Fantastic experience: If you’re looking to join a gym I highly recommend Movement H&F. Being of a certain age I wanted to lose a bit of weight but more importantly strengthen/tone up. Initially, Aaron suggested visiting the gym to get a sense of the place which I did & could tell straight away it was far from the picture I had in my mind. I joined in July, with my husband, and we’re loving the experience so far. All the coaches are great, very patient, knowledgeable & encouraging. The classes are a maximum of 12 which is perfect and all the people we have come across are lovely & welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Since becoming a member of movement health and fitness, my strength has grown so much. I feel so much fitter and stronger. My back and my legs are definitely stronger. Fantastic experience: I joined Movement back in July after feeling a bit low both physically and mentally. Since Covid I had put weight on and just didn’t seem to be able to get back to my pre-Covid weight, my mental health was a bit poor and I thought to myself it’s time to put myself first, so I signed up to the 6 week plan. I didn’t lose lots of weight but I lost inches and it definitely improved my mental health massively, meaning I signed up straight away after the initial plan had finished. I’m currently loving the early morning workouts. The instructors keep you going and feeling motivated, the rest of the bootcampers are friendly and welcoming. If you are in any doubt about signing up I would definitely say just go for it.

Fantastic experience: I started slightly overweight and dealing with a chronic lower back/disc condition, feeling weak and unsure. After 5 months with this gym, I’ve lost 2.5 stones, entered the “fitness” body fat zone, and feel genuinely fit. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and patient, especially with my back issues, adapting as needed. The community is friendly and motivating, making every session something to look forward to. If you have challenges or special circumstances, don’t hesitate to start here—real results are possible with understanding and the right support. I’m excited to keep progressing toward athlete-level performance over the next few years!

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym a couple of weeks ago in Kirkby-in-Ashfield and I am really impressed! It's friendly and not at all intimidating like some gyms. The groups are small (12 max) so you get plenty of help and encouragement from the instructors. Having not been to a gym for many years, I was nervous but Aaron immediately put me at ease and explained everything and the same with the other instuctors. There are plenty of class time/day options so you can always get 3 booked in for the week. The music is good too and the classes are fun and enjoyable!

Fantastic experience: I've had a great experience at Movement. After a decade of cycling and more recently suffering with herniated discs I joined to improve my general strength, support my back and lose a little weight. After a few months, I feel a lot different, I've lost around a stone, I'm stronger and my back feels worlds better. The coaches are friendly and helpful but keep you accountable and you can develop at a pace that is appropriate for you. Thoroughly recommended

Positive experience: This is the first gym I have ever stuck with! I have been using Movement and Fitness since February and feel fitter and stronger both mentally and physically. I've also made some friends who are at a similar life stage to me and need a few of the work outs adapting to accommodate individual needs. I enjoy the encouragement that in person coaching brings, as well as the music and the varied workouts. The timings of the sessions are great and I can fit them in around my work and family life too.

Fantastic experience: I love my sessions at movement! The personal trainers are all great and everyone is so friendly. My health has really improved in the last couple of months. And I love it that much, I’ve signed up for another 3 months! I can highly recommend the sessions. Keeps you so motivated and on track! Fantastic experience: Started our fitness journey just over two months ago and seeing noticeable changes in that short time. Can’t lie as it was hard going to start with and discovered muscles that hadn’t been used in years but enjoying the experience as we’ve maintained regular exercising. Timing of Classes are good and work comfortably around our schedules. Everyone friendly and atmosphere great. Aaron knows his stuff is friendly, patient but he’s fixated with burpees!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. The trainers are super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. There's zero judgement when you come here, if you are recovering from injury or simply haven't done any exercise for ages, you are able to go at a pace that suits you without feeling lesser. The trainers are supportive and always willing to find a way to enable you to do the best you can and the people that go are all lovely too. Its w really supportive atmosphere and great sessions. Fantastic experience: Signed up for a 6 week health and fitness course for my 60th birthday, wish I had done it a long time ago. Explained everything clearly at sign up, friendly welcoming instructors and great people attending the sessions. Fantastic service, great advice, adapting exercises to suit everyone’s individual ability. Don’t need to have any idea what will work for you it’s all planned for you just trust the plan. I’ve loved every session and stayed on after the 6 weeks, great results, lost weight, feeling stronger, fitter and more energy. If you aren’t sure it’s for you give it a go you won’t be disappointed

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Movement & it’s the best decision I’ve made. Great gym, made some great friends & the trainers are so helpful. There’s no intimidation, they talk you through everything, show you how to use the equipment properly & give guidance throughout the workout. All classes are in groups & are trainer led , with a set work out for each session. As a girl I’ve always felt anxious walking into a gym but I’ve not felt that here. Fantastic experience: Joining Movement Health & Fitness has been a genuinely life-changing experience. As someone with a disability (bilateral below knee amputee) , I’ve always been a bit hesitant about accessing any sort of fitness but from day one, the environment has been incredibly inclusive and supportive. Aaron, Kerrie & Ryan are understanding, knowledgeable, and always ready to adapt things when needed—and the kindness & encouragement from others attending has been so encouraging. Since starting, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my movement, strength, and overall energy levels. I am in 3 months noticing I’m not out of breath my knowledge around my diet has improved and I am more confident to make healthier choices. I never imagined I’d feel confident or comfortable in a gym, but here I am, enjoying the sessions and benefitting from the support of the team. I’m so glad I took that first step.

Fantastic experience: If your looking for a place where theres no judgement and where you feel accepted and will fit right in then this place is the place for you! Fantastic members and amazing coaches who give the best support. Everyone is so lovely. I have always been up and down with my weight especially since having my daughter and I got into some pretty bad habits! I kept seeing movement health and fitness advertisements on Facebook and after a few months i thought what have I got to lose?! (Apart from a lot of weight haha) So i asked for more information. Well I haven't looked back since. The hardest part was walking through those doors, way out of my comfort zone but i done it and im so glad i did. It's become part of my routine. I'm feeling great and it's by far the best decision I have made this year! Love my gym family!

Fantastic experience: Since starting my Movement journey during the 2024 Valentines week promotions and then joining fully at the end of March 2024, I have now lost over 11kg which I didn't think would be possible as my weight had stagnated then started to creep upwards slowly, due to the perimenopause kicking in! And I also didn't think I had that much weight to lose! The reason I started at Movement is because my husband joined and I saw the incredible transformation of him, with increased activity & calorie control he lost so much weight with the help of Aaron and his coaching that I decided to join in on the free trial & then join as a full member too. Its the best thing I ever done, I have made so many good training buddies, Ladies & gents you know who you are, they motivate me and make training so much more fun, Its surprising how competitive we all can be even when you don't consider yourself as competitive! I have improved my appearance, lost weight and gained in strength. All thanks to Kerrie's coaching and guidance. I used to exercise on my own at home to keep fit but wasn't get the results I have achieved at Movement as the type of classes they run incorporate all types of strength & conditioning and core work which have helped me. I still have some way to go but I love going to the gym and exercising & the interaction with the other members is second to none everyone is so supportive and encouraging nothing like the usual gyms. Also have to mention Ryan who I've known from a previous gym who always knows how to push me & get more out of me, we all seem to get a bit more out of us when he throws in a gym challenge at the end of the session. Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for the past 6:years only initially joined to loose some weight for a cruise but loved it so much I stayed.Its a community where I have made life long friends.Eveyone is so friendly and the coaches are super supportive always there to ensure we are doing what we need to do in the correct way and nutritional support is provided too.

Fantastic experience: After relocating since COVID, I struggled to find a gym in the local area. I tried the big branded ones but didn't get the personal support I needed. Then I came across Movement Health & Fitness and everything changed. I've not found anywhere like it before; the perfect mix of being part of a gym while getting a personal training experience too. There are only ever a maximum of 12 people in a session and you get to know everyone really well. One of the best things about Movement is you receive 1-1 quality coaching from the experts (the coaches!) during each session which is tailored to you, as well as a weekly online check with your coach to track your progress and to discuss support for your week ahead. When I've attended classes at other gyms and tried to lift weights, my posture was all wrong and I was never able to progress; I didn't feel confident at all. At Movement, with the right guidance, I've learned how to lift correctly and I'm lifting weights I never thought would be possible! What makes Movement Health & Fitness so special is the community. I genuinely look forward to my sessions as everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Not a single session goes by without laughter! Throughout the year there are a variety of social events planned from hiking in the Peak District, to a bootcamp & BBQ with family and friends, to a Christmas night out. Partners are welcome too! Aaron & Kerrie often organise competitions with amazing prizes, such as a pair of Nike Metcons or a spa day. There are so many incentives to keep you motivated, along with the overall enjoyment of sessions and support from the team. Now that we're nearing the end of 2024, I can say that joining Movement has been one of the best decisions I've made this year. I'm really looking forward to progressing more in 2025. Fantastic experience: From the initial consultation I felt I was being introduced to more than just a gym. Movement offers a different model to many commercial gyms. Each session is written with challenge, progression and enjoyment in mind. The trainers are excellent in their teaching, correcting form and offering adaptations to enable each member to take part in all the exercises without excuses! All the members have been incredibly welcoming since my first session in April 2024. My only regret is that I didn't reach out to join when I first moved to the town. Not every gym is right for every person and not every person is right for every gym. The only way to find out is to make the initial call and try it out.

Fantastic experience: I'm not normally one to write reviews but these guys definitely need one, I have been coming to movement now since November, it is the only thing I have actually stuck to and this reflects in the weightloss of now over 3 stone! As much as they had to put up with me moaning they continued to push me and I can only thank them for that. No matter what shape or size you are or your capabilities they are happy to work with anyone and will be welcomed in as part of the team ❤️
Fantastic experience: I joined Movement around 4 months ago after feeling lethargic, gaining weight and noticing a significant loss of overall strength post cancer treatment. The accountability the Movement team provided both in the gym and around nutrition has helped me achieve my initial weight loss goal whilst continuing to build my strength and fitness up week on week. I have over the past 20 years joined other gyms for a short period with great intentions but crucially without a plan or any guidance on what I 'should be' doing. I mostly train with Aaron and his knowledge of correct technique has been invaluable to me so far and guaranteed that I have not sacrificed form for greater weight. As with everyone I was apprehensive for my first session but I shouldn't have been as both the Movement team and other members welcome you immediately. If you are looking to invest in yourself then I cannot rate Movement Health and Fitness highly enough as the place to do it.
Fantastic experience: I joined in Feb this year after seeing a friend who looked fabulous. As a woman in my 50s I was feeling old, tired, unfit & not as strong as I used to be. I really enjoy going it's friendly, everyone is so supportive & welcoming and you never feel uncomfortable like some other gyms. The bespoke programme & individual support is well worth it. Aaron, Kerri & Ryan are all great & make you believe in yourself. I love the variety in each planned session, left to my own devices in the gym I wouldn't put in the effort. I have seen really positive results, feeling much better with more energy, definitely toned up & have lost weight. I highly recommend & have done to all of my exercise hating friends, some who have also joined. I see it as an investment in myself & I am worth it. Thanks ❤️
Fantastic experience: The best thing I ever did, and am doing . I thought I just had to accept my menopausal belly and lack of muscle as a sign of my age. But decided that in my 50th year I’d give this a try to see if I could take control of my spiralling waist line and lack of strength and energy. Wow! I have been committed and stuck to the process, and it has worked. I’ve lost over 1.5stone in 3 months and dropped 2 dress sizes. My energy levels have improved, I feel more in control mentally, so much stronger, fitter and healthier. The team at movement are amazing supports. Quietly there in the background guiding you every step of the way and pushing you to be the best version of you! It’s a lovely group environment, with like minded people, who are all supportive. The whole set up is extremely professional, supportive and inclusive of all ages and abilities. Just think it’s been the best thing ever!!

Positive experience: I love attending Movement Health and Fitness. Arron explains to you how to do things and is always available. I love how it is different every time I go and keeps me interested and I love the interaction between the other members there a great bunch. Fantastic experience: I’ve been part of Movement Health & Fitness for over 8 months & can honestly say that it is the best fitness facility I’ve ever attended. The exceptional part of MH&F, which makes it unique from other gyms, is the concept of having a personal trainer in groups up the maximum of 12. The concept is unique to me as it focuses on three key elements, fitness, movement & accountability. They give u tasks to complete each day & once ticked it gives u a sense of achievement & success. The PT’s are amazing, both Kerrie & Aaron really know what they’re talking about & are there in the gym & by message to give u advice, encouragement & support. I hate gyms normally as I get so intimidated going where lots of fitness folks are working out but I don’t feel this way here, I always feel welcomed & feel I fit in comfortably. I can’t praise MH&F enough, their concept is amazing & it fits with my routine perfectly. Thanks to this amazing place, where the members become great friends and an incredible supportive community, I’ve managed to lose 3 stones and gain shape and definition in places I would never have dreamt I could achieve. This has all been possible due to a change of mindset, daily support and motivation from my personal coach and the training programme provided which is never dull or repetitive. If you’ve ever wondered about joining a gym, please consider speaking to Aaron or Kerrie for information and support designed just for you, in my opinion, you won’t regret it!!!
Fantastic experience: Really friendly and personal experience. Class sizes are small enough to make sure you get the right level of attention, with Aaron, Kerrie and Ryan pushing (in a supportive way) you as appropriate.
Fantastic experience: I joined MH&F in October 23. Since then my fitness and general wellbeing has really improved. I love the friendly community who inturn enjoy a laugh and keeping fit. I would recommend MH&F to anyone.
Fantastic experience: I have been to several gyms over the years and i have been with movement health and fitness since october 2023 and this gym goes above and beyond with its commitment to its customers! Each gym session is different, it keeps me invested and it feels like a community, with a maximum of 12 people to a session, im on first name basis with many people. An experience ive not had previously and Kerry, Aaron and Ryan are all very friendly and knowledgable. You work to your own ability , no pressure to keep up with the group until you’re ready for it and your competitive side comes out. Your main competitor is yourself as you gradually increase your pace and weights.
Fantastic experience: The only gym I’ve ever enjoyed! Because it isn’t a usual style gym there’s no self- consciousness, or not knowing what to do etc. Aaron and Kerrie are excellent and give one to one attention if needed. The other members are really friendly, there’s a lovely atmosphere , I definitely recommend it
Fantastic experience: I started at Movement in November 2023 and can say it's the best thing I did. Have lost in excess of 15kg so far and the coaches are absolutely fantastic. Great bunch of people that go too. I would highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Ive never been a fan of gyms or indeed exercise. Last year, I knew I was overweight but following some routine well-woman blood tests I found out that I had high cholesterol, high blood pressure and was borderline pre-diabetic. GP wanted to start medication for the cholesterol and blood pressure. I contacted Aaron. He called me back and we discussed my current health status and my goals. Aaron described what he could offer to help. I then negotiated a plan with my GP to try to avoid medication of any kind. I started working with Aaron and Kerrie in Nov 23 and have now lost 11/2 stone, dropped a dress size and a bit, but more importantly, I had my tests done again in December and my cholesterol is lower, BP is lower and I am no longer pre diabetic. I dont need any medication, I feel fitter, eat well and have fun with a great crowd every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Thanks to Aaron's structured, tailored training sessions and Kerrie's personal nutrition plan I am a better version of myself. I can't recommend Movement Health and Fitness enough. Thank you!
Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this fitness community since August 2022. I’m no gym bunny, but I do love how these sessions with like minded people make me feel. It’s not like a gym. It’s just somewhere I can be myself. Work at my pace, push myself. Be supported. Nobody is looking, everyone is doing their thing. But we are together. I do struggle to not eat and drink like a loon, but the regular check in with Aaron really makes me see sense. Practical help for my head and my health.

Fantastic experience: 8 months into my journey with movement. I started movement on the 6 week corse 6 months after having my baby with the intention of losing the baby weight. 8 months later and I'm full invested! I can't believe how much I have changed. The tools, skills and knowledge that Aaron, Kerrie and Ryan give you are amazing if you use them correctly. I feel like the nutritional guides they gave me has changed my whole outlook on the foods I eat and I love that I now eat nutritional foods to fuel my body! If your looking for a lifestyle change then I highly recommended although be warned it is highly addictive!
Fantastic experience: Signed up last July and haven't looked back since. I've lost weight and hopefully improved my muscle tone. The over 60s group is a fun and lively group and what a lovely bunch of people. Aaron always ensures the exercises are geared towards this age group and he is very supportive ensuring that if we have any problems he shows us alternative exercises. It's been the best thing I've done in terms of exercise and so pleased I took the plunge .
Fantastic experience: Enjoy working with the VITALITY group 3 times a week . I can feel a real benefit in my strength, motivation and fitness overall! Fantastic experience: I have been going here for almost a year now. Love the group and our Coach Aaron. We are the over 60s. Going for training or exercises as we say keeps me fit and alert. I don't have knee pain or keen locking any more I enjoy the 45 minutes very much. And I like the company of all those in the group. I am happy to have found something to do for myself.
Fantastic experience: Movement and Fitness was recommended to me through my kickboxing class. It is a great place to keep fit, meet friends and work out. It's super friendly and with a coach who teaches the class to help with form and talk you through anything and everything. I highly recommend this place to anyone who'd like to start gym work.
Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to improve thereselves in their wellbeing. I joined the over 60s class and not only do i actually feel better movement wise but socially the class are a great set guys and lasses so banter along the way too. Aaron sets the sessions and they are varied, and it's like having a personal trainer because he helps and demonstrates how each excersise should be performed to our best abilities. So come along.....
Fantastic experience: Amazing gym and PT’s. I joined this gym many years ago struggling with my weight and fitness. Although it is group-focused, it has never felt that way. The PT’s always take time to help, correct and educate you whenever you need it. I have always been put off gym’s in the past by feeling intimidated by the environment. Movement Health and Fitness and its members make you feel welcome and are very encouraging. Movement has given me back my confidence mentally and physically.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Team Movement for a year, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The coaches are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, whether it’s showing me how to use a piece of equipment, do an exercise or offering fitness advice. Fantastic experience: What an amazing gym! I've been going to Movement Health & Fitness now for about a year and I only wish I knew about it sooner! Its completely changed my life in so many positive ways, I'm the happiest, healthiest and strongest I've ever been! I sleep like a baby every night and I'm eating more calories than ever before which has allowed me to lose fat! Everyone is so lovely and we all support eachother in sessions. Fantastic experience: I can't thank the team at Movement enough! I have been a member since the end of January and today I hit my 2 stone weight loss, not only that bit I feel happier and healthier then I have in a decade. The support and encouragement from the coaches is outstanding and I never thought that I would say this - but the gym sessions are amazing! A small friendly environment which allows for dedicated coaches to guide and support you! The whole community are so supportive and great fun! Fantastic experience: After heart surgery and various other medical conditions I was really apprehensive to do any exercise at all, but with Aaron and kerrie's expertise and perseverance I started the 6 week plan. I can honestly say that physically and mentally for me it's the best thing I have done. I have now lost over 20kg and feel amazing, Everyone is so welcoming and we are all working towards our own personal goals, the encouragement from everyone is heart warming. Fantastic experience: I had never really been to a gym at all before I started at Movement, I signed up last April and the group have welcomed me with open arms, Aaron and Kerri have made the whole experience a happy one. They are both very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The group training appealed to me and helped my motivation. Fantastic experience: After retiring, I was mindful that I needed to do something to keep myself fit. I came across Team Movement on Facebook and decided to contact them, I spoke to Aaron, who was very professional and understanding of my needs. Fantastic experience: I started 4 months ago at 65, 3 times a week for an hour. It’s coached and covers warm up/down, weights and mild cardio. I feel great, what’s really surprised me is seeing how much we’ve improved through the excellent coaching and support. It’s also a very social experience
Fantastic experience: I signed on to Movement's 6 week intro course after I realised on my honeymoon I was tired of feeling tired, weak, and unhappy with myself. It's the best investment I've ever made in myself. Between the fun, structured workouts, the support and care from my coach Kerrie, and the new friends I've made at the gym, I've noticed no end of improvements. Both in my weight, my strength, and my self confidence. I've set myself weight loss goals before, but with the support of Kerrie and the Movement team, it's the first time I've had so much fun on the journey. At the end of the 6 weeks, I immediately signed up for a full year as I have complete faith that with Kerrie's support I'll meet my weight loss and strength goals. If you're thinking of joining, do it! You won't regret it.
Fantastic experience: Do you often feel tired, lack energy and your joints are stiff and you lack mobility? Well you are not on your own.This was me just 6 weeks ago and so I joined the vitality programme at Teammovment at their Gym on Kingsway at Kirkby .I was given a nutrition plan and joined the group of over 60 ,s, of all different abilities.Classes last 45 mins, 3 times a week and you go at your own pace.I am entering my last week now.have lost half a stone, feel fitter, stronger and have lots more energy.My mobility is much better, and my sleep pattern has improved.The first step was the hardest; and whilst the programme is a little more expensive than a Gym membership it has been worth every penny, and my new found friends agree.I am 77 years old, was worried how I would fit in to something like this but everyone thinks and feels the same and so classes are so enjoyable
Fantastic experience: I started at the movement gym a few weeks ago full of apprehension stepping into what I perceived this is just another gym. How wrong could I be. Aaron workouts are structured,helpful and supportive to your individual needs and goals.In few weeks I lost weight,felt more energised and made new friends in a gym were like in the previous gyms that I joined I felt intimidated without any support and left to my own devices and sometimes causing injuries to myself. I now look forward to going to a gym and reaping the rewards. I would highly recommend making the effort to becoming a better version of you in and and enjoying the fruits of your labour in this proactive gym.

Fantastic experience: Movement health and fitness is by far one of the greatest things that have happened to me. Since joining I feel so much better within myself, I am more energised and after weeks of attending I can now do the exercises more easily. The trainers are very professional and work to your level of comfort without making you feel pressured. Fantastic experience: I signed up for a 6 week challenge after being inactive for a while because of lower back pain. Well, after 3 weeks of training with Aaron, I can say I've become so much stronger and my back pain is easing up too. I love the 45 minute sessions and Aaron is always checking if you're using the correct technique and pushing you to progress. I also love the accountability with the twice weekly check-ins and the app is so easy to use as it helps you to keep track of your progress. I used to hate gyms but now I look forward to my morning gym sessions as it sets me up for a positive day and I don't feel intimidated at all, everybody is friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend this gem of a gym.

Fantastic experience: I am absolutely blown away with how much I love going to the gym now. It always used to feel like a chore but, since signing up with movement fitness, I look forward to the days I go. It’s only been three weeks, so far, but I’m already noticing differences and I can’t wait to see what the next three weeks will bring. The coaches are all so lovely and understanding and they won’t push you to do more than you are ready for but are there for any support you need to get through the program! Fully recommend and you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Started Movement Health and Fitness 2 weeks ago it is the best thing I've done I was very apprehensive due to it being a gym however once I arrived the people were very welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away. They are very supportive and help all the time as and when I need it. As for Kerrie and Arron they are very professional and there knowledge phenominal. I've had more classes with Kerrie at the minute and she is very supportive and explains and demonstrates every excercise that we complete. Kerrie is always willing to spend time with you if you require any help. She is very encouraging and very approachable. I always feel happy with myself once I have completed the classes and it supports me in reaching my personal goals. Thank you to all involved.
Fantastic experience: I came across Movement Health & Fitness in March I’d recently moved home, hadn’t exercised for a good 8 months, gained weight and lost my drive of self commitment to be a better me ! I contacted Aaron and the following day we had a meeting, set goals and I was signed up, I have never looked back . The sessions are tough and planned to get the best of you which they do . The coaching plans are great, all the coaches teach you so much from making those good choices to pushing you to stay on track . Who'd of thought that I’d be doing 7 am sessions but I honestly love it . Not only have I lost 10kg so far but I am a much healthier fitter and happier version of me still working at it 8 months in . I have met lots of amazing people who are all on there own journey, all the coaches are amazing and so supportive I thought I’d never have the strength to smash these workouts but believe me you just get stronger. Fantastic experience: I have been training here since April this year so only 4 months however my whole mindset has changed. I initially just wanted to do a 6 weeks programme and lose weight since then I have fallen in love with exercise and the way it makes me feel afterwards! The coaches are fantastic they’re always there to support you whenever you need it and push you to be the best version of yourself! If you’re reading these reviews unsure whether to sign up or not all I can say is DO IT! I’ve put going to the gym off for years and I’ve now not only been able to smash my initial goals but I’m stronger fitter and my mindset is much better

I've been stuck in a rut of over eating and unstructured exercise since the COVID days and after fracturing my leg recently got even worse. The amazing coaches at Movement make you accountable for your exercise and nutrition and accountability to yourself is a massive part of weight loss and getting stronger and fitter. Fantastic experience: First and foremost that you get, is a real warm welcome from members and coaches, whome are extremely professional, approachable and friendly. The gym is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The coaching is second to none, you are shown to do everything correctly in the gym, which was most important to me! Your advised on nutrition which was extremely helpful to me!You can't possibly go wrong. I've been going to this gym since early October and already have seen a massive improvement in my body, with the gym workouts and nutrition guidance, my fitness levels have changed dramatically. Fantastic experience: I started my journey at movement heath and fitness 2 weeks ago. My first session I honestly thought this isn't for me. But both kerry and Aaron were both absolutely amazing . They have both helped me so much. I went on my first session and I hated it. Wednesday came and I wasn't going to go,but Aaron said it will get better so I went the Wednesday and I loved it. Friday came and I went again and loved it. Its my second week this week and I have completed my second week. And I'm so glad I didn't quit. These guys support is amazing and I'm so glad I didn't quit. Thank you Aaron and Kerry you have both supported me so much and I really appreciate it. Don't ever thing you can't do it, because if I can anyone can and it will be the best decision you ever make.

Fantastic experience: I started with online training at the beginning of the year and these guys are honestly the best! I work with Kerrie and honestly she has transformed my life. I am always supported and always heard. If something isn’t working then we will try something else. Online training is tailored to suit me, I can move/change days about and not worry about anything! I feel like I am in control. Kerrie is so kind and caring and she is super helpful! I would highly recommend Movement Health and Fitness!!
Fantastic experience: After breaking my ankle in a hockey accident, I was really struggling with not being part of a team. Exercising and trying to get back to some level of fitness on my own felt like a hard slog and slow progress. Since joining Movement, I have really enjoyed being part of a team. I am getting fitter and learning more as the weeks pass.

Fantastic experience: After rejoining again in March 2022 after a long lay off with an injury, I was nervous and terrified about getting back into a gym again especially as I’d put on nearly 4 stone since the last time I was there. I need not worry as every one welcomed me back with open arms. After 5 months I’d lost over 3 stone and had a body I’d not had since I was a teenager. With the support of the coaches and fellow gym buddies I reached something I thought would be impossible. I can’t thank the team at Movement enough and all my gym buddies, it’s like having a second family.

Fantastic experience: I wholeheartedly recommend Movement to anyone who is interested in making positive changes to their body and mindset. Not only have I repaired my relationship with food I am constantly seeing changes to my body for the better. Kerrie and Aaron are supportive and knowledgeable and guide you through not only exercise but nutrition and consistency as well. Joining Movement has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself. The gym is clean and modern with plenty of space and members become friends very quickly. My body and mind thank me daily for making the decision to join Movement and I tell anyone who will listen to join!

Fantastic experience: I joined Movement Health and Fitness for a six week course in April and it is honestly the best thing I have ever done for myself. I had never been in a gym or done any sort of training in my life and was so nervous but I needn’t have worried. I have been going 3 times a week ever since and I look forward to every session. Kerrie and Aaron are both lovely people and as my coach Kerrie’s knowledge of nutrition, training and her amazing support has literally changed my life. I’ve lost well over a stone in weight and dropped a dress size. I feel amazing and for the first time in my life my cardiovascular health is showing as better than average which is pretty amazing since I have been asthmatic for over 30 years. The other people in the sessions are lovely and supportive, there is no judgement from anyone, just genuine friendliness and support. The sessions are all coached with support throughout on technique and encouragement to keep going. I absolutely can’t recommend this place highly enough, especially if, like me the idea of going into a gym terrifies you. There is nothing to fear here I promise. I wish I’d found them years ago. .
Fantastic experience: I started my journey with movement fitness back in April. When I was just over 16 stone .after joining Aaron and the gang on the morning six o'clock class ,soon realized this was the kind of motivation and gym class that I really wanted and needed !Aaron set me realistic goals to meet throughout the time I've spent here at movement I've lost two stone currently and this has not involved cutting any food out of my diet that I want to eat ,it's just a matter of managing it throughout the day and week overall .this is a real good class if you want to train at set times of the morning or evening. There always support there when needed. Plus a great bunch of people there for the same reasons..
Fantastic experience: I started my 6 week plan at the end of January and honestly have been so impressed with my progress that I have signed up for a further 4 weeks, both Kerrie and Aaron cannot do enough to help and support you through, forever encouraging and are always quick to respond if you have any questions. The workouts are a killer but it's for sure doing the trick. The apps that come with the plan are super helpful too! Cannot recommend these guys enough! All of the members are also really supportive, friendly and make you feel as though the gym is a home from home.. if you are having doubts on whether to join then don't, you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: The most positive and enjoyable fitness group I've ever been part of. The coaches have in-depth knowledge on diet, fitness and technique but also understand each individual is different and cater to their needs and lifestyle. I've seen good results and learned a lot in a short time but also had a lot of fun doing it too! Love the positivity of the team and I am enjoying the journey with a variety of exercises and flexibility on diet. I've become fitter, healthier and have more energy. 5/5 recommend thoroughly.
Fantastic experience: Scrolling through Facebook I came across an advert for Movement Health an fitness that appealed to my fitness and health goals. Filled in a easy questionnaire and received phone call from Aaron. We went through what I would like to achieve, i was able to break down my payments which made things easier and so began my 6 week journey. The team have been very supportive during exercise sessions, always motivating and encouraging you to achieve your goals or getting you through tough exercises. Everyone participating has been very welcoming and it is lovely to see people at different stages in their fitness plan. You gain support with your nutrition and the team is only a whatsapp away. Since joining I have noticed a massive change in my health and fitness as well as change in my weight. I am still able to eat what I enjoy whilst still focusing on my targets. I would definitely recommend movement health and fitness to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I joined movement on a six week initial course and was really pleased with the results I got in even in that short time. I was looking to get stronger, fitter and build muscle. Aaron and the team tought me weightlifting properly with correct technique, which combined with great coaching and a welcoming, comfortable environment made my strength results shoot up. This combined with a tailored diet plan has also seen significant improvement with body measurements and aesthetically. Fantastic experience: Well I don’t really know what to say, what a warm, friendly, welcoming gym. For someone like me who finds the gym a very intimidating and scary place, this was a completely new experience. All the coaches and other members are so friendly and supportive!! Aaron and Kerry have been amazing, keeping me motivated and keeping me going back. Somehow they manage to run a workout for a range of people with massively different physical abilities and fitness levels and yet everyone is pushed and challenged at their own level with no judgement or condescension if you struggle with anything, just support and encouragement. Fantastic experience: I joined Movement on a 6 week course in an effort to get into better shape for my holiday. I had no intention of remaining afterwards, at all. Basically because I'm not ( or wasn't) a big fan of gyms. I'm not really sure what I expected initially but this place is amazing. The sessions are varied and never the same. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. They adapt exercises to suit individual abilities or health issues but always manage to get you to push yourself to gain the most from your time there and achieve your personal goals, whatever they may be. In my 6 short weeks I lost weight and felt great, but more importantly, healthier. So much so that I didn't want to stop! So after my holiday I joined a more long-term program and I'm still here working towards my goals Everyone there is so friendly. There's no set "type" of person that goes, different ages, sizes, genders and abilities, which means you are working at your pace or limit. If you have been thinking about joining somewhere, join here....you genuinely will not regret it! Make the investment in yourself.

Fantastic experience: I started my journey with movement health and fitness 8 weeks ago. They helped me push myself to make that change I needed to start to hit my goals. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and instantly put you at ease. The work outs are tough but doable you do everything at your own pace with the help and support from the movements team. All the members I've bumped into since joining are all so friendly and helpful. I hated gyms because I always felt judged I've never once felt like this here. We're all here for a reason and your won't regret joining our team.

Fantastic experience: Not your typical gym – this one is amazing. Small group workouts, great advice, supportive with exercise and nutrition, exceptionally clean and lots of fun. I would recommend to both beginner and experienced gym goer.

Fantastic experience: Would recommend the place to anybody. Aaron and Kerrie really do a great job to set varied and challenging classes that are suitable for everyone. You will be pushed to challenge yourself and get the best results.

Fantastic experience: Arron and Kerrie are completely committed to working with you in setting and achieving your goals whether it’s weight loss or general fitness. Aaron works with me through personal training sessions and he knows how to get the best of me through encouragement as well as ensuring my mobility is correct before training. I highly recommend Movement if you live in the Nottingham area. They have also ensured all members are safe and social distance measures are carried out and after every session equipment is cleaned.
