Fantastic experience: I genuinely look forward to each session - time flies because it’s fun, but also satisfyingly challenging. The PTs , Pilates and Boxfit Instructors are exceptional: they’re quick to adapt exercises to suit individual abilities and always provide such encouraging support. A fantastic gym all round.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. I joined following recurrent injuries at gym classes and under careful watch from the brilliant instructors I’ve felt stronger and happily injury free since I joined. It’s a very friendly place to come to especially if you’re new to using weights.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of a few gyms over the years, but BRF outshines the rest by a mile. The combination of structured small group training sessions, knowledgeable, warm and welcoming coaches who care about, and motivate their members, alongside the friendly, relaxed and inclusive atmosphere makes it a place I really look forward to going rather than somewhere I force myself to go to. Strength, fitness, nutrition, challenge, general wellbeing - it ticks every box. Worth every penny and I couldn't recommend it highly enough!
Fantastic experience: I signed up for the 6 week program after a few ‘tricky’ years which lead to self neglect on both the exercise and eating front. I needed something to help get me back into a good routine of exercise and healthy eating as I wasn’t exercising as effectively on my own. Having not done much weight training before the small group personal training classes were perfect. The trainers are all very friendly and good at making exercise adjustments due to any injuries carried and, more importantly, would actively check form and correct you as necessary. Classes are as hard as you push yourself yet enjoyable. I have equally enjoyed the Boxing, Hyrox and Pilates classes too. I’d highly recommend the gym to anyone looking for a fun and effective form of exercise

Fantastic experience: Professional, friendly and fun. BRF is the ONLY gym I have ever been a member of for more than 12 months which speaks volumes. A great mix of people who are there to work out, tone and / or build muscle and get fit. No pressure and no posers or mirrors in sight! I would recommend this gym to anyone but particularly if the standard gym environment doesn't work for you. Lots of women and men are members across all age ranges so you should not feel out of place.

Fantastic experience: I have always found gyms very intimidating until I found BRF it has truly changed my entire mindset I love the small group sessions and the programming is great. The coaches are so friendly and helpful they are quick to correct your form and stop injuries by doing so. I feel so much stronger and fitter and it’s all because of BRF. I especially want to shout out to Matt and Henry for their amazing coaching and putting up with my constant questions .

Fantastic experience: Love coming to BRF! They work really hard to grow and maintain a real sense of community, with lots of social events and mini competitions. The coaches are so knowledgable and approachable whilst also finding ways to challenge you and keep you developing. I’ve also made some firm friends during my time who regularly meet up outside of the gym. I love the variety in the classes which keeps you interested and allows you to hone different areas of fitness (strength, cardio ability, flexibility etc.). When I joined in Jan 2024 I thought it might be a short term fix, but I’ve been coming to 4-5 sessions a week ever since and now hate to miss a class! If you’re hesitating just give it a go. This is the only gym I’ve ever stuck with as I’ve seen real results, and I can honestly say it has changed my whole outlook on exercise, fitness and diet!

Fantastic experience: I have loved going to BRF for many years now. It’s the only exercise I’ve ever enjoyed really. It’s sociable when you want it to be and the work outs vary and can be tailored to your particular needs even though it’s part of a group session. I’ve had my hip replaced recently and the team adapted what I was doing pre op when I was not very mobile and in a lot of pain, and have helped me get back into it post op, making sure I can do the programme and adapting things when I can’t. Most of all they are fun, encouraging and motivational.

Fantastic experience: I'd never stepped foot in a gym before doing a six-week trial at Best Results Fitness. I was very nervous... but I didn't need to be. The coaches guided me through everything to make sure I knew what I was doing. Now I've been there for over two years and I love it!

Fantastic experience: This is the best I’ve felt in my body in years and I’ve only just finished the 6-week foundation program. I’ve got more energy than I’ve had in ages and I’m riding an endorphin high most of the time! I’m losing weight, my clothes are fitting better, but more importantly, I’m gaining muscle and strength. I feel GREAT! I love the group sessions. It changes the whole dynamic of ‘boring workouts’ - they’re NEVER boring! The coaches are so knowledgeable and ensure you get the most out of your individual workout. They have the perfect balance between pushing you and slowing you down. Constantly check your form so you avoid injuries. This was essential for me coming back from a long-term chronic illness. The nutrition aspect has been essential in me seeing results this fast and Ben is amazing at checking in and keeping me on track towards my goals. It’s so much fun - something I never imagined saying about the gym. My favourite class is Boxfit and I’m making new friends, which is a bonus! It is so much more than ‘just a gym’. The team has cultivated such a beautiful community, a wonderful aspect that makes BRF so very special. We cheer each other on, support each other and have socials too. It’s awesome! This is hands down the most fun I’ve ever had on my fitness journey, which makes it so easy to stick to. I’m hooked!

Fantastic experience: I love the BRF set up. Small group PT where you have a set routine but lift to your ability. The extra classes included in your subs are great fun. Having an accountability coach keeps you on track - but it’s all about motivation and consistency. No fads!! If you want to get fit, have fun and work with some amazing coaches - this is the place for you!!
Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. The Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) sessions are absolutely excellent. Very knowledgeable coaches, excellent at tweaking the session to everyone’s differing ability. I’ve trained in many different gyms, never had the same level of the results. Great community feel, accountability coaches and each session is completely different. You’ll struggle to find a better gym in the area.

Fantastic experience: Best results Fitness is the best way to get engaged in fitness that I have ever come accross. I have tried gyms, PT’s, online sessions, boxing through work. The combination of great trainers and other members who you are in the same small groups sessions with makes this a genuine please to attend. I took the 6 week starter in April and didn’t hesitate to sign up for a year when the time arrived!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant experience at this gym! I’ve had a lot of negative experiences in gyms over the years so I was hesitant to try another. So glad I did, from my initial introduction to now 4 months on I’ve just had the best time here. Highly qualified staff who pay attention to alignment and alway produce interesting & varied exercise programs. Nutrition advice was easy to implement. Nothing at this gym is overly complicated, straight forward explanations and always a friendly approach. My over all body strength has increased noticeably and has helped enormously with my work. Wherever you are on your fitness journey BRF is the place to go to!

Fantastic experience: This is definitely an amazing gym for someone who needs a bit of extra motivation and encouragement. The sessions fly by as they are so varied and the help, support and advice you receive is really personal. Also for someone new to the area, it is a lovely way to feel part of a community, the atmosphere is always friendly and fun. The class timetable is also great for even the busiest person and the booking system is super easy and flexible.

Fantastic experience: I gave BRF a go as I got stuck in a rut with my training routine. Winters are always the hardest. I was also fed up with the extra weight piled on during lock down. BRF staff and members made me feel welcome from the start. The opportunity to train at any time from early morning to late at night in a small class made it easy to fall in love with exercise again.
Fantastic experience: BRF has helped me get back into the gym consistently, seeing my body fat % decrease whilst gaining muscle mass. Ben and Callum are always there to help with anything from technique to nutrition.

Fantastic experience: Having been a regular gym user, multiple back operations stopped me exercising for the best part of a year. When I then dragged myself back to my old gym, I felt incredibly unfit, weak, old(!) and had lost the confidence I previously had. I drove past BRF one day, looked it up and thought maybe it could be the thing to give me a kick-start again. I’ve always been a solitary gym user, so was nervous about training alongside others, nervous about my lack of fitness, etc. etc. I’ve been going for a month now…and it has been absolutely brilliant, getting better and more enjoyable every session. Ben & Calum have been great, really welcoming, encouraging and pitching the gym sessions so that they are at the right level for me as an individual. All of the other members create a welcoming environment to train in, whether that is in the gym or via interactions on the group chat. I’ve even enjoyed the nutritional side of things! And I’m seeing positive results. I’ve really enjoyed my time at BRF so far, and I wish I had joined months ago.

Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed training with Ben these last few months during lockdown. He has really challenged me and after every workout I feel on top of the world. Ben uses many different exercises and mixes them up and makes sure that we work every muscle group. He has adapted his sessions to work through lockdown really well - even if they've been on screen. Since I've started with Ben I feel I have become much stronger and I feel more confident in myself. I would highly recommend Ben if you're looking for really effective strength training and to feel good.

Fantastic experience: I met Ben when I was 2st heavier than I am now. This was almost 8 years ago! I was a sucker for meal replacement diets and I never went to the gym. Ben empowered me with non-judgemental, factual information about nutrition in order to reach my personal goals. His sessions are fun, friendly and cater to everyone, even people like me who had no previous gym experience! Ben isn’t about quick fixes, he’s about lifestyle change and maintenance and that’s exactly what I’ve achieved with his help. I can’t recommend him enough!
Fantastic experience: I began working with BRF just after lockdown in 2020. I had taken a few years off strength training following an injury and personal circumstances. My expectations were high as I'd worked with exceptional personal trainers who were results focussed and tailored our programmes to my specific needs. Ben has rebuilt my confidence, first by helping me get some foundations back in place to avoid further injury. I then gradually built my fitness back, followed by my strength. This was achieved over a period when we were in and out of lockdowns and quarantines, in the winter - where zoom became the predominant venue. His determination to equip his clients with whatever we needed to not just continue training but to make progress in line with our goals is exceptional. We were given equipment to take home, provided online materials when classes weren't running, frequent and practical ways to touch base on our intent and motivation... and on top of this, brilliant measurement based support to maintain commitment and drive the needed changes in behaviour to sustain progress. I fully recommend Ben for his expertise, his infectious discipline, his complete service offering, his ongoing investment in innovation and most of all his passion to drive fitness, strength and good health with his clients.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with BRF since Autumn 20 - what a difference this has made to my approach. My attitude has altered to one where I want to train as I enjoy how this makes me feel both mentally and physically. This is 100% down to the approach Ben and the team have to training. We’re encouraged to work at our own pace but with the camaraderie of the community around us. If you’re looking for support that does more than count from 1 to 15 as you lift a weight than BRF is for you.

Fantastic experience: The care for each client is exceptional! The adaptation during the coronavirus pandemic has been amazing and it’s saying a lot that this is the longest time I’ve ever been committed to a gym!
Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. I went from couch potato to maybe the fittest I've ever felt! The small group PT sessions are great for people who don't like the gym (like me). It makes the workout more fun and you push yourself harder. Be prepared for hard work, but with noticeable results!
Fantastic experience: I started personal training with Ben with my mum, when she moved into his group exercise I carried on with 1 to 1 and ended up training for around 18 months. Ben is a great coach, he listened to my goals and allowed flexibility when I found certain exercises hard. He changed the sessions frequently as I often get bored doing the same things. I have struggled with my legs as it’s where I carry my weight and I saw a great improvement in their shape, something I didn’t think was possible. I chose Ben because I liked his approach: sensible and sustainable, there is no crazy calorie drop being recommended, no magic pill, he provides honest information which helps, he works with me on weaknesses in and tightness in my hips as well mobility in between whatever activities I was doing. I’d recommend Ben to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have known Ben professionally for over a year and have attended his classes, both his workout and boxing groups. This guy is the most passionate personal trainer I have ever met. period. He is warm, approachable, funny, focused and an awesome motivator. I wouldn't go any where else and would always recommend him if you are serious about wanting to be the better version of you.
Fantastic experience: Tried Boot Camp at Ben Rooney Fitness as he was local to me and always wanted to give something like this a try... so glad I did! Great class with lots of variation and designed around your fitness requests. Really knowledgeable guy with lots of different routines I have never tried or seen before. After 3 sessions my fitness has improved dramatically! Whilst you can go at your own pace Ben will also work you through the pain barrier if thats what you want. Definitely recommend giving it a try - and great value at £7 for 90 minutes!! Thanks Ben
