Fantastic experience: I trained at this gym while working in Reading for 10 weeks, and it was honestly a fantastic experience. From day one, James and the whole team were welcoming, supportive, and really flexible in helping me get back into fitness. The training sessions were high quality, and I genuinely saw great benefits in a short space of time. The atmosphere is motivating, the coaches really care, and you feel like part of a community. If I had stayed in Reading longer, I would have definitely continued my membership. I’d highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a friendly and professional team behind them.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at Unleashed Performance for 4 months now, and I can honestly say I’ve seen more progress in that short time than I did in the last 2 years of my fitness journey with other gyms. The environment here is not only supportive and inclusive, but it also inspires confidence and growth. Having a space where I feel encouraged to push myself and get comfortable being uncomfortable has been a game changer. My overall fitness has improved, my strength has increased noticeably, and I’m more motivated than ever. I’m excited to see what the next few months bring and how far I can go with the continued support from the top tier Unleashed team.

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym a month ago, and since then everyone has been really friendly and welcoming. James answered all of my questions, and all the coaches made me feel very welcome. I really enjoy the group exercise sessions because it feels like having a personal trainer with you, they motivate you and push you to do your best. The coaches also check in with you regularly about your progress and goals, which is really encouraging. The facilities are clean and well maintained, which makes the whole experience even better

Fantastic experience: The best gym/training I’ve ever done, and they also have yoga twice a week. There are multiple classes daily and the trainers are amazing. I have a back injury and they’ve been so supportive and encouraging and the classes are small enough that you get loads of attention. I’ve seen the difference in how I look but also how I feel (it’s been crucial to helping me recover). Shout out to Tanya who always makes tough Friday sessions super fun!

UP is a great place to work out. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, cracking workout, and friendly people to work out with. 100% would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Unleashed Performance for almost 6 months now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Progress is noticeable really quickly, all thanks to the dedicated trainers who have been monitoring my journey since day one. Workouts are tailored for each session, so it’s always engaging and never dull. Most importantly, both the trainers and fellow members are incredibly welcoming and supportive, motivating each other to achieve our fitness goals! It truly is a one of a kind gym community.

Fantastic experience: Obese and intimidated I signed up for a tour of the gym and the one month trial offer on at that time. It was a life changing decision. Now almost 2 stone down (since August 2022) with consistent training and the skill, support and motivation of James, Tanya and their team. The classes are fun with your training mates and challenging as they need to be. The nutrition help is enlightening when you stop and really look at how you fuel body and this is free! The training team and all members are friendly and welcoming and the gym now feels like a second home. I am really proud to be a member here and would recommend the approach here and the gyms to anyone. Good locations, excellent equipment and a supportive atmosphere with fantastic trainers. 5 stara.

Fantastic experience: Totally recommend this place. I was quite skeptical about my fitness and how should I approach it, but Tanya, Gary, Tony and James have made it work for me. They are meticulous when it comes to workouts and all give good care when it comes to your overall fitness. Guess what? It all backed up by science so no non-sense.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of UP for 5 months (since opening) and am so impressed by, and appreciative of, the quality and value of the training. It is small group PT training, tailored to each individual’s capabilities and goals. Workouts are varied but consistently challenging, and all the trainers help you get the most out of every session. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to get fitter and stronger. UP has made me feel motivated to stay consistent and I’m stronger than I’ve ever been!

Fantastic experience: After almost two months, I can confidently say that joining Unleashed Performance community was one of the best decisions I made! I found the gym via an Instagram post, where James was asking "Where will you be in 12 weeks time?". His question triggered me to try a new experience. Since I was diagnosed with Arthritis long ago, I have been anxious to attend gyms in fear of hurting myself while performing a wrong move or doing less than what I'm supposed to do. Although my doctor recommended strengthening my muscles and body, in general, would help with the occasional pain. With the help and support of Gary, James, and Tony I managed to overcome my concerns and discovered the joy of attaining a healthy lifestyle and becoming stronger and better. Can't wait to meet the new me in a few weeks to come!

The programming and sessions are brilliant and varied - you’ll be pushed and encouraged to make genuine progress but in a way that feels personalised, achievable and fun. They’ve also created a really welcoming space and a friendly community - I’ve loved being a member so far and would recommend it to anyone at any fitness level.

Fantastic experience: Good instructors with fantastic classes designed to accept beginners and gym veterans. The instructor to participant ratio is usually ~1:4, having such a good ratio ensures participants train safely and are pushed in every session.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member here for over 5 years, I can’t tell anyone reading this enough how amazing this place is, not just because they help you to smash goals, feel amazing about yourself and leave you completing a session on a high! But also because each and every coach is motivating approachable and just totally awesome! Along with all the members who are bubbly, friendly like a bit of a banter and feel like a family that work harmoniously together pushing and encouraging each other along the way, even during friendly competition. If you haven’t guessed already I absolutely LOVE this place and everything about it!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for just over 3 months, and have enjoyed every session. The Unleashed Performance Team have transformed my fitness journey, providing great insights, support and a fun environment. There is a great atmosphere at the gym so that no matter where in your fitness journey you are you always feel encouraged and supported. I have seen massive improvements in my own strength and fitness since joining. Each session is challenging but never feels impossible with plenty of variation of exercises available so that you can always progress at your own individual pace but are still making consistent progress.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for over a month now and my body never felt better! The trainers are very supportive and they’ve been really helpful in giving me tips and monitoring my progress. They offer a range of classes. Each day is a different workout plan but they all together help you work on every muscle. I have never thought I could make such improvements in such little time. I have been to a few other gyms in Reading but I can only recommend this one.

Fantastic experience: Unleashed Performance is the gym perfected. Have always struggled with gym going and even thought I hated it. Turns out I love it! Small group training in excellent facilities with fun, knowledgeable trainers and friendly environment make all the difference. No more procrastinating, time wasted creating motivational playlists or waiting for quiet times at crowded gyms. Book via app, show up, work out, leave happy and Love Island ready. Been a member since it opened in December 22 and motivation still at 100%. 10/10
