Fantastic experience: My happy place I’ve been a member of the Firepower family for 9+ years since I retired from work. This is most definitely the best gym around..it’s not for everyone you have to let go of your ego and be prepared to take the advice of one of the best coaches around. Paul has coached me throughout to progress safely and achieve more than I thought I was capable of given my age. It’s more than just another gym..we’re a family. What better recommendation I come here 7 or 8 sessions a week I’m stronger and fitter than many my age. Five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: What can I say Coach Paul is fantastic. After three knee operations and hardly being able to walk with out being in pain. I have nearly a full range of movement in my knees again. The family atmosphere and the attention given to injuries is first class. Try Paul it you have mobility problems or just want to get fit.

Fantastic experience: Been a member of this unique gym for a few years after becoming disillusioned with other bigger corporate gyms. You always receive 1:1 excellent individual tuition from Paul which you dont get anywhere else without paying for PT. Paul always puts health and structure first, carefully watching to ensure you dont sustain injuries, whilst encouraging you to stretch your capabilities. I currently have an injury ( not gym related) and Paul has tailored my exercises to help with my injury. I would highly recommend this gem of a gym

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend this gym enough...fantastic coach Paul who tailors classes to suit the individual needs of the members... After being told by a medical consultant that I should in the future avoid using stairs and squatting down after a knee operation 4 years ago, within 2 weeks of staring classes I was moving pain free and with a wider range of movement than I'd had for the 7 years prior to the op. Not once back then at all times did I feel pushed into exceeding my limits.. and also to this day receive excellent supervision and coaching, resulting in being the best version of me that I can be. Glad to say that I'm actually fitter at 50 than I was at 40.

Fantastic experience: Attended a session midweek and was highly impressed! Paul is well versed and knowledgable in getting the best out of a fitness session. Came away feeling like I had done a pretty good workout without the feeling of gone that bit too far. Be aware this is not your do or die american warrior style functional fitness but the actual holistic and beneficial to health fitness that everyone should strive for! Look forward to going back.

Fantastic experience: This is a unique gym and Paul is both a nationally and internationally recognised coach. I have been a member for 8 years and can only be grateful that I had the courage to walk through the doors. Without doubt it has been a life changer for both health and fitness levels. Fantastic experience: I joined the gym nearly two years ago after breaking my wrist and having hardly any mobility with it. Through Coach Grays guidance and a little hard work I now have full range of movement again. There is a friendly approachable vibe to the gym and if I am ever stuck on a specific move I know I only have to ask to get advice. I can't recommend firepower gym and Coach Gray enough.
