Fantastic experience: It was with some trepidation that I investigated joining the M-Power gym towards the end of last year but Tony, Lyndon and Harvey make it a welcoming, fun, and non-judgmental environment, and I love my weekly sessions. The gym is well set-out, clean, and the individual workout programs clear and appropriately stretching. For someone who was daunted by the prospect of joining a gym a year ago I couldn't recommend M-Power highly enough!
Fantastic experience: A life saver! Knee rehab well under way as well as tailored programme for strength building. Always a welcome and a good atmosphere in the gym with staff . Best gym I've ever been to.
Fantastic experience: This is a great gym, very personalised experience and workout plans with body tracking to know you are improving. Easy to book the sessions at your convenience.
Fantastic experience: My experience at M-Power has only ever been positive. We attend a Boot Camp every Wednesday with varying different exercise stations set out each week. M-Power cater for different abilities so everyone can work to their own level. Tony is approachable and will happily engage with you through the session and advise on how to better your technique to get the best out of the exercise. I would highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: The team at M-Power are extremely accommodating and friendly. Moreover their high level of expertise has meant that I find each session insightful and productive in equal measures. Huge credit to Tony, Lyndon and Harvey for creating a safe and positive space to work and achieve a variety of fitness goals.
Fantastic experience: I have never been a fan of the gym. I have found it awkward and felt judged. I joined M Power Fitness to aid Marathon training as an older lady who need some strength the drag her body round 26.2 miles. However I soon fell in love with my hour on a Friday. Tony and Lyndon are fabulous and are so encouraging. I don’t feel awkward at all. In fact I feel strong and positive. It’s the loveliest of environments where everyone is friendly. With your own plan to follow you really feel it’s a 1:1 experience. I can only make it once a week so my 2 home workouts really help and everything fits in. The marathon has been and gone but I’m here to stay. If there was an option for 10 stars I’d give it.
Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend M-Power gym enough, I have been going for 3 years and the bespoke nature of my training, always developing the areas, tweaking where necessary and really helping from recovery of injuries is exceptional. Tony, Lyndon and Harvey are more than PT, from improving technique, setting goals and constant encouragement, this has become part of making life better. Thank you
Fantastic experience: Tony and his team and the supportive and inclusive atmosphere they create in the gym are absolutely brilliant. With several family members who are long-standing members, it was a very easy decision to sign myself up and ask for Tony’s support with my return to exercise after a recent injury. As someone who certainly was not a confident or experienced gym goer, this gym really is a great place to work out, have support from experienced and knowledgeable personal trainers, and be around others who are looking for an encouraging and friendly environment. Tony has shown a great deal of care and knowledge in the personalised programmes he has devised to support my recovery and rehab (as I know he has done for family members before too) and Tony, Harvey or Lyndon are always on hand to make modifications if needed in a session. The small number of people in the gym at any one time means you will always be able to ask a personal trainer for support or guidance, but there are also really helpful videos for each exercise that are available on the tablet that’s set up at your station, with your programme for the session. Could not recommend Tony and the team more highly!
Fantastic experience: Tony is a hugely experienced and knowledgable personal trainer. he listened closely to my clinical history of joint injuries and devised a properly focussed fitness program to strengthen specific areas whilst paying close attention to overall coordination and strength.He went through every step of every movement, as often as I needed, until he was sure I was moving correctly and engaging appropriate muscles - and then kept monitoring and updating the other trainers in the gym to make sure I stayed on track. I can't recommend highly enough - there is no one else I would trust as much to unpick complex training needs.
Fantastic experience: I cannot rate Tony and the MPower team highly enough. Tony’s knowledge is second to none and the gym is a welcoming and safe space for people of all ages and abilities. His kind manner and expert knowledge make working with him a pleasure and he always makes time for you and supports you on your journey. He not only helped me become fitter and get into better shape but has also focussed on my wellbeing and how it is all connected. Best gym and PT in Cambridgeshire if not nationally in my opinion.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of M-Power Fitness for more than 1 year, and it has exceeded all my expectations. The staff here are exceptional – always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help with any questions or guidance you need for your workouts.
Fantastic experience: Since starting weekly sessions at M-Power four months ago, I have increased my stamina, flexibility, and body awareness. It is really exciting to experience progress and improvement even in one’s mid-60s! I learn something new at every session, and really appreciate the personalized program and the clearly-explained advice as to how to get the most from it. It feels like a challenging but not daunting journey, of steady incremental progress. The welcoming atmosphere, great music, and general air of purpose and commitment in the gym is inspiring and enjoyable. When I have more time, I shall increase to twice a week!
Fantastic experience: Lyndon was fantastic with me and my wife who were just starting up at the gym again. Lyndon built me a 12 week fitness plan solely based on improving my Functional Threshold Power, and following the 12 weeks with Lyndon I saw an increase of nearly 25%! Coupled with feeling better as a result. If you are looking for a professional PT who really knows their stuff, I couldn’t recommend anyone more than Lyndon.
Fantastic experience: I have had experience over my many years of several models of personal training. This is definitely the best. Pleasant, well equipped surroundings. 6 stations only, so sociable but not crowded. The model of the personalised programme, easily viewed, one person supervising and advising, regular updates and feedback works very well. Bookings easy to manage.
Fantastic experience: A really friendly gym, well equipped and really good advice from the trainers in setting out programs to help meet my personal objectives. A very good combination of personal attention and health advice. Flexible booking facilities on-line are a recent innovation that works really well.

Fantastic experience: I ve been coming to the gym for the last 5 years I started with the scope of loosing weight and becoming fitter but lately it has become much more than that. My life is fraught and I have learnt to use training as a way to manage my stress level . I love the environment that Tony has created , we work hard but we also have fun !
Fantastic experience: What makes a difference at a gym is the interaction with the staff, not the fancy equipment or the latte coffee. If you trust in their knowhow and authority to help one along it makes all the difference. If they are personable and caring that adds icing on the cake. M-Power tick all these boxes.

Fantastic experience: After 24 years in the Army I let myself go the tune of 10 extra stone over 10 years (diabetes, kidney disease and arthritis) - this gym has been nothing less than life changing for me and my family in my ability to physically interact with them more, I am sharper mentally too. Tony and his team promote physical activity, provides a safe, functional, and comfortable workout environment, and creates a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere for recreation and some socialization if you like that. Nothing is too much trouble and they have tailored sessions to my personal needs and to fit my busy working life. Absolutely superb!!
Fantastic experience: I was feeling each year at my desk gradually eat away at my fitness and health. I wanted to do something about this, but had never set foot in a gym before - I didn’t understand how to use the equipment, and most gym-goers seemed more intimidating than helpful. My wife persuaded me to try a short program with Tony at Milan fitness, and I have ended up there three days a week for the last three years! Tony and his team created a personalised fitness program for me, constantly guide me to make sure I perform all exercises effectively, and provide encouragement and motivation to help me get the most out of every session. The friendly, welcoming environment they provide made it easy for novices like me to quickly gain confidence and enjoy training. My fitness rapidly improved, and I am grateful for the health benefits, energy and satisfaction this has given me. I only wish I had started with them years earlier. I am confident that if you call Tony and give Milan fitness a try, you’ll also see how easy they make it to reach your fitness goals. I highly recommend them to everyone, and hope others can also benefit from their facilities and expertise.
Fantastic experience: I am 49 and over the years I have joined many gyms to then give up training after few months. I used to get bored in the gym...until I met Tony and his team. Their approach to training is totally tailor made to your needs and inclinations. I have been training at least twice a week religiously for the past 2 years, even during lock-down (remotely or outdoor in the cold!). The professionalism, kindness and relaxed atmosphere you experience at M-Power Fitness is unique. Highly recommended!
Fantastic experience: Joining a gym (especially later in life) can be a daunting prospect - everybody seems to know exactly what they're doing and all the equipment seems a little overwhelming when you first walk in. But Tony, Lyndon, Zoe, Grant and all the lovely people at M-Power fitness make you feel so welcome, so at ease and unselfconscious, that it's an absolute pleasure. This place has become my early morning haven and sets me up well for the day or week ahead - not only am I making some progress on upper body strength, but have come to meet some really great people as there's such a community feel. Undoubtedly a worthwhile investment.
Fantastic experience: The trainers at M-Power (Tony, Lindon and Zoe) are exceptionally diligent, friendly and knowledgable making sure you get the best out of each session. If a particular exercise does not suit they all can quickly recommend many more to keep you going. The gym is superbly well organised and clean with all the equipment looking brand new.
Fantastic experience: A great gym with individual programs and readily available help and support. Was really helpful in my rehabilitation after an operation to fix my quadricep tendons. Highly recommended. Tony a really friendly guy too!
