Fantastic experience: Getting back to fitness as an over 50 was quite daunting, however Joe and the members at Hybrid made it easy and enjoyable. I’m a year and a half back into my fitness journey and feel so better physically and mentally, Joe adapts exercises to suit all abilities. I would absolutely recommend and just say - come on it’s never too late to get fit

Fantastic experience: Great setup, I use it for bespoke circuit fitness sessions for my Junior rugby team. Cardio, weights and HIIT. its a small unit which can accommodate upto 16 people. Modern equipment and good service.
