Everyone is so nice and helpful. Never been so welcomed somewhere. If you're serious about your fitness you should be here

Fantastic experience: Untill last week I hadn't set foot in a gym for over ten years and loved my first session at Valhalla. I felt very welcome and wasn't judged. Gym was clean and tidy and has lots of machines and free weights to use. Will be returning and would highly recommend.
