Fantastic experience: I've been working with Emily for almost a year now (time flies when you're having fun) and all I can say.. Emily is simply the best! She's always veeery supportive and motivating, she helped me to reach my goals not only physically but also mentally. Emily's a great coach, her sessions are always full of knowledge and fun, plus she's very patient coach :) I recommend Emily from the bottom of my heart and wish everyone met someone like her through their fitness journey.
