Fantastic experience: I've been to 3 sessions with these guys and it's already changed by life. At 43, my aches and pains were starting to accumulate; office worker's lower back, bad sleeper's shoulder, lazy man's knees. Vick and Marcin have sorted me right out. Love it!

Fantastic experience: Always used Marcin as my PT nobody else comes close to being as informed and passionate. If something isnt working for you he goes out of his way to do the research and find something that will. He's the only PT I've been at my strongest with and even now years later in a different stage of life and business im able to keep up my fitness with his online motivation and the way he never makes me feel bad for when im having bad days. Always be my go too for anything health and fitness, especially with women's topics hes very well informed and educated.
Fantastic experience: Vik and Marcin are incredibly knowledgeable and really take the time to explain the exercises and answer any questions you might have. I initially signed up to work on my form and stay injury-free, and these guys are absolutely the best at ensuring that. They focus on each individual’s needs, which has made a huge difference in my progress and confidence. What’s even newer for me is that I actually look forward to my workouts! Fantastic experience: I’m someone who always found an excuse to skip PE, then as an adult went through phases of putting off joining a gym and then always sacking it off once the trial memberships expired. Then I met Marcin, and I’ve now been training with him for about 8 years, and since they formed Perun Strength together, I’ve been training with Vik for about a year, too. I could not imagine working with anyone else, in any other gym. Marcin and Vik have worked incredibly hard to build a gym and training programme that not only produces fantastic results, but fosters a culture of mutual support, honesty and fun. It’s always a joy to meet new members and I’ve never left a session feeling anything less than a sense of accomplishment. Both Marcin and Vik have a wide knowledge base of stretches and exercises and keen eyes for form and technique, so any difficulties completing an activity are soon overcome. Their shared knowledge of nutrition has been invaluable with my own health difficulties, and their genuine desire to see me succeed has helped immensely in keeping me on track to a healthier lifestyle, physically and mentally. I assure you, there is no hyperbole when I say working with these two has probably saved my life.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for about a month, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The environment is incredibly welcoming, with athletes at every level—from those completely new to strength training to total badasses. As someone who just moved to the area, I’ve felt so welcomed! I’ve been strength training for about six years, and I’m impressed that every class challenges me to improve. I learn something new every time, techniques stuff, nutrition stuff, recovery stuff, mobility stuff. always something. The trainers (Marcin and Vik) are not only knowledgeable but also fun, kind, and genuinely invested in helping everyone improve. The community as a whole is equally supportive and inspiring. What stands out most to me is the emphasis on technique. It’s not just about completing the movements—it’s about doing them as well as you possibly can, which makes all the difference in the long run (especially for preventing injury). Moving here from a bigger city, I was a little unsure about what to expect, but the quality of training absolutely rivals (if not exceeds) the fancy gyms I’ve attended before. While it’s not a small investment, the value is 100% there. If you’re serious about getting stronger, becoming more confident, and honing your skills in strength training, this is the gym for you. I’m so glad I found it!

Fantastic experience: I joined Perun in July 2024, and have experienced such a change in myself and my strength since then. One of my goals was to be able to do a full push up, and I can now do 10! I love leaving sessions feeling a sense of achievement and empowerment from being able to move/pick up/drag heavy things around. I also really enjoy the newly added conditioning sessions which are a heart rate raiser to get the endorphins going! Marcin and Vik offer unparalleled support in a small group setting, meaning you can make incredible progress in a safe, comfortable way. 3 sessions a week, plus the conditioning sessions and nutrition support etc is excellent value for money.

Fantastic experience: Perun Strength is one the coolest things I’ve ever been a part of. The program is effective, incredibly accessible and ultimately sustainable alongside a busy life. Fantastic experience: Perun Strength is one of the most friendly and welcoming gyms I have been to. Fantastic experience: Lovely environment with amazing guidance from Marcin and Vik, plus great support from the other clients. Fantastic experience: I've been with Marcin just over 6 months now and I honestly couldn't speak more highly of him and the gym. He cares SO much about each of his clients and tailors his advice to you no matter what your need. He is approachable and has a vast amount of knowledge on nutrition as well as weight training. As someone who would never have gone to a conventional gym for fear of being stared at, here I feel like an individual being catered for not just another gym number. Being in a small group setting of up to six makes it a pleasure to attend the gym, I've even made friends here which I never expected. If you've ever been scared of the gym and lost in the woods on weight loss, go see Marcin and Vik at Perun Strength you absolutely won't regret it!
Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Marcin at Perun strength. I've learnt so much from him and also Vik. I've gone from being intimidated about using weights to loving lifting weights. I love the program and progress I've seen in such a short time being a member. Marcin will always adapt exercises I can't do because of my limitations and that makes me feel extremely supported on my journey to being fitter and healthier whilst I go through the menopause.

Fantastic experience: Have been training at Perun Strength since it opened earlier this year. I'm so pleased that I joined. The classes are small and tailored, with Marcin taking a holistic approach to building strength and overall health. The exercises are well explained with ongoing feedback on improving your technique (and exercises adapted as needed). Classes build up on each other and weight progression is easily tracked via an app (i've never tracked before and it's been so motivating to see the incremental weekly improvements). The gym is a really nice environment: the musics good, the people are lovely, conversations are always entertaining , and (for my fellow nerds) there's a cool little library shelf and lots of plants! Overall there's just a really good vibe. Every week I feel I grow a better understanding and appreciation of what makes effective and safe strength training, I also see myself progress a little further in terms of the stats on the app, and most importantly I look forward to going!

Fantastic experience: Would Highly recommend! If you are either a new or a returning gym goer, I would recommend Perun strength. Spent the best part of a year training at Perun Strength with my partner. Marcin identified very quickly the weaker parts of our bodies and greatly improved our all round mobility and strength.

Fantastic experience: With the initial intention to lose weight and improve my fitness levels, I started training with Marcin. 18 months later and although I am fitter and stronger than I have been in many years after some health issues, I have no intention to stop! Marcin is personable, honest and creates a friendly, fun environment to train in. Fantastic experience: I've been working out off & on for the past 10yrs and came to the conclusion that I'd hit my peak and my body simply wasn't capable of progressing further... until I met Marcin! With his guidance & expertise, I was shocked by how quickly I skyrocketed passed my previous PBs and am continuing to create new milestones each week after only 3months training together. With his very obvious passion for fitness and incredibly in-depth knowledge, I would highly recommend Marcin to anyone else who is/was in a similar position and for anyone still on the fence that needs a little push or is lacking in confidence, I hope this review helps as the others did for me. Fantastic experience: Marcin is an excellent personal trainer. His clear and no-fuss approach has helped me go from never setting foot in a gym to wanting to go and workout! He gives you the knowledge to be able to workout by yourself but his sessions are so fun and challenging that you'll want to keep training with him!! Fantastic experience: Before I started working with Marcin I was trying all kinds of different things to try and get some regular exercise into my life and nothing was sticking. Now I actively look forward to working out several times a week, I'm getting stronger and losing weight. Marcin really knows his stuff, he found what worked for me and my goals and did it in a way that I could stick with. He's changed my whole attitude towards exercise and it's great.
Fantastic experience: As someone new to PT sessions Marcin has given me huge confidence. He took the time to understand my goals (and injuries!) and worked with me to assist. Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Marcin remotely for the last 5 months, and I’m so happy with the progress that I’ve made. I’m a person who prefers to train alone at home, but initially I was worried about having a trainer ‘online’ as I wasn’t sure it would work. Fantastic experience: I have been training with Marcin from past 8 months. It has been a wonderful journey for me:). I had never been to gym before and I was nervous. Fantastic experience: I have trained with Marcin for the last three years (maybe more!) and I can say with all honesty that it is by far the best PT experience I've ever had. In fact he his the only PT I have ever trained with long term. If you are prepared to take responsibility for yourself then there is no way you won't get result with Marcin. He teaches you the whys and the whats, I am full of confidence walking in to any gym because I feel strong, well practised and have the correct knowledge. On our first session he told us that his goal is to train us so we don't need him so I suppose we must just go for fun now!

Fantastic experience: Before I met Marcin, I was too terrified to go anywhere other than the treadmill at the gym. Through his training not only did I see incredible results in my health and strength, I also gained the confidence to use equipment at the gym when he’s not there. He took the time to understand my level of fitness before we started our sessions and knows the appropriate amount to push you - I always feel in safe hands! Can’t recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Before me and my partner met Marcin, we were visiting the gym but consistently falling into bad habits - we’d often over exercise and burn out, which subsequently resulted in emotional eating. Once we were in with Marcin, it was clear he was going to design us a schedule and routine that worked for us and our day to day workloads. He gave us the confidence to try new things in a safe environment and we saw results in strength almost immediately! He knows when to push you at the appropriate amount, instead of past trainers who will push you past the limit. I would highly recommend Marcin, whatever your health and fitness goals!

Fantastic experience: Marcin is an excellent personal trainer with a clear and technically comprehensive approach. Training with an attentive and experienced pt makes a big difference. Marcin took the time to analyse my movement abilities and then developed a training regime around my specific needs. Within a short time I noticed a huge improvement.
