Fantastic experience: I've gone to quite a few of Anthony's bootcamps in the Decathlon rooftop and everytime I go I have so much fun. I'm not particularly fond of exercising - I only do it out of necessity and find it quite hard to be motivated to work out. But I always look forward to Anthony's class because he's built a community of lovely people there, the exercises really tone you while making it enjoyable, and the rooftop has amazing sunset views. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking to exercise out of a typical gym! And hopefully I'll meet you there :)
Fantastic experience: I have trained with Anthony just over 6 months now and the results and morale is amazing. He always introduces new exercises to our sessions which were specifically targeted to the areas that I want to improve. He also corrects the details of my movement to maximise the benefits and effectiveness of the workout. At a personal level, Anthony is such a joy to chat to with very supportive, considerate and kind personality. Extremely responsive and punctual when it comes to schedule sessions or make plans. Not only a master for TRX training but has the extensive knowledge and expertise to train anyone with any specific needs and goals.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending TRX classes with Anthony for about 6 months and have never enjoyed exercising more! Anthony is an incredible trainer — he is very attentive to everyone in the class and makes sure the process is both fun and challenging enough. All the movements and techniques, as well as their effects and safety measures, are always clearly explained. Fantastic experience: I hadn't tried TRX before attending Anthony's classes, but I felt at ease and energised from the get go! He is super knowledgeable about all things TRX and you can feel his passion through his classes. It's a full body workout and all of the exercises and techniques are explained clearly so you know you're working the right body areas. The classes are super fun, too! Fantastic experience: I worked with Anthony post the birth of my first child and during my second pregnancy. He is very respectful yet friendly as a trainer. Really takes the time to understand your fitness goals and consistently works towards those goals. I saw a huge difference in how my body healed after my second pregnancy as opposed to my first pregnancy (where I didn't work with Anthony). Anthony also was very aware of how the exercise requirements change during each trimester and I didn't have to remind where I was in my pregnancy journey. Overall, it was an excellent experience to work him as he is both professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I found Breathe Fitness via the Bootcamps that are held at Decathlon in Surrey Quays. Antony has been brilliant at motivating me to exercise consistently which has had a huge impact on my fitness and mental health. Everyone in the class varies in fitness levels, but the the workouts are tailored to everyone. Most importantly - the training is fun! His sessions are fantastic, highly recommended!!

Training online is not always easy, however with Anthony it is amazingly simple and efficient. Fantastic experience: I’ve trained in Marylebone with Anthony since 2015, doing both outdoor and indoor gym workouts. When I first started, I had not properly exercised in years. Anthony tailored the sessions to suit my level of fitness, always making them different, challenging and fun! More recently he has taught me how to use the TRX. Fantastic experience: I went to Breathe Fitness to get in shape for my wedding when I was living in Rotherhithe in 2011. I went from a size 14 to a size 10 in less than 8 weeks. It was beyond all my expectations. Ant also advised on specific vitamin supplements and diet so that I could get the maximum out of my sessions. He was very positive and encouraging. A fantastic PT, I cannot recommend Ant highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Anthony is an exceptional personal trainer and TRX coach with deep knowledge and mastery of his field. He trained me for a period of over 4 years and taught me a lot about strength and conditioning training. He takes a holistic approach and his degree in sports science means he is far more informed than the average PT one encounters at the gym. Additionally, he has taken multiple TRX training courses (including sub-specialisms such as TRX yoga and TRX for golf) and has recently passed his Master training with flying colours. His approach is thorough and always safe; he also has a good awareness of how certain exercises should be tailored/adjusted given a client’s specific ability or any injuries that require managing. I would recommend Anthony as a personal trainer to anyone interested in getting fitter and stronger. He will help you realise your goals and get good results.
Fantastic experience: Anthony has been my personal trainer for a number of years now, and he's stood by me through thick and thin - I've had a number of injuries that put me out of commission. He takes my age, size, and various injuries and surgeries (like 2 hip replacements) into account when he creates my training routines. I can't say enough good things about how Anthony goes out of his way to make things work.

Fantastic experience: I’ve worked with Anthony for four years, I would definitely recommend him, he tailors our sessions to what I might need at the time, whether I’m training for something or just maintaining my general fitness. He has also helped me strengthen my leg after a fracture. I love training at the outdoor gym and it’s only heavy rain that may halt a session!

He approaches teaching TRX skills from a very practical manner — he breaks skills down so you learn the basics and can add progressions as you improve. Fantastic experience: I trained with Anthony in Canada Water during almost 2 years and it was amazing. I achieved my goal and I have started to enjoy training because of him. Fantastic experience: I found Breathe Fitness via the bootcamp that Ant holds at Decathlon in Surrey Quays. Ant is so friendly and instantly makes any newcomer feel welcome and not overwhelmed at the thought of exercise! When we went in to lockdown I continued to train via his online bootcamp. Ant has an incredible way of making me enjoy exercise, he is very knowledgeable and varies every class which always keeps them interesting. I have made some great friends whilst keeping fit thanks to Breathe Fitness, I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Best decision. I always thought I wanted a trainer who'd shout at me but after just one session with Anthony, I knew that his method was what would make the difference. You end up wanting to do exercises that in the past you would have made excuses not to do. He introduces you to new activities- I love boxing! He makes you feel proud of yourself; he makes you able to admit it too. As I write this, my shoulders and arms are aching-it's a great feeling :) He cares. I have a joint problem that's meant he's had to continually rethink what I can do which means he has to think of session plans just for me. He's also supported and helped me in times of huge emotional need and he does it in such a way you don't recognise what he's doing till afterwards. He's honest, organised and definitely knows his stuff. Oh, and I love that he lets my dog train too :)

Fantastic experience: I discovered Breathe Fitness thanks to the Boot camp in Decathlon Surrey Quays and Anthony was training around 12 people per camp. I was impressed by his knowledge and fitness qualifications. I decided to take PT sessions with Anthony once a week and carrying with the boot camp once a week too. Since July, I started PT sessions and It is going very well. Before starting training, Anthony organised a pre session face to face meeting to understand my personal objectives, my food habits to understand how He will work with me. Throughout the months and sessions, Anthony gave me a lot of support and technical health feedback: what to eat and when. How to recover better from training. Each training were fully prepared beforehand and adapted to my needs. I feel physically stronger and better. I achieved a lot more than I thought I was able to!
It was an absolute pleasure to train you 1-2-1 and at bootcamp. You worked so hard every session and are certainly missed as a Breathe Fitness client :-)
Fantastic experience: Anthony, founder of Breathe Fitness, is a phenomenal Personal Trainer. His approach is extremely professional. We started with a list of goals (be surf fit despite living in London), a thorough assessments Anthony has created a personalised plan which has worked miracles for my surf and long standing injury. Fantastic experience: I fully recommend Anthony from Breathe Fitness for new mothers who want to kick-start their exercise regime after giving birth. Training in the local park enabled me to bring my baby with me and Anthony's professional approach and innovative training program helped me regain my pre-pregnancy physique and weight and improve my fitness in two months. Fantastic experience: When I first met Ant I thought weights were for body builders, and didn’t understand how exercise and diet would impact my body. I wanted to tone up and smooth out lumps and bumps, but hadn’t achieved my goals from my cardio-only routine. I found Ant through his excellent Google reviews, and even during our first meeting he understood my personal goals and preferences, and subsequently tailored everything around me. Ant works me hard, but is never coercive, and keeps my wellbeing at the forefront of anything we do. He ensures my training plan is effective but enjoyable, and motivating for me when he isn’t around. He is also available round the clock to give me tips on diet and nutrition; injury care; alternative exercises; stretching; technique; fitness apparel; sports equipment, and more. The best thing about training with Ant is that it’s fun! Although our sessions are tough, he brings fun new workouts to make it enjoyable. I really see the results with him in my body, attitude and energy levels. Ant is a truly professional, approachable and motivational PT and I really cannot recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: The level of training from Breathe Fitness is fantastic. I wanted to build up some strength and increase my calorie-burn. I would highly recommend Breathe for any kind of physical work. Anthony provided a great deal of explanation about what workouts we were doing, and how they would effect my physiology/strength. I was given a home-workout plan to do in-between sessions and really good nutritional advice (flipping my food pyramid upside down was a revelation!). Working with Anthony is very easy; he has a friendly manner and gauges the right level of support and encouragement during the sessions. I was a bit nervous as have seen PT's who just shout, but Anthony is much more measured in his support. I found it incredibly motivating. Anthony has a wealth of knowledge in fitness, nutrition and the psychological aspects of the process. If you are thinking of personal training I say both: do it, and do it with Breathe Fitness!

Fantastic experience: I'm a frequent traveler to London from Los Angeles, and to stay fit, I sought out and hired Anthony as my personal trainer while there. I have worked with Anthony now on two extended trips and found his expertise, great personality, and inspiring workout (tailor made for my needs) to have gone a long way to helping me maintain, and even improve my fitness level while on business. We worked out at the outdoor gym at Primrose Hill, which was great fun; Anthony brought along additional equipment as well. He connected me with a massage therapist and a physiotherapist when I needed them, and both were excellent -- on a world class standard.
