Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place, the atmosphere is really good and the people in there training are so friendly. Just because it's a bodybuilding gym, no need to feel intimidated, no-one in there has an attitude or makes you feel out if place, quite the opposite, I felt right at home. Bit of a spit and sawdust gym but that's just how I like it and I think that's what makes it. Would definitely recommend a visit. I go in on a day pass as its not over-priced and parking is near by. Enjoy.
