was to join Battlesbridge Boothcamp. Never been to Boothcamp before , no idea what to expect . Welcomed by everyone and plenty of support to meet personal goals ! Absolutely Love it ! Cannot wait to continued my fitness journey in 2023 .

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love bootcamp.. This is the best decision I have made this year. The list of the positive changes I have made so far is endless. This experience has positively impacted on my mental health, self confidence, my body feels lighter, my appetite has improved, and I cook more now (I wouldn't say healthy options all the time though). The sessions are beginner friendly although I found them tough however very enjoyable. The bootcamp members are friendly and supportive which is a bonus..... Absolutely love it

Fantastic experience: My journey to a healthier and happier lifestyle begins at Elite Fitness or what we like to call it, Battlesbridge Boot Camp (some of us are antique so it fits well!). When I first started, my fitness was as strong as a chocolate tea pot and to be quite honest I was worried what I was getting myself into. No need to get the small violin out because this is a success story, with a guru like Rees, all my worries disappeared. He welcomed me in and guided me through each exercise, without any pressure and only brilliant banter. Is he a genie in a bottle? No, close, he’s our fantastic and friendly trainer! Even on the mornings when I felt like I couldn’t do it or my motivation was lacking, he would support and coach me until my mindset changed to, “I can and I will do it!”. Every journey comes with a brilliant entourage and I am thankful to be surrounded by my 7:30am crew. With such a mixture of capabilities and fitness levels, we all gel together like pieces of a puzzle; all different but together we create something great. The only member of our team we are all not fond of is Sally, what’s her problem with constantly getting us to get her going up and going down?! * bad ‘sally up, sally down’ joke*
Fantastic experience: I can honestly say Elite are the best fitness academy I have ever trained with , and i would highly recommend them to anybody that wants to change the way they feel and look . Jon are always available for what ever you need to talk about and Rees are the best trainer I have ever trained with and trust me I have had many P T over the years and never felt as good as I do sins training with Elite outdoor Academy'.....they are also great at helping you if you got any form of injury and will always adapt excersise accordingly.... Great company to train with .

Fantastic experience: I joined Elite Fitness Academy back in September 2020 and I'm still attending regularly. Rees is a great PT, every class is different and he adapts the class to all fitness levels. Great variety of equipment to use and a smashing crowd of people to train with , It's now part of my weekly routine !

Fantastic experience: Making the decision to join Elite Outdoor Fitness Academy is one that I have absolutely no regrets about. I was nervous about starting, let alone turning up alone, as I hadn't had a good fitness routine in a while, but was made to feel so welcome on my trial session. Over a year on, as well as improving my fitness + strength in general, I have found that I am much more confident in myself. Rees is a friendly and very approachable personal trainer and knows exactly what we are all capable of as individuals and brings so much positivity to each session. The whole team make you feel very much a part of the Elite family and I will spread the word about them at any given opportunity! It's great to train whilst surrounded by like-minded people. Each session is different too which keeps them fun and challenging. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their fitness whether just starting their journey or looking for something different!

Fantastic experience: I was never confident enough to use weights in the gym, so only ever used the cardio machines but found it pretty boring and didn’t have the motivation to push myself on my own. I had previously enjoyed group fitness classes, but again they got a bit repetitive. When I saw the advert for the boot camp classes, it ticked all the boxes and I wasn’t disappointed. Classes are varied, inclusive and invigorating being outside. I started not knowing anything about body conditioning, and had never even seen a battle rope!! I couldn’t hold a plank for more than 30 seconds - I can now hold for 3 minutes, and can confidently tackle everything thrown at us. Rees has discussed our personal targets with us and we regularly review our progress. These boot camps have been my life line through lock down - going from working in the office full time to being at home every day, I really struggled with the isolation and missed the social interaction. So by joining these classes I was immersed in a different type of fitness regime, and have attended 3 times per week for over 6 months. Whilst I have a way to go, I am throughly enjoying the journey with like minded people. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try something a bit different and has the determination to push themselves outside their comfort zone.

Fantastic experience: First time in over a year and felt nervous about joining a boot camp. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done and caters for all levels of fitness l. Rees is brilliant at keeping everyone motivated even when you think you have nothing left to give. The equipment and training area is to a really high quality. Fantastic experience: I joined Elite fitness back in September during lockdown it was the best thing I could of done for my mental wellbeing and to get my fitness back, I'm so glad I joined and with a great group of people, we are all at different levels of fitness, Rees gives us all the encouragement we need to get through the session. Fantastic experience: I Joined Elite Fitness back in Sept 2020 to improve my own fitness, I thoroughly enjoy the early morning sessions with Rees they are really challenging, no two sessions are the same, using lots of different equipment. During this time I have achieved so much more than I thought possible and have even dropped a couple of dress sizes which is a bonus!! It’s a great friendly atmosphere training with like-minded people all in weathers and having fun too. I can highly recommend this for anyone of any fitness, they know your limits and push you when they know you can do more.

Fantastic experience: Love it here! I come for my fitness training 2/3 times a week. Rees is an excellent trainer and no one session is ever the same so you dont get bored. Since I started I have felt a lot stronger and have more energy. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried Gyms, I’ve tried home training and I was sceptical when I first tried Elite Outdoor fitness but 8 months on I’m still going and look forward to each session. All sessions are different, not like going to the Gym! My body is stronger and I feel brilliant for it. Rees is fantastic, he has a great relationship with everyone and knows your limits and will push you when he knows your ready.
