1 year ago Fantastic experience: I'm now into my second month of twice weekly early morning sessions, and this class is really fantastic. Miles is a super knowledgeable guy and the classes are tough but manageable and, dare I say it, enjoyable. It is a great incentive to get out of bed early - something I'm not naturally good at. Highly recommended.
