Fantastic experience: Achieve Health was recommended by a friend after I picked up a running injury. The whole experience has been a big step up from treatment I’ve previously had elsewhere. The initial top to toe assessment was impressive and I've been working with the excellent Lucy to manage the injury and also address the root cause and build up strength. Lucy is super knowledgeable, approachable and patient - she’s provided a clear plan of action to ensure I can return to running stronger and avoid recurrence of my injury.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Chloe for the past few months to treat a knee/sports related injury and she has been a great help, always explaining the science and rationale behind my treatment plan in a clear and  easy to understand way.  I'm now back to doing sports and feel much more confident getting back into exercise again and have a better understanding of how to prevent injuries in the future. My treatment plan has been very comprehensive introducing exercises slowly, and Chloe took the time to understand what my goals were, what was important to me and adapted the plan accordingly. She takes a very holistic approach and even spotted other issues (not directly related to my knee) and offered advice. I'd definitely recommend her for anyone looking to get back into sport.

Fantastic experience: Chloe at Achieve Health in one word - brilliant. Her manner and knowledge put me instantly at ease. Well explained and progressive treatment, exercises tailored to help treat the injury whilst looking to my exercise goals and achieving them. Chloe’s initial treatment made it possible to run a half marathon without worsening my injury. Subsequent treatment has reduced pain and got me on track to returning to running with the aim to increase my distances. Chloe has the perfect balance between pushing me and telling me when I need to stop.

Fantastic experience: I have weekly appointments with chloe who offers me continuous support and advice especially when overcoming my injuries from dancing. During my sessions I always feel welcomed and relaxed due to the friendly and professional environment. I would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Andy when picking up an injury on my marathon training block to the point that it was stopping me from running. Andy quickly and professionally diagnosed my injury and started to put a plan in place straight away of how I would move forward with it. He assured me that I would be back running and be able to complete the marathon. Using the structured plan Andy gave me I was able to recover from the injury within no time at all, run pain free and complete my marathon! I would highly recommend his services to anybody looking for a physio in the Solihull area.

Fantastic experience: Physio Chloe has been absolutely amazing with my daughter treating her for a knee injury. My daughter is very anxious and can struggle with meeting new people and being in these kind of situations. Chloe has made her feel at ease at every step of her treatment, treating her with respect and dignity at all times and explaining every step of treatment to both my daughter and myself. She has gone above and beyond to ensure that Ruby feels comfortable and at ease, her knee injury has begun to heel well. We couldn’t recommend Chloe highly enough for all physio needs.

Fantastic experience: Chloe was incredibly knowledgable and professional. We went through exercises for both pre op (to try and get into as good a shape as possible) and now post op to help with recovery and get me into even better shape. She is also very encouraging and easy to talk with. Formerly, at other places, I have felt a bit like a presentation of symptoms rather than a person. This is 'real' physiotherapy - not just a pleasant massage programme or a few photocopied exercises to do at home. (Apologies for name! I dont know how to change it - this is Karen)

Fantastic experience: I initially booked in with Andy to sort out a tricep tendon problem I had been trying to fix myself for a while. Andy was great at diagnosing the issue, carrying out work in person and gave me a plan of what to do inbetween seeing him to help assist with recovery. Fantastic experience: I came to Achieve Health after being referred by a friend who had previously been. I tore my hamstring and couldn't walk well a couple of weeks before I was due to fly to Florida to go to Disney World and therefore needed to be able to walk. Alice reassured me that I would be able to make a fast recovery in order to be able to comfortably walk around the Disney Parks for 2 weeks. She ensured that I got a few appointments booked in before my trip and could already feel the improvement in my leg. I was able to walk around and enjoy my holiday having this treatment. After my holiday I returned and had another couple of physio sessions to help improve my leg and she also provided me with exercises I can do to help prevent this from happening again. I would recommend Achieve and Alice!

Alice diagnosed the issue as I was waiting for my son to finish his appointment, so I decided to give it a go. I cant believe the difference after a few appointments, its almost 100%. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t rate Alice and Achieve’s service highly enough. Very professional, friendly and effective. Went in with a leg/hip injury (I was unsure) from playing football. In the first appointment alone, Alice was able to identify the problem, begin treatment, and outline at-home exercises to help recovery. Over the course of several more sessions, I received more treatment and further exercises that would help me to rebuild gradually, without rushing too quickly and re-injuring. I’m now back playing sport and will definitely use Achieve again in future if/when needed.

Fantastic experience: Alice is absolutely fantastic. What ever issue you have, she is so skilled she will improve it. She has sorted my back out after years of discomfort. I had tried acupuncture, several chiropractors and went private to have steroids and the nerves burnt. I only came across Alice when she treated my sons leg through Bupa after a nasty break. I was so impressed by her work I thought let's give this a try if only I had found her sooner.

She always worked on fixing the underlying issue rather than just patching up the problem whilst also recognising my eagerness to get back to training. Fantastic experience: After 18 months of pain and 6 previous physios, I came to Alice at my whits end. To say that my daily life and comfort have improved since our first session in Jan 2021 would be an understatement! The improvement is unbelievable. I had gotten to the point where I avoided moving as much as possible, let alone training. Just breathing had become painful, pins and needles 24 hours a day and the NHS were talking about scary life long conditions that left me terrified for the years to come. It took a couple of sessions to identify the source of the problem however since she did, every session has moved me back toward my old normal self, I am back training 6 times a week again and pulling deadlifts and pull ups at a level that make me feel like I am really progressing again. Alice is 100% worth seeing if you want to get serious about your recovery and get out of pain. If I had found her 12 months earlier I know I would have been saved from most of my darkest days and the path to recovery would have been much quicker. Thank you Alice, Anna and the rest of the Achieve Team - you have quite literally put me back together again and changed my life.

Fantastic experience: After trying several physios in the area - i found Achive through instagram and decided to give them a go. Alice has literally been the best physio i have ever been to, the results were almost immediate from the first session! Fantastic experience: Was referred to Alice at Achieve Physiotherapy and could not have been more impressed. She genuinely wants you to get better as fast as possible. I've been to physiotherapists before and it's pretty obvious that they were just going through the motions so they can drag on my appointments for months and keep getting paid. Instead, Alice identified my issue of tendentious within the first 5 minutes and explained exactly what it would take to sort it. She went above and beyond on the first session and the improvement was massive. If you want a highly qualified, no B.S Physio that'll fix your problem. Go see Alice. I can't recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: I went to Achieve physiotherapy Solihull a couple of Months ago now with 2 injuries and Alice really is amazing at what she does. Not only has she really improved both injuries but she is a lovely woman and makes you feel very comfortable. She is always on hand to answer any questions and helped me to remain in the gym and guide me through what equipment & exercises I can and can’t use to help improve my injuries. Fantastic experience: I had issues with Plantar Fasciitis for a few months and a friend recommended I see Alice at Achieve and despite the pain she puts me through (it’s all good pain apparently) it has felt much better. Alice has a great way about her. She’s polite and very friendly. Her knowledge about different muscles, tendons and fascia is way over my head but she certainly knows what she’s talking about and seems to know exactly where to press when I explain the pain I’m in. Fantastic experience: I would recommend Alice without hesitation. I was suffering chronic pain from the soft tissue around my knee and hip to the point of barely being able to walk. After several months of treatment and recommendations for strengthening and mobility exercises in the gym, I feel the best I've ever been physically and have found that other pains felt in my lower and upper back have improved significantly, as has my posture. She has been extremely professional, efficient and effective in diagnosing and treating my ankle injury which had limited my mobility and was still causing pain. The treatment she has given has made a major improvement to treating both, pain and mobility, when I would not otherwise have had NHS treatment in the last year. I am extremely grateful for this. She also has a warm, kind manner which puts you at ease, whilst sharing her knowledge to help you continue improving with exercises outside of the essential treatment sessions. My ankle has almost returned to normal however I now need back treatment which I now feel Alice will be the best person to help with Physiotherapy treatment.
