FUSION FITNESS GYM PORTSMOUTH

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been into keeping fit but rarely enjoyed going to the gym until I joined Fusion. Now I’m there almost everyday. I was also rubbish at training for events but since getting into Hyrox that’s changed and that’s all down to Fusion. The classes are brilliant, with an amazing atmosphere and great equipment. You feel like you’re working out with mates rather than a bunch of strangers. Fusion really does feel like a community of likeminded people who always push each other on. There’s no judgement as people of all shapes, sizes and abilities give 100% to improve their fitness and performance. And that’s all down to the whole team that run the gym. From the owner Dan, who really does make you feel welcome, to the PTs like Harley, Max and George who really push you to get the most out of your workout, as well the likes of Jade and Liberty who help keep the place running as smoothly as possible. And it’s not just about working out, as they often incorporate it into social events as well, which you just don’t get with corporate gyms. For anyone wanting to get fit and feel part of a family-feel gym then I can’t recommend Fusion enough.

Fantastic experience: I joined Fusion Fitness on 1st January after training solo for a while because I wanted to get back into group fitness and meet new people. In my first 4 weeks, I've already done 15 classes – it's addictive! The trainers are motivational and friendly, and the community is top-notch. The equipment and classes are just the right level of challenging for me. If you're training for HYROX, they've got all the kit and workouts you need. I'd highly recommend Fusion to anyone!

Portsmouth is the newest of the group, now standing as flagship, with high end, brand new equipment, designed specifically around Hyrox (though if Hyrox isn’t your thing, the gym alone has so much to offer for working out). The community feel, hilarious vibes and extensive knowledge and motivation this gym brings to all of its members, is second to none. Whether you’re starting out or a gym rat… this place will welcome you in with open arms and give you best experience you’ve had to date… that’s a promise!! Love what you are all about never change!!

Fantastic experience: Fusion Fitness is so much more than just a gym. Becoming a member of this community has been the highlight of my year. The team push you to become the best version of yourself with the most insane classes EVER and the best socials ranging from track runs, yoga, hyrox sims, and our most recent Ibiza night! I have never been happier or healthier since becoming part of the fusion family.

Fantastic experience: All Fusion venues are top tier, but Portsmouth just takes it to another level! As well as the great classes they frequently put on different events like their own Hyrox simulations so you can give the real thing a go as part of your training, and also getting outside services in like yoga and barre so you’re always being pushed to your max from every direction. Friendly trainers who actually care and want you to succeed. Since coming to this gym a year ago after struggling to find my groove with fitness and weight loss, I’ve lost 3 stone and learned so much about myself and my body from the expert trainers that I know I can keep this up longterm. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else

Fantastic experience: Having been a member at many gym facilities, I have to say this one is one of if not the best - 24hr access to equipment and a facility that is always clean, well maintained and with great kit is a massive plus, add in the community and staff and there is a recipe for success - Which is testament to how quickly this gym has grown in members! The classes are great and a real test with all the trainers pushing you to your limits - if you’re looking for a place to have a great workout, be challenged and surrounded by a great community of fitness people then look no further you’ve found the gym for you!!
