Fantastic experience: This is my second week, and I must say—there are definitely days when I ache a lot! Still, I keep coming back for more! I love how easy it is: you just arrive in your car, jump in, and get on with it. My body loves it too. After long, stressful days, it’s the perfect way to let off steam and forget about work for a while. The late session at 19:45 works perfectly for me. The trainers are so patient with me, even when I’m clumsy or confused about what exactly I need my body to do. I tend to be overly self-conscious, so I’m really grateful for every bit of praise—it means a lot. A big thank you for encouraging me to be kinder to myself and to stay on track! I also really appreciate the informative emails and regular check-ins throughout the week. Keep up the great work! Karolina
