Fantastic experience: I did my first session with Lee tonight and I couldn't recommend these classes more. Great session and great instructor. Really friendly and welcoming environment. Great for all ages. I will be taking my daughter to the kids class next week. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Highly skilled and knowledgeable instructors. Very broad range of techniques covering multiple disciplines, including some amazing stuff not widely taught. No two classes are ever the same and the school caters extremely well for all ages & abilities. My son and I have been training here for some years, both one-on-one and in group classes. I have trained with other schools in the past but I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Great atmosphere, great people, lots of fun. For both physical and mental health & fitness, marshal arts training is top of the tree. Far better value and infinitely more interesting than simply going to the gym. I think everyone should do it. I strongly recommend taking the free trial and giving it a go.
