Fantastic experience: I recently had shingles in my eye. Horrendous and enduring nerve pain from the back of my head to my eye was debilitating. Pumped full of all sorts of horribly strong, sleep-inducing pharma, I wondered if some sort of neck and cranium manipulation might help. A couple of sessions with Viv have made an enormous difference. Stopped taking the drugs. Pain diffused and feeling so much better. If you're struggling with any kind of pain, talk to them. Maybe you can hatch a plan and get your life back. Thank you!

Chloe's Pilates Essential class is amazing - she's such an engaging teacher and always makes each class different. I also love Yoga with Dawn, especially how her classes vary through the month with the lunar cycle. I've moved away from London now and miss these classes each week!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this studio since they opened, big fan of all their classes especially yoga, pilates, S&C, barre. I recently had a baby and their pregnancy + postnatal classes literally kept me sane. Plus I suffer with chronic pain and am prone to back injuries so I see Viv there sometimes for Osteopathy sessions, I could not reccomend her and &Osteo more. Staff is incredibly warm and friendly too which is a massive bonus. I'm very grateful for the care and expertise this studio provides!

After NHS physio sign-off had left me with some persistent lower back and sciatica pain, Vivien's combination of osteopathy, dry needling and prescribed exercises eliminated this in a few sessions. Sensitively tailored treatment that quickly got to the source of the problem. Can't recommend too highly.

Fantastic experience: Viven is so brilliant at what she does and is a lovely person. You are welcomed as you come into the practice, it’s always warm and clean. My back and hips had been in a lot of pain from a slipped disc, Vivien provided an excellent initial consultation then dry needling followed by exercises I can do to help. I’ve returned two more times and I’m bouncing back with a spring in my step. If you don’t know who to go to or what to do about your back or hip pain please see Vivien. You will not regret it!

Fantastic experience: As someone with ongoing back and neck issues, I came to &osteo who sorted everything out for me. The osteopath who I saw (Carly) was brilliant. Extremely professional, friendly and made you feel at ease. Not only did she educate me on the reasons behind the problems I was facing, she taught me how to take better care of myself, which has been a revelation. Having seen a few different osteopaths over the years, the approach taken at &osteo was refreshing and with lots of empathy, which seemed to really make the difference. Movement and pain in my shoulder / neck is a hundred times better now, after 3-4 sessions with Nadia. Combined with useful tips for managing healthy routines myself, I have found the treatment extremely helpful. Definitely recommend this for similar problems.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely AMAZING !!! Having suffered with piriformis pain for over 3 years it got to the point of me feeling really down within myself believing I have to live with this pain for ever!! I have been to a chiropractor the NHS and two private physio therapists…acupuncture, massages, private gym instructor as well as taking high dose’s of pain killers…buying a vibration plate and massage gun NOTHING HAS WORKED Someone suggested I popped into Osteo and explained what I have been going through. On arrival the receptionist was very helpful, the place immaculate and very fresh looking. I was seen by a lovely lady who was very patient and went through my whole history with me. I had a full examination and some dry needling done. I can honestly say I walked out of their pain free. I cannot believe I have suffered all these years. The treatment was painless with immediate effect. I was told I might feel a little sore, but nothing could be as bad as how I’ve been feeling. I’m booked to go back next week. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for exercise classes for about 3 months now and can’t rate Emily, Eloise, Gail and Chloe highly enough: a nice mix of teaching styles and a great variety of classes. This is the place that has (finally) got me to enjoy exercise. Nadia and Viv are great osteopaths as well and I would heartily recommend them and Ana-Maria’s massages are exceptional. The reception staff are great as well and make every visit seamless.

Viv at the reception is welcoming and Ghita is super nice and experienced. I have attended the postnatal Pilate class and I now have confidence in getting my cores stronger with Ghita’s support.
