It is especially good for people that need a quieter, more thoughtful environment to train in. You feel looked after here, and safe to try things or share ideas you might not anywhere else/ There really isn't anywhere else like it.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to The Fit Box for a few months now and can't recommend it enough. If you are looking for a gym that can cater specifically to your individual fitness requirements or to get stuck into some group classes this is the place. Everyone is welcoming and the instructors are brilliant. I have seen improvements in my fitness already and met some great people - the place where everyone knows your name and no one lets you give up!
