Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area, good range of equipment available, personalised training programmes, their own in house supplement brand and a sports therapist (Kr4gg Sports Therapist) based at the gym, all to help you achieve your fitness goals. There's always a nice friendly atmosphere and Gym owner Nathan Blackler is always on hand to offer support and advice during your sessions. Been training here at Results or Excuses Gym for 3 months now and wouldn't go anywhere else. If you're looking for somewhere to train I'd highly recommend calling in, taking a look around and having a chat with Nathan about the amazing membership packages they have to offer, you won't regret it.
