Fantastic experience: Best gym in Lincoln by a mile but don't join because I like the fact I never have to wait for machines.

Fantastic experience: I joined Kin3tic in Feb 2024 and within 6 weeks of personal training with Jason I had the best results that I was never able to achieve with any other PT I previously had. I was given a nutrition plan and workouts for the week and could not be any happier with my results. There is a great choice of high quality equipment, the gym is clean and with the number of members being capped - never too overcrowded. Great place!

Fantastic experience: There’s a reason this gym has nothing but 5* reviews. By far the most aesthetically pleasing and cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. Equipment is everything you’ll ever need and always maintained to work perfectly. Staff are all very nice along with everyone who trains here. Limited member capacity means it’s never overcrowded and you’re never waiting to use something, people are always happy to share anyway. Couldn’t recommend this gym enough, has such a good vibe

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best gyms I have experienced. The community feel is great, everyone is friendly and supportive. If there's any issues Jason is quick to resolve them. I can get round and do my session without waiting long for equipment, I've been here nearly 2 years and I've only ever had to wait once, but people here are quick to offer you to jump on while there resting. I couldn't train anywhere else now!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic friendly gym , spent years avoiding gyms as I never felt comfortable in them , once I started at kin3tic that has all changed. The staff are great, the members friendly. The gym itself is clean always and continuously improved. And a huge bonus is the air con!! Would recommend .

Fantastic experience: Kin3tic performance is the best gym I’ve been a member of. The main selling point for me was the membership cap as I’ve always struggled with being a member of chain gyms that are always busy. Kin3tic is more of a PT based gym which is great if you lack confidence in the gym and all staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been attending sessions with Craig barton who is a PT and nutrionist at Kin3tic and he is amazing at what he does. He has helped me to feel much more confident in myself and the gym and helps me feel more motivated. The gym is always clean and the equipment is of a high standard. I would definitely recommend this gym to friends and family :)

Fantastic experience: I spent years going in and out of overcrowded commercial gyms, where staff were only there to fill the place with members, and attempt to up-sell without a second thought about customer experience. I joined Kin3tic through family and friends, at a time where I was struggling mentally and physically, and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. On top of being able to actually complete a workout due to it being a member capped facility, the staff and the members help create a proper community feel. I’ve struggled with anxiety in the past, but really do get the sense of togetherness at Kin3tic, where everyone is helping each other to push and reach their goals. The equipment is fantastic and maintained/updated regularly, with plenty to use without the need to sit waiting for equipment to become available. The staff are all friendly and very knowledgable, they always want to go out their way to help, whether it be help on a machine or any general fitness related question. The people are all respectful and open to help with anything, they make it a truly safe space to go and train as everyone is of the mindset of we are all there for self improvement. All in all it’s the perfect place for anyone, no matter what your goal, to undergo your fitness journey. It’s been the base for me to help sort through my struggles, and I wouldn’t go train anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, friendly staff, high quality equipment, friendly environment. Not only does Kin3tic have great equipment, it also constantly upgrades the machines and equipment. If anything gets damaged - it gets replaced. Highly recommend. Just stay out my shower.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been lucky enough to have been a member of Kin3tic since the day it opened, and have always found it be an extremely welcoming environment. The gym has great equipment and the PT’s are incredibly knowledgable. I think I would struggle to train in a different environment.

Fantastic experience: I joined Kin3tic about 3 weeks ago and so far have been very pleased with the gym and service. It is clean, tidy and has great kit and facilities. Opening times are consistent regards of bank Holidays etc. Response times to questions is fantastic. Neill Martin is my coach and has been for some time now. He recently relocated to Kin3tic and I followed. Neill is a fantastic coach, he will push you to be your best but in a gentle and friendly way. I have totally changed my lifestyle since meeting him and will be eternally greatful.

Fantastic experience: I joined this performance gym in Summer 2017. I came to the gym from a large commercial gym and found the difference very refreshing right from the start. The gym has High end equipment (that is always well maintained) and very friendly and knowledgeable PT's always available - covering all aspects of training and diet plus motivation / mindset. The opening hours are extended and makes finding time to train easier as a result. Fully recommended as a result !

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Gym , Great equipment well maintained , Jason and the team of Personal trainer are all really friendly and there to help you achieve your personal goals through the right nutrition to suit you and your needs combined with the right training program and advice. its full of like minded friendly helpful people, if you are serious about changing your personal fitness goals i fully recommend this the place to be.

Fantastic experience: I came to this gym with a chronic back problem which needed treatment at least weekly. Through the commitment of Jason, owner/ PT, specialising in rehabilitation, I have gone from being able to do nothing in the gym to building my strength and HIIT sessions resulting in some epic touring bike rides including 'coast to coast' across France and C2C2C (lincs). The gym has great atmosphere with good equipment. Everyone friendly, welcoming and supportive... come along and see for yourself!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to learn how to use weights properly and develop an effective training routine as well as getting help and advice on nutrition and diet. I got all this and more from Kin3tic. Its a friendly, clean gym with excellent PTs who really know their stuff and care about getting you those results! For the first time ever I feel like my time at the gym is getting me the results I wanted - thanks Kin3tic :)

Fantastic experience: Plenty of good equipment, all trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, Micro classes are something different and fun. Never overcrowded so you can always get on equipment. Clean and tidy, brilliant gym to go to.

Fantastic experience: I joined Kin3tic Performance in September 2019 and I am so pleased that I did. I was always someone that was very nervous about going to a gym and being judged for whatever reason. I can honestly say that this has never happened at this gym. The trainers are extremely professional and are always willing to help out. The equipment is well looked after and is easy to use, especially for someone that has not trained in a gym before. Jason is incredibly knowledgeable and created a bespoke training and food plan that has been simple to follow and I have achieved fantastic results. I never appreciated just how much consistent training can benefit you both mentally and physically and I would highly recommend this gym to anyone that wants to train somewhere with a difference. Looking forward to continuing to train at Kin3tic and continuing to progress :-)

Fantastic experience: Excellent Gym and Personal Trainers. I did a 6 week trial and was very impressed with the amazing facilities and gym equipment. The very professional trainers offer personal PT sessions and nutritional advice. Also unique micro PT classes, which are small group PT sessions. They are fantastic! Educational and trainers very corrective on technique and offering alternatives for injuries. The gym is friendly, and not overcrowded so you can always get on equipment. By far the best gym in Lincoln, and a great place to train.
