Fantastic experience: The team have been helping with my needs for years. Been with the OnPAR team since 2018 (7 years). The meal prep is fabulous and healthy, and they have altered the meal prep to my liking. The time I been coming here says how well they treat you as a person.

Fantastic experience: We had a buffet for our little boy’s christening and it was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure everything we requested was available. Fantastic experience: It's a bit difficult to identify one thing to recommend about ON PAR, I can only say that without exaggeration for me personally, it's been significantly life enhancing. I started working with the gym at the start of this year and with the help of the focused gym sessions and the added help of the meal plans, I am healthier than I have been for a decade. As a massive bonus, I've managed to acquire a great supportive network from a lovely bunch of folk . Bradley, Amy, and their support network offer a friendly environment that will challenge you (without pushing you beyond your capabilities) and encourage you to be the best you can be. Don't sit there worrying about whether or not you can do it! Take it from me. it's one of the best investments I've ever made in myself.

Fantastic experience: Womens classes are brilliant. Great atmosphere, great results too. Its actually enjoyable to go to work out (although not a walk in the park) Meals are also very good, very tasty as well as healthy.

Fantastic experience: ’ive been doing personal training sessions with Brad for two years now, and my body and health have improved considerably. My body is super toned. Additionally, I have pre-prepared meals that are great for maintaining a healthy and balanced diet. I especially love Saturdays when I come for jogging, as I can enjoy the protein and healthy pancakes. It's been an amazing experience. Johana
