Our unique Barrecore Method is recognized as one of the fastest, safest, and most effective body transformation exercises, and has been publicly endorsed by some of the world's biggest celebrities and influencers including Claudia Schiffer, Pippa Middleton, Rita Ora, and Poppy Delevingne. Our classes contain elements of ballet, yoga, and pilates - but are as tough as a spinning or boot camp session. Our high intensity but low impact way of working your body means that we have clients of all ages, genders, fitness levels, and shapes - even clients who are injured, prenatal, and postnatal. We have 12 boutique studios across the UK offering in person & online classes. Our Chiswick studio is located a short walk from Turnham Green station.
