Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend Justina Polydore my first physio session was perfect. When I came into the clinic my knees were bent and I didnt have any confidence walking due to my knee injury! By the end of the session I was up, walking alot faster and more confident in what I need to do to go forward.Thank you!
