Fantastic experience: Jase and the team are fab! Fantastic experience: Yonda is a total gem, I have just finished my 6 week programme with the team and have signed up, it’s been such a good experience. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel that it’s different. It’s a place where you’re genuinely supported, encouraged, and challenged in all the right ways. Fantastic experience: Yonda is a great gym which focuses on small group PT led work outs. Trying to find time and motivation to get fit was a real struggle, but Yonda really worked for me. So many class choices at times to suit me and all the PTs are knowledgable and fully invested in my fitness goals. Great community atmosphere from members and trainers alike.

Fantastic experience: I realised that I need to improve my body fitness to become more competive in my dinghy sailing. So, I enrolled at Yonda! I have been coming for 9 weeks now and cannot believe the difference in my overall body strength and flexibility. It has taken a while to understand 'gym terminology' but the trainers have been careful in ensuring I do the movements correctly. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and so are the other members. Your are never too old to start and no..........I am not revealing my age, but give Yonda a try, you will soon feel the difference and leave every session feeling great.

Fantastic experience: I joined Yonda after an injury from a long distant run. I was what could be described as a ‘reluctant member’ thinking I would not enjoy exercising in a gym environment with other people but I could not have been more wrong!!! What makes Yonda really special is the brilliant atmosphere and the incredibly supportive coaches. There is a great choice of session times and workouts. Saturday ‘game’ sessions are surprisingly fun! ;). 5 months on I have recovered from my injury (thanks to the Yonda team) and I am no longer a reluctant member but a very enthusiastic one!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Haslemere and the only gym of its type being class based and trainer-led. Jase and the team do a fantastic job and with loads of classes each there’s no excuse to not show up. The real key, I believe, is the level of detail done in the programming behind the scenes which is meticulous. You will lift heavy, do huge amounts of conditioning, dynamic lifts and improve form across a range of exercises - perfect for a truly balanced (and tough) workout. Sweat angels everywhere!

Fantastic experience: I started attending Yonda Gym about 3 months ago and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From day one, the trainers have been absolutely amazing. Jason's expertise especially has been instrumental in helping me train for my first HYROX competition. The atmosphere at Yonda Gym is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Fantastic experience: I really love both the workouts and the atmosphere at Yonda. The small group PT gives the perfect balance of individual attention and fun that makes going to the gym a great experience. Jase and all the trainers at Yonda really know how to keep you motivated to keep pushing towards your personal health and fitness goals. I started out training twice a week, but am now going three to four times weekly… they must me doing something right!

Fantastic experience: ‘My ancestors ran from sabre tooth tigers so I might enjoy the sofa. It would be dishonourable to move energetically and exercise’ I thought. Alas. A flimsy argument, as weak as the glutes on which I sat. My other half (co-conspirator in all things sedentary) had joined Yonda a few months ago and displayed signs of increased energy and a strengthened physique. ‘I too will join Yonda’! And I’m very glad that I did. They’ve been incredibly welcoming, building my confidence as a COMPLETE beginner. All the coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging, a special mention to Sian Gregory who has given me lots of pointers and help with form, again building confidence with fundamental exercises and breaking moves down to work with my mobility. Increased energy and stronger body, also my general mood is better throughout the week. Very motivated to keep at it and keep getting stronger. Thanks Yonda

Fantastic experience: I had a goal and started the intro programme in that time i have seen my body change and fitness levels improve. I have not changed my diet and have seen results. The team are great, the schedule allows for the maximum flexibility that allows me to fit in classes around a my personal and work logistics. 3 classes a week guarantees a full body all muscle group work out. Highly recommend Jason and the team.

I don’t always feel like working out but Jase soon has me enjoying the session and I feel great after! Love the set up of yonda, easy to book and small group training sessions are the one! Fantastic experience: Having moved to the area from London I spent a fair few months (and money!) trying to find a gym / fitness space that I was comfortable in and enjoyed. I found Yonda and by the end of the trial period I have now signed up to a membership. The trainers are really approachable and knowledgeable, the group sizes are small and focussed and can be set at varying levels depending on your abilities. Looking forward to my Yonda journey!

As someone who has tried practically every gym in the area, I can confirm that Yonda is the best gym around. Such a wonderful atmosphere, with lovely, experienced and very approachable coaches, as well as great equipment. I had a fair amount of experience prior to attending however, really struggled to be disciplined with routine and struggled to mix up my workouts. Having someone there to coach me through and decide my workout is amazing so I don't have to. The hybrid mix of strength and endurance has really helped make each workout exciting and really improved pain in various areas. I find it so much easier to stay consistent with my exercise routine now and feel apart of a very mixed and friendly community. The coaches are very well skilled in encouraging and motivating everyone without being intimidating and are balanced at giving prompts to technique when required without being patronising. Jason and the coaches have created a wonderful space for every ability.

Fantastic experience: Having tried various different fitness set ups, Yonda is by far the most effective, flexible and enjoyable one I’ve been involved in. Jase and the team have established something pretty unique here and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
Fantastic experience: I started at Yonda in February after about 6 months of doing minimal exercise. I was really anxious but Jase and the Yonda community made me feel at ease straight away. Yonda is the perfect blend of a fun communal feel, small class training (which means great one to one advice and support), and working with each individual to challenge them, but also support with adaptations if needed. One of the reasons I have never stuck to going to the gym is being put off by egos and feeling judged; I have never felt this way at Yonda, everyone is so supportive and always lift each other up, no matter what level you are at. Classes are a max of 6 people and I was surprised to find that they run even if you are the only one that has booked! We always have a laugh which is a big bonus for me. Another huge plus are the in house sports rehab and sports injury experts Jenny and Sian. They are always happy to give an in depth look at any aches and pains you might be having for no extra cost. I have already exceeded what I thought I was capable of physically and I’m only just over a month in. I can’t recommend it highly enough!!

All the team at YONDA are brilliant, they bring fun to the gym sessions but work you to your own personal max, while ensuring your working safely. It is a great space with like minded people. After joining Yonda 2 months ago I am actually still rather astonished by my level of motivation. Incredibly enjoyable, flexible and challenging program. Fantastic experience: I've been working out at Yonda for well over a year now and love it. If you're looking for a friendly Gym - one where you can feel supported and progress your training and fitness in a sustainable and fun way, then I highly recommend Yonda. The programming is dynamic and both challenging and achievable - I think the fact that Jase (and team) make 6am workouts enticing is testament to the trainers they are and the community they've created.
Fantastic experience: I was introduced to Jase and the whole team at Yonda in Nov 22, but due to a recurring back injury I had to stop going a month later. However, I made a full recovery and came back to Yonda in January 2024. In the last 10 weeks I have been going 3 times a week and have also followed the The Formula plan which is the best eating plan I have ever tried to follow. During the 10 weeks I have lost 7kg, visibly gained muscle as well as core strength and fitness. I feel stronger and fitter than ever. Jake's approach to small group training is absolutely spot on. Up to a max of 6 people per session provides almost a personal training environment while also being fun and interactive with some other like minded people. I honestly haven't ever had a gym experience that even comes close to Yonda for achieving my goals, and I have come from a lot of experience having had personal training, boot camps, body pump, circuit training and just self instruction in the past. Yonda are also big on creating a community a so quiz nights, walks and drinks evenings are arranged and makes the whole experience feel welcoming and you are part of a whole team. Give Yonda a try. You won't be disappointed ♂️

Fantastic experience: Super friendly, great atmosphere, lots of options for time slots, having to book small group PT sessions is great for accountability. I actually go to this gym, which says it all really. I feel 200% better; stronger, sharper and more mobile after just 6 weeks. It’s not the cheapest gym around but you do get what you pay for.
Fantastic experience: As someone inexperienced in the gym, Yonda’s small-group format is a great way of getting the coaching and programme I needed without getting a PT. The combination of cardio bursts and strength training makes each session an enjoyable (and quick) hour, equipment is modern, and Jase + the team will ensure you get the most out of your time there. I definitely feel a benefit, only wish I could find the time to go more often!
Fantastic experience: After only three months at Yonda I have noticed a significant improvement in my physique. It may not be obvious visually just yet? Fantastic experience: Yonda is fantastic. The classes are hard work from novices to experienced gym goers, and can be tailored easily to requirements. Jason and the team have made a welcoming and effective fitness environment. I’m on a drastic weight loss journey due to health reasons and have lost nearly 10pounds in 6 weeks! The classes are ideally timed to plan around your commute as well, with early and late classes for those commuting, or lunch time sessions to break up working from home

Fantastic experience: Yonda Fitness has a great sense of community. You often train with an average of 3 and a max of 5 other participants which makes it more interesting and motivating. The fitness instructors are on hand to provide motivation, instruction and to tailor sessions where physical limitations require. This last point being very helpful to maintain training momentum whilst resting injuries. They will encourage you back to the gym if you haven’t been for a while. Would highly recommend a try-out, I’ve been going for +2 years - longest I’ve attended a gym in many years.
Fantastic experience: Yonda fitness has been a fabulous experience for me. Jase is a total professional, kind, motivating and innovative in his ideas. Regular training has not only seen great results both with my body shape and strength, which as a professional showjumper is needed, but has also given me a huge self esteem boost which has been amazing. Jase makes you feel comfortable and not under pressure whilst still managing to bring the best out in you. I would highly recommend Jase and his team at Yonda to everyone who wants to see and feel a difference in themselves.
Fantastic experience: I have been part of Yonda for around 4 months and it has been an amazing experience. It's a format where you work with a small group of 6 people. The program is designed perfectly with the right combination of hybrid and strength training. The complementary stretch sessions and lift sessions are a big plus. All trainers have varied areas of expertise and are super approachable which in my view is the perfect support system you need to progress. For me something that stands out is that on days i don't feel like working out, i just have to convince myself to get to the gym and the rest is taken care of. Since I have joined Yonda, I have been a lot more regular and focused at the gym. I am able to really push myself and my energy levels have been great. I feel amazing to be a part of Yonda and definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to step up their fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: Having had a baby in 2023, I was very nervous about getting back into exercise after such a long break. Yonda has been brilliant because it has provided me with the adaptability to work out early in the morning which suits me, and also it has given me renewed confidence in both cardio and strength training. The small classes offer personalised modifications if required so I have been working out safely whilst still being really challenged. Everyone that attends is super friendly and the focus is on inclusivity and pushing your own limits rather than worrying what everyone else is doing! A really refreshing and innovate gym set up! Very pleased I found Yonda.
Fantastic experience: Joining Yonda was the best decision I’ve made in a long time! I’ve already learnt so much technically and made a lot of progress in my first 2 months. Everyone is very friendly and it’s a really supportive environment which has been exactly what I needed to get my confidence back with fitness!
Fantastic experience: I know it sounds corny but Jase and Yonda really have changed my daily life - I’ve never been a gym bunny or really enjoyed exercise but I’m now happily going to the gym 3 times and week and even seeking out a gym when I’m on holiday! I think the key has been small group classes, working hard and feeling challenged and encouraged. The classes are varied and adaptable and Jase and the team are always on hand to demonstrate a technique or adapt an exercise as needed. It’s also about having a laugh while we train and meeting people who are there to work hard and be their best not to show off or compete. I’ve never felt comfortable in a gym before but I feel really welcomed here.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Yonda Fitness for 3 months now. When I started my drive was to get stronger and improve my mobility. I had felt a bit lost as to where to start after previously being in good shape, but loosing my way in 2022. I have multiple historic injuries that caused lots of pain and I was nervous about strength based trained. Jason was with me the entire way! Always making sure my form was accurate, and my injuries protected. After 12 weeks, I would never have imagined me doing some of the moves I can do now, or the weight I can lift, and the best bit, is I am virtually pain free (apart from a good muscle ache ). I’ve now moved on to Yonda’s nutrition plan and have seen really positive physical and mental changes in just 3 weeks. I’m excited to see what I achieve next.

Fantastic experience: I cannot rate Yonda fitness more highly!! Having researched various local fitness centres, I decided to join Yonda in Spring 2023. The session times are well structured to fit around my working schedule, whether before or after work, or mid day. Yonda comprises a fantastic group of Personal Trainers all of whom are highly knowledgeable in their field including sports injury, sports rehab & sports massage. A personal coach is assigned to each member who will advise on any pre-existing injuries, track progression and help target specific areas for improvement. Small group sessions allow for one to one instruction and supervision covering each discipline. The weekly programme is varied and challenging but can be tailored according to individual needs. This is a bespoke fitness hub providing a unique and flexible membership, one that I would positively encourage you to join.
Fantastic experience: Going to Yonda in the mornings is an excellent start to my day and should be recommended to everyone. The workout pace challenges your levels, encouraging you to work within your strength abilities and Jason and his team, all do it with a smile. Small classes, good atmosphere well worth a workout.
Fantastic experience: The classes are challenging but great fun and Jase really helps with mastering the right technique. The best thing about Yonda is that you are not one of masses in a class left to get on with it, small group training at Yonda means you have the guidance and support without the intensity and cost of one on one PT. This was just what I needed to get back in shape after a long break. Jase is brilliant at getting you motivated, even on those days when it seems easier not to bother! I can’t recommend it enough - go for it!
Fantastic experience: I joined Yonda a few months ago and couldn’t be happier with how things are going. Jason and the team make training really enjoyable, and the flexible mix of weights and cardio is the perfect balance. Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area for small group training. I joined Yonda Fitness earlier this year and I love the way Jase and his team balance challenging workouts with a no-ego, friendly atmosphere. Everyone is so nice and we all leave dripping in sweat every class regardless of ability or personal goals. The small class formats are great, and the mix of strength and cardio means there’s something for everyone. A real gem, I love it so much I just increased my membership!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Yonda Fitness enough. This studio has everything that you will need to have a great workout, including a supportive PT who gives the right amount of challenge. Comparing this studio to gyms I have been to in the past, hands down this place tops them all.
Fantastic experience: Jase has created a very comfortable environment at his gym; professional but friendly. The programmes which he has devised for myself and my wife are very well thought out and we find his supervison and encouragement really helpful and effective.
Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Jason high enough!! He has been brilliant to help me challenge myself and to achieve my goals. You’ll never get bored, the exercises are different everyday. I have never been such motivated for a sport session. The new studio is really great, well equipped and he has managed to create a very convivial atmosphere.
Fantastic experience: I can recommend. Have moved from a gym near an office that I no longer work at and this is great as only 10 minutes walk from Grayshott (so warm up on the way). A good variety of exercises but consistent enough to get into a routine. Jason really watches and corrects to make sure you are doing things correctly and tailors to suit each individual. small groups so even if running "full" you know you will get attention and not be lost in the crowd with a trainer just giving instruction from the front of a large hall. Fantastic experience: Just awesome Left a gym and PT and opted for 3 session a week with Jase and have done some build classes. Fabulous routines, great pushing and coaching from Jase and just couldn’t ask for more. Give a call, do a trial and you won’t be disappointed.
Fantastic experience: I have recently joined Yonda and have thoroughly enjoyed it so far! I had previously struggled to motivate myself and set workouts in the gym, but now I feel fulfilled and challenged to be the best I can.
Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Yonda! Jase's approach is supportive and encouraging but not brutal! He has pushed me to a level of strength and fitness I had long forgotten. And helped me loose a stone in weight that I had gained over two years of working from home. The new studio is well equipped and a great place to spend an hour of getting fit. The membership plans give flexibility to have a more instructive experience than branded fitness chains, but still get the value for money provided by small group training.
Fantastic experience: This is a small and cosy space where even as part of a group (of usually no more than 4/5), you get hands-on personalised guidance. I tried the Hybrid class which is a mixture of quick cardio and strength training which works wonders for getting my stubborn metabolism back up to speed. Jason is very personable and excellent in his manner, advice and the guidance he gives. He modifies all moves so they are fully tailored to cater to your own personal abilities which is a huge plus for me as I have persistent knee and back issues. If like me you are a little intimidated by the vastness of a gym floor and really need some focussed training for whatever stage of your fitness (or lack of) I highly recommend you give Yonda fitness a try. They offer an excellent trial period of two weeks too so you can get a real feel for the sessions before you commit. Fantastic experience: I have been training with Jason at Yonda Fitness for the last 6 weeks . I am new to weight training and have found it a very relaxed non-intimidating environment. Working in a small group had been really motivating. I look forward to my workouts and can already see a change in my fitness and my approach to exercise. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Yonda Fitness. I have seen a huge improvement in overall fitness in just 3 weeks (amazing results for a 50 something who “hates” gyms). Under the watchful eye of Jase, it is a non-competitive, friendly environment. Each individual is encouraged to focus on their own fitness goals. Fantastic experience: Trained with Jase in his studio when I was back home for a few weeks. He has a great understanding of all movements and was impressed with his in depth explanations of how to perform them correctly. Enjoyed the variety of workouts he set out for me, which pushed me to my limits. All round great space to workout in and would highly recommend to anyone looking to get there fitness journey started or step up there current program.
