Challenge Life

Fantastic experience: Been looking to join a gym for some time, and wanted to have some sort of personal training, without the expense of £50 a time for a PT. I have found this great place called Challenge Life in Letchworth, managed by Alan and his wonderful team, who support, motervate and plan your fitness program for you. There's a great choice of equipment, fantastic daily classes to fit your abilities and lifestyle, from strength and conditioning training, total fitness, boxing and yoga. So what ever your level of fitness you are,you are given a warm welcome, team camaraderie and full induction. I would highly recommend, I even got my two friends to join.

Fantastic experience: This is a friendly, all-ability gym with a great community spirit. The instructors take great care looking after the members and there is an excellent range of equipment. The small group training format gets the best out of everyone that takes part. I’d recommend Challenge Life to anybody who wants to improve their fitness, strength and flexibility!

Fantastic experience: What can I say apart from I love this gym! Genuinely words I never thought I’d say. Ever! As someone previously allergic to exercise I can’t believe that I now look forward to every class and I’m thrilled to feel part of a community of people that support each other and have fun. If you’re looking for a well equipped, non-threatening gym, where you’ll get great results and have a good time doing it, look no further.

Fantastic experience: Best gym to belong to. They have helped me on my fitness journey no end from losing weight to progressing with my strength training. There is a great range of equipment. Also a selection of well thought out classes. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly it's like having a a second family.

Fantastic experience: Challenge Life, is seriously an awesome gym. The staff is super friendly and always there to help out. The place is always clean, and they've got all the cool gear you need for a great workout. Plus, they've got a bunch of different classes and workouts that have really helped me get in shape.
