Fantastic experience: Great gym with everything that you need to have a good workout. Me and my wife purchased the month pass as we were staying in the area on vacation. The staff are really nice and helpful with an overall great vibe. We appreciate the 80's & 90's music rather than the rave music you hear in some of the gyms nowadays. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Come to Ashbourne occasionally to visit my mum and this is the best part of the visit. Friendly staff, decent equipment and very reasonably priced. Open a gym like this in London and you’d be driving a lambo to the office, honestly.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't done much excercise except walking the dogs for about 5 years. Saw the Bphysical 6 week foundation programme advertised on Facebook. Wanting to get back into more regular exercise I signed up. Was tough but Barry, Di and their team are great, so much motivation and encouragement. Great support with making healthy changes to my diet and lifestyle. Was well worth it! Not sure my quads agree with that sentiment Signed up for another month. Thank you Leone

This is a place for people who want to feel good, get fit and train in a fantastic environment. No pressures, no ego’s - just lovely people wanting to support you. Great equipment, immaculately clean and great tunes too!

Fantastic experience: B.Physical has helped me to keep active through some awkward injuries that would normally throw a spanner in a normal workout routine. I unfortunately, currently can't put any weight on one arm due to an a medical problem that i am due to have corrective surgery on. B.Physical have worked with my situation and kept me motivated through some difficult times. The staff are friendly, approachable and i have every confidence in their advice to help me prevent further injury and still enjoy my workout. I can't sing their praises enough.

Fantastic experience: Amazing facility, Brilliant staff. Just over a year ago, a job that involves a lot of driving and an old injury meant that i had constant lower back pain, After a trip to the physio they suggested that i improved my core strength, they also mentioned that they had worked with the staff at B.Physical before to rehabilitate sports injuries. I gave it ago. I have gone from constant lower back pain, to no back pain. There is no better review i could give. The training i have received has above all been safe for my back, it has made everyday activities easier and now i actually enjoy going to the gym.
