Fantastic experience: Love this gym . Is a brilliant place for beginners and all other levels. A very friendly gym. Lots of variety on machines and never too busy.

Fantastic experience: Having not been in a gym for a few years I was nervous and a bit daunted at the prospect after deciding to include exercise into my fitness regime-I needn’t have worried, the gym is very well equipped and along with Luke, all the other members have been friendly and welcoming. Private PT sessions with Luke got me started and I factored in gym sessions and book them to suit myself which helps keep me on track. I have also joined the circuits classes which I thoroughly enjoy. I have lost the weight gained during lockdown and kept it off whilst increasing my body strength and mobility and improved my overall fitness. Luke is usually on hand to offer advice and encouragement. I would highly recommend LPB Fitness to anyone regardless of their ability.
