Fantastic experience: Connor and Kody are approachable and down to earth. They know their stuff, and every class they teach technique, so you are always making improvements. It's a really friendly group of people who come to the classes. It's great to be exercising outdoors. I've never stuck at a fitness class so long as RGF. I'd thoroughly recommend RGF.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant Team! Kody has been so brilliant in 1:1 PT sessions at helping me recover my fitness after a nasty accident. He was patient, supportive and knows so much about how the body works so that even my orthopedic consultant was amazed at the progress Id made. Not only was Kody brilliant at helping the physical progress but he understood the mental blocks you can have after injury and was really supportive, reassuring and understanding and helped me feel more confident and less anxious. Cannot rate him highly enough. Im back at RGF group classes now and they're so much fun and friendly as well as being a great workout. Connor is fab and really knowledgeable and supportive too. This team are really great and anyone who has a PT session and or does a class wont be disappointed. Highly highly Recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Connor and Kody at Real Good Fitness since the summer, and I absolutely love it. They are extremely knowledgeable, passionate about their profession, committed to assist others, and skilled in leading groups. They are kind and take pride in getting know us individually, offering tailored alternatives for any injuries. I had a sore hip on Wednesday and Kody took me aside to do specific exercises which meant the next day the discomfort had gone completely. I feel myself getting stronger, I love being outside for the classes, experiencing the seasons in that way, training with others, and having a personal trainer there to support you throughout! It's absolutely brilliant, and I feel so lucky to have found RGF.

Fantastic experience: After two and a half years of continual pain and my knee giving way, i asked Connor to help me. Connor worked with me and 12 months down the road, my pain has gone and the muscles round my knee are so strong that I haven’t found myself on the floor for many, many months. I was sceptical to start with and slightly nervous. However, Connor was so kind, understanding, sympathetic and encouraging while still pushing me to my personal limits that he helped me get some amazing results I thought were never possible. Connor has given me my life back, I would recommend him to anyone struggling who needs a great physiotherapist with a big heart

Fantastic experience: I joined RGF about two months ago. I have been a "gym rat" for several years but after a bad injury I wanted something that didn't involve getting straight back to the gym to aid my recovery and take a step away from working exclusively with barbell movements. Connor and Kody are great coaches and have got the mix right when it comes to keeping technique dialled in, providing feedback and encouragement whilst pushing people to work hard but without being obnoxious about it, as you can often get in this industry. Genuinely nice guys. The classes are really accessible and all movements are scalable which I really like. The fact that they are run outdoors in all weathers is great and also offers a chance to train with other people which feeds into a great sense of community in the group. In the short time I have been attending I have noticed improvements in my performance and definitely feel the mental boost from being outside come rain or shine. I'd really recommend anyone to come along and try the classes, regardless of previous training history.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had both personal training and group sessions from RGF and I’d highly recommend. Connor tailored the exercises to me both for when I wanted to get fit for my wedding and when I needed to keep my body strong while pregnant. There’s a focus on correct form and building strength which has had a much bigger impact than other PTs I’ve tried. The group sessions are great too, they’re not too big so you get the personalised touch as well as meeting like-minded people.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Connor and Kody for 6 months and i have ached in places I didn’t know exsist, alongside the training you make some lovely friends and have a great laugh as your all in it together. Connor and Kody have training techniques that really stick in your head so you can go home and train on your own. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Connor’s classes for 2 years now and they are a highlight of my week. No matter what state I arrive in, I always know I’ll leave feeling better. Connor knows all his clients really well and is good at spotting when he thinks we can push ourselves more and finding alternatives for any injuries, plus regularly celebrating our individual successes. The classes are a challenge but in a really good way! With the added bonus of being outside in the fresh air.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Ethan for around 4 months for physio and he’s so so talented. I’ve suffered with rotator cuff issues for most of my adult life and now I have zero pain. He’s so knowledgeable about the human anatomy and is such an expert on how to make your body feel good again. Would highly recommend him! 10/10

Fantastic experience: Real Good Fitness classes are fun and friendly whilst being spot on with technique and challenge to produce great fitness results. Each 6 week block has a specific focus and the progress is real. Connor knows every client well and encourages us all to work to our own goals. I can't recommend them enough if you want to be outside and get fit.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to a weekly bootcamp led by Connor for three months now and I am so pleased I found the group! The sessions are hard and Connor will always push you, but he also notes all your "little wins" like improvements in form etc so it's a really positive environment. I've seen improvements week on week, and love that I know I can safely test my limits as Connor is happy to be alongside you to give guidance and support when asked. Most of the people who attend are female as well, which was something I was looking for!

Fantastic experience: Started in the summer. Never done anything like this before so is a challenge in a positive way. Brilliant teachers, friendly and would really recommend. Speaking to others some have been coming from almost when this was set up so the ability to encourage people to keep on coming is another testament to how good they are. I would also add that cost wise for eight sessions it is around the cost of a PT for one session and I think you learn a lot more this way. So great value for money.

Fantastic experience: Great way to keep fit, excellent instruction and very community orientated. I started going to Real Good Fitness classes during lockdown with painful shoulders and a bad back, both have now gone, due I am sure to regular exercise and knowledgeable instruction. I do the classes in all weathers and cannot recommend them enough.......66 years old and feeling 46 thanks to RGF.

Fantastic experience: RGF has helped me in a range of different ways. Most importantly they’ve helped me reach goals I didn’t think were possible in such a time frame. All instructors are beyond amazing and couldn’t thank them enough for their support! I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I needed a sports massage on my legs as part of my training for a half marathon and Ethan was fantastic! He talked me through which muscles he was working on and why, how my habits and posture affect the tightness of certain areas of my legs and I left feeling so much lighter and relaxed. He also advised me on some stretching techniques that would help me between sessions as and when I felt I might need them. A very thorough session, would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve worked with Connor for over a year and have enjoyed every minute of it. He doesn’t promise the moon on a stick, just consistent progress towards your goals that keeps things fun and novel. I’ve managed many things over the year that I wasn’t sure I could do but each one gave me more trust in Connor and confidence in trying new and bigger things. I would recommend him 100%.

Fantastic experience: Ethan's Real Good Recovery sessions have been fantastic over lockdown! The classes are a perfect route into yoga & mindfulness and provide a calming interlude in a busy day. Fantastic experience: I really enjoy Real Good Fitness and look forward to the keep fit sessions, which were outside before our current lockdown, but now are conducted on Zoom for the moment. Ethan and Connor are excellent at creating a fitness program that makes you aware of your body, an approach that gives amazing results in a short time. Ethan and Conner also create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere in the fitness session, giving clear instructions during the demonstrations of the exercises. Fantastic experience: Sessions with Real Good Fitness have been amazing for me. No matter how many are in the class I feel like I get 1-1 attention. I have been with them for approximately 18 months both face to face and Zoom over lockdown having never stuck with any class for more than a few months. The classes cater for all levels. I’ve suffered with back pain for years, this has now pretty much resolved. My core strength and overall flexibility have improved considerably. The team are really knowledgeable and skilled. I posted the above review 2 years ago, since then Kody has been my personal trainer, he has maintained the high standard. He has amazing patience and knowledge. He is constantly introducing new exercises to address any issues or general ongoing improvements in strength and flexibility.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this team if you want to progress your fitness and improve techniques. They know their stuff and no session is the same so no time to get bored! I've learnt so much about movements and how to do them properly without injury. Bonus is they measure your progress once a term so you can see your improvements. Fantastic experience: Fantastic PT's who really know their stuff. Connor takes the time to talk through the exercises we are doing, what you should be feeling and help with form. The classes have enabled me to learn new techniques which work the muscles more and have left me feeling like I've had a great workout. Cannot recommend enough.
