Fantastic experience: So glad I found Thrive! 5 weeks in and already starting to see changes in myself. I started out a complete beginner feeling out of my comfort zone and not a clue what I was doing but Lisa is so lovely & welcoming and put me right at ease! As did the rest of the group. Such a great motivating and supportive environment with a variety of different workouts. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: Such a friendly and welcoming place. No pressure, just encouragement. When I first started, I had no idea what I was doing and it felt scary, but Lisa and the small groups made me feel so comfortable. I’d tried other gyms before but was never motivated to go and would only last a few weeks—this is completely different. A few months on, I can see real progress and it’s become a lifestyle change. I love the early morning classes, done and dusted for the day, and Lisa is welcoming, motivating, and supportive.

Fantastic experience: I would 1000% recommend Thrive. I cannot believe how much fitter and stronger I’m feeling after only 4 weeks of going to classes The classes are so varied and challenging and it’s such a lovely supportive group of people who attend. Fantastic experience: This week I have reflected on why I didn’t join Thrive sooner! It’s an incredible place to train. This is truly one of my best decisions I’ve made with my fitness journey. There is a variety of classes, Lisa and Gina are fantastic and incredibly encouraging. The people that train are fabulous and provide endless motivation and support. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Lisa and Thrive enough! I first started PT sessions with Lisa after I had my son and she was absolutely amazing at helping me to get my fitness back. The perfect balance of fun and challenge. I’m sure I laughed my way through most of the sessions! I now go weekly to the classes where there is such a lovely community of attendees, always pushing each other and having fun. Lisa makes sure the classes are varied and challenging and personalises things for individuals where needed. As someone who has never stuck it out at a commercial gym or even an exercise routine the fact I’ve been doing the classes now for 10 months solidly is a testament to how amazing Lisa is and the wonderful environment she’s created at Thrive!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place! I started when I was trying to loose my baby weight, my fitness wasn't nearly what it was, and not once did I feel bad about it or feel like I was pushed past my limit. Lisa is such a great PT. Fantastic experience: What an amazing find! Lisa and Gina are amazing. And everyone is super friendly. The classes are motivating and the atmosphere is great. I love the smaller class numbers as it allows for support with form and personalisation. In my view it has so much more to offer in the sessions available than a big gym that is open 24 hours a day!

Fantastic experience: I have been taking part in a group session with Lisa leading for about 6 weeks and must say that she is one of the most motivating coaches I have ever come across. She really knows how to relate to he her clients and definitely get the best out of us. I am not the fittest person around, so she quietly adapts the activities so that I get good benefit without obviously doing less than my comrades. I really enjoy the sessions and would recommend Lisa to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Lisa's classes with my great friends for a few weeks. I must say that it is the best thing that has happened to me when it comes to physical activity. Lisa is amazing, very committed, her exercises are varied and tailored to each person. Lisa takes great care of She's a great person and very helpful. She's a great trainer who knows what she's doing. I love being there with my team. Fantastic experience: Reaching out to Lisa and subsequently joining Thrive has been without doubt the best investment in myself in more years than I want to admit! Lisa is personable, approachable, kind, funny, honest and supportive. She really champions women (and men) to be their best, which is so refreshing after years of being intimidated by gyms and trainers. I genuinely never thought I’d be capable of doing the exercises and weights that I am only 1 month in. It’s fascinating relearning about exercise and debunking myths about female weight training, after years of long cardio sessions with questionable results. So much so that my mum has also signed up! Under Lisa’s guidance, I’m looking forward to being the best ‘me’ and being a great role model for my daughters. Thank you Lisa, I’m so grateful to have met you!

Fantastic experience: Thrive is AWESOME! I was lucky enough to win a month membership due to a competition! Since then I've joined up, in hopes to get my body back. I have been training with Lisa and she is amazing! The gym itself is well equipped and each time I've been it's been different workouts, half of which I never knew were a thing! I leave Thrive the colour of a lobster, so that's a good thing .. In the 7 weeks I've been doing it, I definitely feel my body changing. If you're looking for group workouts or a PT look no further than Thrive! As this is the place for you. I have mentioned this gym to many people and it's certainly sparked my enjoyment for exersice. Here's to a fitter version of myself, thanks to Thrive.

Fantastic experience: I have found my place! Lisa supports, guides and encourages my training. I am training like I’ve never trained before and the group sessions feel like you are having your own PT sesssion. Fantastic experience: I’ve recently returned to Thrive after having a break due to being at uni. Lisa has been supportive in getting me back into the habit of staying consistent and knows exactly how to motivate each individual! I love the variety of the classes and how every class is different. The time flies yet you still feel like you’ve worked hard. Thrive is the best gym to improve yourself physically and mentally thanks to Lisa and the rest of the tribe.

Fantastic experience: Gyms - I hate them and always have! However, Thrive is definitely everything that a gym isn’t! Personal, small, friendly, great fun (mostly ) and led by the lovely Lisa, who actually cares and wants the best for her clients. Each session is well planned and is never boring! You work hard, but there’s always support, encouragement and great camaraderie. I wasn’t the fittest when I joined, but wow, how that’s changed. I’m achieving things I never thought possible! It doesn’t mean I can do everything well, but as long as you try and do the best YOU can that’s all that matters. There’s never competition or criticism - just a supportive atmosphere. My body shape’s changed, my confidence has increased and I actually look forward to working out. In fact I’m Thriving! Thanks Lisa, Will & Gina - what a team!

Fantastic experience: Super clean, great equipment and wondeful trainers that can handle multiple long term injuries (even during busy classes). Fantastic experience: I love attending classes at Thrive. I am a relatively active person but felt like the chain gym classes didn’t push me enough. The classes at thrive max out at 10/12 people which means you feel like you’re being corrected and actually taught. Can’t recommend enough!!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Lisa for the past 6 weeks and honestly she has changed my whole mindset to working out. I would never have normally dragged myself out of bed at 6.30am to go to the gym but Lisa makes you want to do that. She has an amazing energy and is great at really encouraging you to push yourself further. The weeks free pass is a great way to give it a go and will 100% have you wanting to sign up after!

Fantastic experience: In the past 7 weeks, my mentality around fitness and working out has totally changed and never thought I'd have the motivation to get out of bed at 6am to go to a class! Getting into a new routine and seeing not just the physical but mental benefits is truly amazing. Fantastic experience: I'm so happy I found Thrive! Like many others, it can feel quite daunting getting back on your fitness journey, but Lisa and the team provide the most friendly, welcoming and fun approach to fitness. Fantastic experience: Just a quick little post as it wouldn't be right to not let people know about Lisa (and Will and Gina!) Firstly, I love the gym space. Small intimate setting but with plenty of room to train. You end up knowing people personally by name and building relationships - its really lovely. Secondly - the workouts are amazing. I always feel excited and enthusiastic about he workouts and know I will leave having worked my butt off - there is no slacking and you will be picked out if you use a weight below your strength ability! And lastly - Lisa and the team are fantastic. They made me feel extremely welcome when I joined, they have gotten to know me well in such a short space of time and will also encourage me in sessions. I for one am very grateful to have found Thrive!!!

Fantastic experience: I recently returned to exercise after a few months of not exercising at all. Lisa and Will are great and have been very welcoming and encouraging. I have rheumatoid arthritis and Lisa and Will will happily adapt any exercises so I can still fully join in with sessions. Everyone is really nice and there is a mix of ages and abilities. The sessions are hard work but that's how it should be otherwise what's the point. After a stressful day it's a good way to release some energy and empty your mind - especially with the boxing!!

Fantastic experience: My gym sadly closed in 2022 and I struggled to find another gym that I enjoyed attending. I signed up for 2 different 24hr well known gyms and found them to be square concrete blocks with no interaction. I had seen lots of social media stories sharing great experiences training with Lisa at Thrive and saw she was offering a week long free membership to try her classes out. Thrive did not disappoint! I like to work out early and before work and that was exactly what Lisa could offer. Women only classes ere what I opted for and no 2 classes are EVER the same. I opted for her strength classes because they lend themselves to my running. They are fun, relaxed and full of other individuals that return again and again so you make friends and never feel uncomfortable. She is super inviting and inclusive. I have a level of fitness but her classes are genuinely all inclusive and no one is made to feel that they have a different level of fitness to anyone else. Lisa is honestly the soundest PT I have ever come across and easily the best. She is genuinely interested in what your personal goals are despite training you in a class environment. I don't pay her as a PT but it feels like I do and I can't recommend Thrive and Lisa enough! Get in touch because she will make a difference to your fitness approach.

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I have finally found a new routine that works for me and makes it easy to get up and go to the gym. I’m 6 weeks in and haven’t missed a morning, all the classes are so varied which keeps it fresh week on week paired along side a banging playlist… what more could you want! Lisa and all the members are so welcoming and a good laugh which is the perfect get up and go motivation! I would really recommend Thrive for anyone feeling a little lost in their routine and needing a new lease of exercise life!

Fantastic experience: I joined the Thrive family 8 weeks ago. My first day I walked through the door and was greeted by Lisa's gorgeous smile and her energy! Fantastic experience: If you’re thinking about it then please just go and try you won’t regret it. Just before Christmas myself and my friend went together as moral support. Hands down it’s the best decision we made. I’ve tried peloton, DL along with other gyms/classes and I’ve not been to anything like Lisa’s! The members, Lisa herself nothing compares. The classes are SO GOOD and Lisa really pushes you to do your best. I actually look forward to going which is a total shock. I couldn’t now go anywhere else. Totally recommend! No class since I’ve been going has been the same. Best classes and trainer in Swindon by far.

Fantastic experience: Love training with Lisa she’s warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in through the door. Her enthusiasm, knowledge and dedication is evident during each session Thrive cater to all levels of fitness with its variety of classes from different types of weights, equipment and various bodyweight exercises. Each workout targets different areas of the body. You leave each sessions being challenged and know you’ve worked hard! In the past 5 months since joining my overall fitness, flexibility, strength and mind set has improved massively. I feel more confident and can see the hard work is paying off. No matter what your ability Lisa fills you with confidence. I could not recommend Thrive and Lisa enough!

Fantastic experience: Fitness was never my thing but THRIVE got it out of me . Lisa is the most encouraging, motivating, loving character and if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be feeling as good as I do now. She whips me into shape and encourages me to push myself to the limit . Fantastic experience: Lisa has dramatically changed how I feel about working out and training. I used to HATE going to the gym but Lisa goes above and beyond to help me (and everyone!) feel at home during classes and personal training sessions. Fantastic experience: I joined Thrive fitness at the end of December 2021, initially with the pay as you go option, which was super helpful so I could get a taste of all the classes before deciding whether to go with the monthly payment option. I knew instantly that I was going to sign up for the monthly option pretty much from my first day with Thrive! Lisa is such a warm personality and I instantly liked her. She made me feel at ease and gave me the confidence I needed to get back into fitness after a long break. I really look forward to the group sessions I do with Thrive and I can feel my strength and fitness improving dramatically thanks to Lisa and team. Highly recommend !

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Lisa at Thrive for 6 weeks after a free trial week. It’s become my ‘Happy Place’. Lisa keeps the classes small , so anyone new to exercise is given so much help. All ranges of fitness are catered for. Lisa always instinctively will give me a second option without me asking. I’ve come on so much in such a short time and can see a massive difference in my fitness and confidence with trying new equipment! The girls are all lovely and everyone welcomed me so warmly. By far the best gym class setting I’ve been to!

Fantastic experience: Great trainers, friendly environment and cater to all levels of fitness. I've been attending a combination of classes and PT for 18 months (lockdown allowing) lost nearly 3 stone and my quality of life has just improved beyond compare. Whilst not specialist in injury rehab they have tailored workouts to my need and given me time to rebuild confidence in my body. Can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Thrive Fitness is one of a kind. Lisa is the most positive, motivating and knowledgeable person I have ever come across in this industry. Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Lisa for nearly two years, and I can quite honestly say I look forward too each and every session I’ve never once thought I don’t fancy it today or I can’t be bothered. Since training with Lisa I’ve managed to lose some of the stubborn fat around my middle and generally tone up. What I’ve achieved with Lisa’s help is far more than this! Using different types of weights, equipment and various bodyweight exercises, my overall strength and fitness improved so much in a short space of time that I was able to perform exercises I would never have attempted. Each workout is different and targets different areas of the body to help you achieve exactly what you have discussed. I have learnt so much from Lisa she is willing to share her expert knowledge and answer any questions you come up with, Her tips on nutrition are excellent and her dedication is clear. Lisa is so energetic and committed she always does the session along with you and knows exactly how to encourage me, push me, entertain me, and most importantly distract me. She’s helped me understand the importance of correct form – once you’ve got this right, it never leaves you. Lisa is extremely motivating and manages to make every session different from the next every week, it’s not just my fitness levels that have improved my flexibility and overall mobility have benefited, ensuring that I remain fit in later life once I’ve made it through the menopause, Lisa’s instruction and training has most definitely helped me tackle some of the uncomfortable symptoms of menopause. I continue to train with Lisa at thrive fitness, as she’s been nothing but encouraging and supportive of all aspects of my well being not just my muscles, I see it as a life style which for anyone that knows me would never have thought I’d be so committed to training the way I do but the benefits are so great it’s impossible to ignore and Lisa makes you believe that anything is possible. Lisa listens too and helps you achieve your goals regarding health and fitness, which in turn improves your mental health and confidence, always with a smile and a genuine infectious positive attitude. It’s fantastic to train in small female groups, which creates a very positive, supportive network of friendship, motivation and encouragement from everyone in the sessions. I leave every session feeling better than the one before..! The faith Lisa has in me that I can achieve my targets and goals has made me stronger in many areas of my life, Lisa doesn’t let you give up she always shows you different ways to achieve the same results, sessions are always hard work but always with a element of fun, enjoyment being so important to keep me motivated. If I’ve ever felt I couldn’t do something Lisa breaks it down to help you do it which always means you do it without realising, I am amazed now at what I can lift, push or press! All from just pure encouragement and belief. As a woman of a certain age I’ve never felt stronger fitter or healthy than I do at this stage of my life and people are always commenting on how positive and energised I look. my best result from working with Lisa is self belief! Fantastic experience: Lisa is the most wonderful woman EVER!! She has changed the way I see exercise and I've gone from hating it and never ever working out to loving exercise and training with her 5 times a week. Her sessions are fabulous and vary everyday and week, always something different going on in her studio and I love that its functional fitness. She is so enthusiastic and that rubs off on anyone that walks into her sessions. She has taught me alot about mindset and that has changed me mentally more than anything and the reason I go every day. I always used to be afraid to workout with others espiecally if I thought they were more advanced than me, but not with lisa. No matter what your ability she makes you feel so welcome and fills you with confidence, afterwards you feel amazing. I've met some lovely ladies from Lisa's sessions all of different ages and I'm proud to call them my friends. All of this is down to lisa!

Fantastic experience: After years of going to gyms and classes i wasnt really seeing any improvements so i knew i had to look elsewhere for motivation a friend got me in touch with lisa and ive never looked back...gone are the days of dragging myself to the gym each session is soo different working out to my limit and more! lisa is inspiring knowlegable and more importantly makes the sessions dare i say it FUN! inches lost and more importantly i have stuck with it i actually miss it when i dont train...lots of like minded people making it community feel just join you wont look back!

Fantastic experience: Lisa has helped me regain my strength and confidence after years of putting it off. Since starting at Thrive I have the motivation and determination I never had in any gym! Was never one for classes but pushed to try it one night, I'm hooked! every week I feel better and better, not to mention it is such a fantastic group. we all support each other! Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Lisa for nearly 2 years and I absolutely love it! Every session is well structured and always different from the last, but the best bit about them is that they are soo much fun!! Her energy and smile is totally infectious and she has this weird way of making you WANT to work out! This coupled with that fact that she genuinely cares about her clients and is passionate about what she does makes her THE BEST PT I have ever had the pleasure of training with.

Fantastic experience: Lisa is a phenomenal Personal Trainer! She has helped me recognise my strengths and pushes you to do the max to get better everyday. Her sessions are varied and you never leave disappointed. She has also helped me achieve my upper body goals, which I am extremely proud of :-) Lisa is a good laugh to train with and ensures that you hit your targets.

Fantastic experience: I would like to take the time to explain how Lisa has not only changed the way I exercise but also the way I think about the activities at hand. I have followed Lisa from a previous Fitness program & would confidently follow her wherever she goes. She has built my confidence up as well as my knowledge helping me create a healthy relationship with physical exercise as well as with food and my mental well being, Lisa has been just as committed to helping me reach my goals as I have & feel more than lucky to have such a supportive personal trainer that takes pleasure in helping me, I am also lucky enough to also call my friend. The way she supports me has helped me beat physical targets as well as tailored work outs and routines to help me achieve the body I want with real results proving with the right system and support its achievable and maintainable. I have endured group activities and work outs giving me access to network with positive and like minded people which has boosted my confidence. All of this has helped changed my lifestyle positively, most of my adult life has been spent on a diet or going to the gym with no real results leading to a lack of confidence & bad routines. These work outs with Lisa has physically changed my body,leaving me not only looking how I want but being strong and healthy which has boosted my confidence dramatically leaving me with a positive can do attitude to life. I don't know how I would of achieved these results without the constant support and information from Lisa. I am more than grateful for her changing my life.

Fantastic experience: Lisa is an amazing trainer, she is so passionate about fitness and has really helped me transform my mindset in just 5 months of training with her. Lisa has helped me change my outlook on exercise completely, I was hooked after just two weeks, and now I see exercise as an integral part of my life. I love each one of her sessions, always varied and challenging and you really get that buzz at the end of each session that you know you’ve worked hard! I’ve learnt that fitness is a way of life and not just about weight loss, I feel I’m not only physically stronger but also mentally, my mindset has become so much more positive through exercise it really is incredible! This is thanks to lisa for always supporting and encouraging me to be the best I can, she has a kind nature and always makes you feel comfortable, it’s so nice to have someone believe in you like she does. I’m literally buzzing after each one of my training sessions and ready to smash out my day ahead. Lisa is amazing xxxx

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Lisa enough for her continued support, both with my nutrition and fitness. When I joined Lisa a year ago I had low body confidence and had lost all self belief. Lisa pushes me out of my comfort zone during every session, encouraging me to carry out exercises I never thought I could do...... and I LOVE it ( even when I am dying and she makes me do one more burpee!!) The days of looking at food as something that I should fear or avoid are a thing of the past. I now have so much more confidence, self respect and self love for what my body can achieve. This is all thanks to Lisa, she is amazing. Her passion, inspiration and dedication is evident during each session and definitely allows her ethos to shine through. I cannot recommend her enough!!!

Fantastic experience: My overall fitness has improved massively since joining Lisa’s classes, I look forward to every session! I find the exercising relieves stress and is good for mental health and strength training helps to build bone & muscle while in the menopause. Each workout is fun and motivating and training in a small group of lovely ladies while encouraging each other is confidence boosting. Lisa is passionate about what she does and is so motivating with amazing advice and support! I highly recommend Thrive Fitness

Fantastic experience: Thrive Fitness is amazing after only 3 trail session I knew it was for me and signed up immediately. Each session is delivered with passion, enthusiasm and motivation, these unique qualities are what make working out with Lisa fun and leaving you feeling energised and inspired. Lisa has the ability to make everyone in the room feel like they are the only one there, giving you constant support, advice and most importantly the confidence to push yourself to get the results you want. The other members at Thrive are the most welcoming group of people you could wish for, as a new member there is always a certain amount of nervousness walking in to a room where relationships have already been formed and are strong, however this means nothing with amazing group of people who make you feel like part of the Thrive family immediately, supporting and encouraging you throughout each work out. This is all clearly down to Lisa who has created this environment with her bright, sparkling, kind, caring infectious personality. There is no better place to workout
