Fantastic experience: Love attending the bootcamp sessions. My fitness has increased and I've met some lovely people. The exercises are suitable for a wide range of fitness levels as Rich helpfully offers suggestions for adapting them to suit your own fitness.
Fantastic experience: After loosing some lung function last year I needed something to bring my fitness level back up, I started The fit body boot camp and I am finding it an excellent way to get my fitness back.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoying Bootcamp. Just finished week 3 and feel amazing. Richard is amazing and challenging you to push yourself. You can really feel yourself building stamina and strength each week. Signed up for the 28 day Bootcamp but will definitely be signing up and continuing long after this has finished. Would 100% recommend to anybody wanting to make a positive lifestyle change.

Fantastic experience: Two weeks into a 28 day Bootcamp and I can say I’m absolutely loving it. I’ve drove past for the past 10 years and always been apprehensive about joining with being so unfit. I’ve been self employed the past 5 years and I struggle sometimes with face to face interaction but can honestly say everyone I’ve met has been so friendly and welcoming. Everyone’s there for the same reason. I’m not looking for a quick fix and more of a lifestyle change and the enjoyment of working out again. The classes so far have been a variation of things and I really enjoyed the class today working with a partner around the different stations. Rich is a great coach and very supportive always checking on you and I’m just so glad I’ve finally taken the plunge and joined.

Fantastic experience: Bootcamp has really grabbed me! I have a history of doing and enjoying aerobic exercise but have always been bored with strength work and quickly give up when it comes to the gym. However, the sessions Rich puts on are engaging and make strength training fun. I would recommend to anyone who wants a fun, engaging strength and aerobic fitness programme!!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Fit Body boot camp! 3 weeks through my first month and can already see the results. Very friendly encouraging group of people of mixed ages and abilities. It’s first time I’ve attended an exercise class and not felt uncomfortable or intimidated. Richard is a very supportive coach and gives you individual weekly feedback so you know you’re on the right track too which is great! Much better than any gym classes I’ve ever attended

Fantastic experience: 3 weeks in to my first month of bootcamp and I'm loving it. So much so I've cancelled my gym membership to continue with the bootcamp. The people are great - really friendly and supportive, Rich is fantastic and the classes are varied, challenging and really enjoyable. The 45 minutes just flies by. I can't recommend it enough.

Fantastic experience: Rich's Fit Bootcamp is lots of fun and inclusive. I attended classes while visiting family in Wombourne and would certainly attend again! Rich is a great instructor - he encourages everyone to challenge themselves and achieve results. He provides modifications for different fitness levels, which is amazing and accommodating. I've also joined part of his 21-day challenge, which can be done from anywhere. It's helped me adapt my lifestyle and embrace new habits.

Fantastic experience: The Fit Body Bootcamp is a fantastic place, run by experienced trainers. Rich and his team have transformed not just my body but my relationship with food and perspective on having a healthy lifestyle and mind. Non judgmental and very supportive. We work hard and consistently- if you are looking for results whilst enjoying the process this is the place for you., there are many sessions to pick what suits you and different programs too.

Fantastic experience: I love attending Bootcamp first thing in the morning. The workouts are really varied and challenging and I have made friends for life. People are really lovely and supportive. Rich is brilliant at what he does and always offers coaching and lots of advice. Bootcamp is great for your mental and physical health- just do it, you won’t look back!
Fantastic experience: Thinking of getting fit. This is the way to do it. Bootcamp is fun, never boring and for all ages. I’m 70 so if I can do it anyone can. It is not all outdoors as we also use a marquee with various equipment and weights. Richard is also a good personnel trainer if you prefer training on a one to one basis. I currently have a shoulder problem and I am having PT sessions to help with this and Richard definitely knows his stuff.
Fantastic experience: Love love love this bootcamp, I started last year feb 2024 and I have been consistently going ever since. It’s a great workout and a great team experience, everyone is brilliant and supportive, the weight loss achieved is the greatest incentive to not miss a class. Rich is a brillant supportative and knowledgeable coach. Great with any questions/queries and very approachable. A defo 11 out of 10 for me
Fantastic experience: Bootcamp is THE BEST. Every session is different so no chance of getting bored... My fitness levels even over a short period of time have improved massively which in turn has given me more confidence too. Attending Bootcamp has also supported me with my running with both my distance and pace improving. Rich is the most knowledgeable and supportive coach i know. I have also met the most amazing group of friendly and supportive people and joining bootcamp has been one of the best decisions I've ever made !
Fantastic experience: Have been a member for almost 15 years and regularly attend all three sessions each week. Richard offers a fantastic programme to suit everyone old, young, fit or not and encourages you to reach that next level. Its great fun with a fabulous group of people - its become a way of life for me and at aged 65 I am a strong and healthy person and I sincerely attribute that to The Fit Body Boot Camp and have no intentions of giving up!
Fantastic experience: Been a member since 2013, just before my wedding. I even did early bootcamp on my wedding day! Get the whole body workout with equipment you would find in a gym, but without the intimidating environment. All ages, shapes, sizes are welcomed equally. Rich takes on the planning your workout role so you just turn up, do the group workout which changes each day, and go home feeling amazing ! It's the part of the day that is just for you, and all about getting a fitness routine to fit into your week. Make time for your health and fitness, you're worth it!!

Fantastic experience: FitCamp is amazing! It’s never boring, you can make it as challenging as you want it to be and Rich is always there to motivate you and push you that little bit further that you never knew was possible. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Rich’s bootcamp for nearly 2 years now and I absolutely love it! Rich has encouraged/helped me to complete a Hyrox, which I never thought I’d be able to do. A very friendly atmosphere and a different range of exercises for all abilities!

Fantastic experience: I have never been to a bootcamp/gym that is so friendly and encouraging! I am loving that the workouts are all different, so it's keeping me engaged and motivated. I've also lost 7 pound in the 4 week boot camp, and my nutrition wasn't the best one of the weeks, so I am really happy about that. I genuinely get excited about going and have signed up to a further 3 months as I am enjoying it so much.
Fantastic experience: I joined the Bootcamp 4 weeks ago and can honestly say it's the best thing I have done, I feel fitter and more energetic it really has changed how I felt at the start, starting off gradually and each week progressively working harder, each day being a different workout keeping it interesting while working all muscle groups. I have lost weight and inches off my body shape and also built muscle and strengthened my core, I can recommend this Bootcamp to all new to exercise or those who already workout and the people are all very welcoming

Fantastic experience: Fantastic way to get fit. Worried you're too fat? Too old? DON'T ! Everyone is welcome nobody is judged. Richard Morris is very knowledgeable and encouraging. Give it a go, you won't regret it.
Fantastic experience: It’s the best workout ever! Lovely bunch of people too. Richard is very helpful…makes all classes more difficult as the weeks progress… whilst being such fun and engaging. I’ve also had some PT sessions with Richard after an injury - again really good at tailoring my session to make sure I had the better workout whilst being mindful of my shoulder in my case. Would highly recommend coming along and trying it.
Fantastic experience: I jointed bootcamp over two years ago absolutely petrified, this was something that was very much out of my comfort zone that I was attending. I had been to a couple of similar groups before and just felt intimidated and not that welcome but this boot camp was different and i loved every minute. Rich is a fantastic instructor very patient kind and understanding and treats each and everyone as a individual he is always on hand to answer questions or give advice to. I have improved my fitness massively and gained so much confidence. For me working from home can be quite isolating so coming to boot camp is social for me and I have made the loveliest friends for life. I’d recommend this to any one who is considering wanting to get fit make new friends or for what ever other reason to join.
Fantastic experience: Myself and my daughter joined Rich's bootcamp in August! Best decision we made, such a lovely group of people without judgement! Yes the classes can be tough but fun, and Rich is super encouraging and motivating! If you are thinking of joining, we would 100% recommend.. without hesitation!
Fantastic experience: Been going to Richard’s bootcamp for a few months now, and I love it! So enjoyable, a good mix of exercises that not only work you but are fun! My confidence in fitness has grown since joining and have also got to meet some nice like minded people there as well!

Fantastic experience: I have been back at bootcamp for almost 3 weeks now since having my latest baby and it's been brilliant! I absolutely love the structured workout sessions and the atmosphere!! I was working out on my treadmill but it got so boring and repetitive. Really like all the people there too, really friendly and welcoming. Thanks Rich!!!!

Fantastic experience: My first session was about 5 years ago, i wasn't sure what to expect or if it was going to be one of those crazy army style ones where they shout at you... it wasn't thank god, although i do get a few 'come on Mel' from Rich which is all i need to keep me motivated to do one last burpee! Rich is great he always pushes us to do that extra little bit and is always there if you need any advice on training or to help with diet and helps you get the best from the classes. I feel fitter and feel healthier than i have ever felt, i've always done a bit of exercise here and there, gyms, fitness classes, running a few mile here and there but the camp has pushed me further and further and i've even managed to do a few half marathons which i never thought i'd be able to do. I've also met some great people and made some amazing new friends through bootcamp too, we have a laugh while working out. So when lockdown came i was so glad that Rich found a way to keep us all moving and having that bit of structure to the week with the classes being done live online on the same days and times it was perfect and just what we needed to get through the weeks of lockdown.

Fantastic experience: Richard Morris, what can I say, brilliant coach motivating and helpful in helping you to acheive your goals. Be it weight loss, fitness or both. Every Bootcamp session different and rewarding. You work at a level you are comfortable with but Richard knows if you can push yourself to do more. The 45 minute sessions fly by and you come away feeling so much better. If you work indoors all week as I do being outside in the fresh air with like minded people 3 times a week all doing their best to get fit is brilliant. Fantastic experience: Never to old never too fat never too unfit . Make no mistake it is challenging but you will reap the rewards. Rich and the boitcampers will help and encourage you and you will make new friends learn to do stuff you never thought possible. I had never boxed in my life but I love it. Plus Richard Morris is an experienced well respected coach who is very knowledgeable!
Fantastic experience: Joining Fit Body Boot Camp is the best thing I ever did, I was so unhappy with my body shape, weight, fitness and feeling depressed, within 6 months I lost over 3 stone, reached my target, completely changed my body shape, feel happy in myself and have made some lovely friends. I have been a member for 2 and a half years now. No one judges you because we have all been there and all want the same results, so give it a go, it will be the best thing you ever do
Fantastic experience: I transformed myself (not just my body) in 3 months of attending The Fit Body Boot Camp with Richard Morris who, as a professional fitness instructor of the highest regard, mentors you through the programme with best practise, advice and support. It's a family atmosphere and very moreish :-) Wholly recommended!
Fantastic experience: Having not done any real excersise for over 20 years I was in real need to get out into the fresh air and start running about abit. The camp is a whole lot more than this, expertly and attentively run by Rich Morris and after completing the first camp signed up for the next one. Right now cannot imagine my week without it.
