Welcome to Move Me Happy, a fitness center located in the beautiful Kendal, UK. Our mission is to promote physical and mental well-being through a variety of inclusive exercise classes for all abilities.
Our clients rave about the supportive and encouraging atmosphere fostered by our dedicated coach, Beth. Here are some highlights:

Fantastic experience: Beth’s classes are brilliant and something I look forward to every week. The focus is on exercising for physical and mental health rather than how you look and I always come away feeling great.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic exercise classes for all abilities. Love the outdoor setting on beautiful Kendal Green Beth & Katie's mindset when it comes to exercise is fab - not about how you look (although getting in shape is nice side benefit) it's about wellbeing for body & mind. I'd never thought I'd do weights\exercises and here I am, feeling amazing for it.

Fantastic experience: Such a positive experience to gradually improve fitness and mental health in the open air with such a friendly and affirming coach and group. The exercises are always challenging but achievable and Beth is so encouraging.

Fantastic experience: Excellent instruction films and fitness programs. Highly motivational. Little equipment needed and I do the exercises in the privacy of my own home. Thanks Beth.

Fantastic experience: Training with Beth and the Move Me Happy team on a Saturday morning is one of the highlights of my week! Committing to leaving the house early(ish) and taking an hour to be selfish and focus on myself is so rewarding for my mental and physical health. Beth is such a joy and the classes really focus on what your body can do and getting stronger rather than what your body looks like or measures. Classes are made up of such a variety of people; some newbies, some have been coming for months or even years, some have never weight trained before and some have. Beth always provides options and adaptations for each exercise so everyone is catered for. It’s so refreshing and I love supporting and being supported by like-minded, strong women! Cannot recommend Beth’s classes enough.

Fantastic experience: Beth’s group classes helped me reignite my relationship with exercise - in my 30’s I used to go to the gym and run regularly and then I lost my mojo for a long time.. Coming back to committing to exercise felt really daunting in my 40’s but on joining Beth’s classes - I felt the warmth and encouragement immediately and re-found what I loved about exercise - the feel good factor (both mentally and physically). Fantastic experience: This class has hugely improved my physical and mental health. I love exercising outside with a supportive group of woman. Beth is such a positive instructor, she has changed my relationship with exercise. It’s such an inclusive group, I’d encourage anyone to try it.

Fantastic experience: Beth is a wonderful human! She is kind, knowledgeable and motivated to help people like me improve their attitude towards health, fitness and balance as part of busy everyday life. I would not hesitate to recommend her (especially if you’re a 40 something woman who wants to maintain her mojo). ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Beth is a very inclusive and approachable personal trainer who really knows her stuff and works on sustainable and healthy goals. I have done one-to-one and group sessions with Beth. I highly recommend her for her enthusiasm, knowledge and good nature.

Fantastic experience: Move Me Happy classes are super inclusive and fun. Anybody can do them as Beth adapts each movement and gives options to work whether you are new to fitness or training hard. They are also broken down into smaller sections meaning you get breaks before you go again. The best part is being outdoors in a green open space - it feels so restorative and peaceful

Fantastic experience: Beth understands where I’m coming from and where I’m at and is giving me the tools to gently push my limits and challenge myself. She’s taught me that imperfection is better than nothing - so I’m accountable and turning up more often. Her coaching and advice has always been great but the app makes the experience fantastic - so easy to understand what I need to do and to see how I can progress. Thanks so much Beth.

Fantastic experience: Beth is the most kind hearted, supportive mentor. She totally has your back, creating a positive relationship with your body and around food. I’ve tried sooo many fad diets in the past but Beth really looks at you as a person and helps to change your mindset. Would highly recommend giving the 1:1 coaching a go x

Fantastic experience: Beth is amazing! I couldn’t recommend her highly enough! She is so inspirational. She is gentle yet very effective! She has a holistic approach to health and wellbeing and understands the importance of ensuring we all look after ourselves. She also has a wealth of knowledge of how to keep yourself healthy during menopause. She understands the demands of a busy life and how this impacts on healthy eating and exercise so will help to manage this too. Her classes are suitable for all levels as she will adapt exercises to suit everyone’s individual needs. I have thoroughly enjoyed both the classes on the green and the home workouts she has set for me. I was an absolute beginner when I started and I felt very embarrassed and uncertain that I would be able to participate. She made me feel comfortable and capable to join in at my own pace. It’s fabulous to see the improvement and Beth is always there to celebrate your achievements and encourage the next step.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to the women's group sessions on Kendal Green now for a year and it's honestly one of the best parts of my week. It's great to workout as a group but the sessions are done in such a way that you do what suits you. There are a selection of weights for you to pick from and the exercises are levelled so again, you choose which level feels right for you on that day. Lots of laughter, lots of support and great input from either Beth or Katie who run the sessions. Professional and feels safe. Highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Beth’s energising, fun-filled, and holistic approach offers you an opportunity to take control and feel better in yourself. From nutritional information to individual coaching, and group training in all weather (and I do mean ALL weather ) Beth supports your journey to ‘Progress not perfection.’ Thank you Beth for your authenticity and empathy. Fantastic experience: Beth is a fabulous coach and helped me reach the goals that I set by guiding and supporting me during our regular 121s. She provided a good level of challenge at the right times. Her expertise was invaluable and she is wonderfully kind and empathetic. I would highly recommend Beth!

Fantastic experience: These classes have changed my life!!... I have never enjoyed exercise, but got to a point in my life where I really needed to improve not just my physical but also my mental health. I saw Beth's inspiring and encouraging posts on Instagram about the classes on Kendal Green (and so much more) and thought I must give this a try. Going to Beth's classes twice a week - always outdoors, in ANY weather - has been the best thing I have ever done for Myself, and I've stuck with it for over a year now. I've never felt as strong, healthy and balanced as I do now, and that's not even all the benefits. I've improved my "relationship" with food, I sleep so much better, my immune system is strong, and I actually ENJOY moving now. Thank you for all your support through this Beth, and also Katie, who is a fantastic addition to your Move Me Happy Team. Can't wait to get started again after the summer holidays.

Fantastic experience: Loved working with Beth as my coach. I asked Beth to coach me after following her on instagram. I liked her personal approach to coaching, as it wasn’t primarily about losing weight and getting fit. There’s no before and after photos because you can’t photograph confidence, contentment and happiness. I learned about boundaries, and went through a lot of soul searching. The training plans were great, and Beth was happy to switch out/swap an exercise if needed. Ultimately Beth has taught me some great life lessons and values that I continue to follow now.

Fantastic experience: Beth's 1-2-1 online coaching was exactly what I needed to kick start me back into a regular fitness regime after having 2 kids. She was supportive, says things as it is and designed me progressive programmes, as well as a focus on mindset. Her long-term approach, rather than immediate results, has set me up for long term fitness and health. Cannot recommend enough

Fantastic experience: Beth has been my coach now for around 4 months and as I write that I can’t quite believe the progress in such a short space of time. Also as I write ‘coach’ I feel like that’s just not the right word to sum up what Beth does - she’s more of a life cheerleader! I reached out to Beth after attending her outdoor exercise classes which in themselves are just fantastic! A friendly group of women with Beth being a cheery inspiration for each and every one of us. I was impressed straight away with how genuine, sincere and kind she was with every person in the group, she really does have your best interest at heart. When I heard Beth also offered 1-2-1 coaching I knew it would be a great investment. We’ve tackled everything from - Putting in place a personal structure as I’m self employed and was struggling after going from a 9-5 to balance out my work and life! - Nutrition, building up small and healthy habits with a marathon not a sprint type attitude for long term sustainable success which will help my overall health and weight goals. - Body image, talking through practical small easy things I can do daily to build up a healthy body image. - Boundaries, as a bit of a people pleaser i was used to putting myself last, Beth has taught me how to put myself as an equal and shown me how this helps me to be a better friend, partner and business owner. - Exercise routines, Beth’s taught me the importance of carving out time for exercise and provided the tools through her app for me to be able to do these from anywhere. The great thing about Beth is, she is there to hold you accountable with weekly check ins, but not once have I ever felt judged if I’ve struggled. She acts as the voice of reason on your shoulder helping you to build self acceptance and empower you to make conscious choices to better yourself. “Better not best” is one of my favourite sayings I’ve learnt from Beth. She really has been a huge inspiration to my personal development. Having someone who is consistently in your corner with a kind and non-judgemental voice has helped me to be much kinder to myself and this has had a knock on effect with my confidence improving everything from work, relationships and general every day life. Thanks for being the best cheerleader I could ask for! Go team happy!

Fantastic experience: Beth is a great coach very understanding of your needs and life style. She makes plans that you are able to follow and fits around your life.
