Fantastic experience: I initially signed up for five sessions with Rich. I had not trained for well over a year and wanted to get back into the swing of things - there is a lot of catching up to do. Rich made me feel totally at ease. He quickly understood my situation and designed a programme that not only got me started but very quickly helped me feel the benefit. He made sure that I understood what I was doing, helping to re-establish my confidence. The mix of motivation, accountability and expert guidance is just what I needed to restart getting leaner and more healthy. Having private space in which to train makes it easier to try new things, and I don't feel out of place or have to queue for equipment.
Fantastic experience: Really enjoying the sessions with Rich; a much more professional and personal approach than I found anywhere else. Cannot recommend enough.

He mixes the workout routines taking into consideration all the injuries I have, making it really enjoyable as well as challenging. Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been working with Rich for the last month or so to basically improve our strength and conditioning ( and in my case lose a few pounds !). We are both very active people , over 50 years young and need some direction going forward. All our historic fitness activities have been more cardio based and it is obvious this needs to change going forward as we progress in years!! Rich is a great guy , not your typical PT shout and instruct , but explains everything in detail and then shouts at you ! ( Kidding) . He is very astute when it comes to the body and diet etc. We both have our individual goals and Rich is helping us to achieve these through a one to one approach. ( or a two to two in our case) . I have always been sceptical about PT's , what was I worried about ? Nothing because we picked Rich based on recommendation by a friend and it was the best decision we could have ever made. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rich for his services whatever your personal fitness and wellbeing goals are. Keep up the good work Rich !!

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic experience at classes with the women and Rob and Rich as our trainers. Took us on a journey of the different types of exercises available and built us all up from unfit nervous ladies to confident women smashing each challenge every week. Stronger mentally and physically and had fun along the way.
Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of having Rich train us as part of a bone health study I was lucky enough to take part in. We've learnt some valuable lessons about looking after your bone health during menopause. The training had been interesting and tough at times, but totally in a good way. We have also had extra support outside of the training sessions too. It's opened my eyes to a lot of the ways we need to look after ourselves as we age x
Fantastic experience: Fantastic service used for weight loss and goal setting. Gave me a realistic plan and target to aim for week by week. If you want a no bull**** approach and someone that's going to help you achieve your goals instead of give you a cuddle and a slim fast he is your man.

Fantastic experience: Rich is a fantastic personal trainer! I've tried a number of different gyms over the years and they didn't do it for me. Rich spent a huge amount of time and effort getting to know me and my capabilities. The personal programmes he has developed for me and the encouragement and support provided have been brilliant – offering stretch and challenge, while being aligned and adjusted to accommodate my ability and goals. Rich is amazing and I cannot recommend him highly enough
Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend working with Rich. He’s helped me immensely since having knee surgery. He’s got me back in the gym consistently & worked closely with me to create a training plan & set goals. He’s so friendly & really makes you feel at home. He’s focused on you as his client & you feel that he’s interested in you being the best version of yourself.
Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Rich for just six months and I am pleased to say I have never felt healthier, having shed several kgs and lost more than a couple of inches off my waistline. Rich has helped me address my diet and then make positive changes to what I eat (and drink) in order to compliment my work in the gym. In the gym, Rich schedules a programme of exercises aimed at helping achieve my goals. Having never previously done any gym work, the guidance given by Rich is clear and the support is excellent. The programme is adapted to your capabilities and he’s always there to help with the motivation to “dig in” for that little bit more effort. I know Rich’s capabilities and expertise go way beyond the support he’s given me, which only reinforces my recommendation that he is probably the trainer you’re looking for!

Fantastic experience: Following Ankle and Hip joint replacement i had gained weight i wasnt comfortable with. Joined a charity boot camp run by Rich and lost 12lb in 4 weeks then i went on to do more and with Rich's help i lost a total of 3 stone and feel so much better and am more active. Rich worked me hard and pushed me to which will admit was hard but the gained the benefits. I highly recommend him.

Initially it was about the fat loss and instilling body confidence but then we moved on to building muscle and training techniques. Fantastic experience: Rich basically saved my life! I had type 2 diabetes and was 5 stone overweight. Literally 9 months into my program I had lost 4st and had reversed my diabetic symptoms. Rich helped me achieve my goals by first setting very easy goals which once smashed motivated me to set harder ones. Thanks rich.
