Fantastic experience: Decided to give a new local gym a go with an old school vibe, having trained at a large commercial facility for the past 12 months. I was greeted immediately upon arrival by the owner. There's a great community down there with the staff and their members. It seems each member is truly valued (something you don't get at alot of places). Loads of weights, machines and barbells. + Soap in the toilets! Thanks for making me feel welcome. I'll be back for sure. I left with a decent chest pump and some decent vascularity.
