Fantastic experience: My old gym membership came to an end just over 12 months ago and my wife suggested maybe I went and had a look at CrossFit Heysham. I’d spent the last 5 years struggling to find any consistent use of what is considered the “best” gym in our area so to be honest I was sceptical and struggled to see why I would pay the extra money to change gyms now. 12 months later and I can honestly say CrossFit has been a revelation to me. It’s had a massive impact on things I never imagined it could. Very grateful to Lewis and all that have helped me at CrossFit Heysham

Fantastic experience: I joined CrossFit Heysham in April 2022 and am currently being coached by Lewis. My overall fitness has improved massively and the carryover to military styles of training is completely transferable. I am stronger, more stable running with weight and my overall work capacity has noticeably improved. Lewis is very supportive and designs programs that align exactly with where I want my fitness to go. This even extends to when I’ve been away with minimal kit and equipment. This has no doubt been the best decision I have made this year, taking me closer to my overall goals. Thank you CrossFit Heysham

Fantastic experience: I can only say positive things about Thai gym and a community. Post covid, being consistent has been an issue with the gym and general fitness, but the community you find yourself in at CrossFit Heysham makes it so much easier. Coaches are always there to push you further and make the sessions enjoyable. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I originally started crossfit to lose some weight before my wedding, but I quickly realised crossfit was so fun, I had never really done any classes before at previous gyms but after only a few i realised this was for me. The coaches really helped me push myself pyshically and mentally to become the strongest and healthiest I have ever been. Everyone is so encourgaing wheter you a beginner or a crossfit veteran and Ive made plenty of friends since joinging becuse its like one big happy family. Now Im hooked and I'll even be doing the crossfit open, thanks again to Lewis and all the coaches for doing a cracking job :)

Fantastic experience: I used to be a serial slacker at the gym but CrossFit Heysham put a stop to that. The classes are so up-beat, motivating and effective (it’s nearly impossible to slack). There is a real team spirit but it’s not all up in your face. The coaches are top class, strike the perfect balance between friendly and scary enough to push you to your limits. They made a real effort to get to know me and would even memorise my PB weights. I’d never done CrossFit before and I was surprised just how INCLUSIVE it was! Not once did I feel intimidated or out of place, there is zero chauvinistic male mentality and it really didn’t matter how big, small, advanced or beginner you were because you can scale back each movement to suit your ability. Cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Love Heysham Crossfit! I've never found consistency with the gym but Crossfit really helps you do just that! The classes are great and the coaches break down any new movement for you. I've learnt so much and pushed myself further than I ever thought I could! On top of that, the community is lovely and there's always someone to have a natter with! Really recommend Crossfit Heysham!

Fantastic experience: Great Crossfit gym with the very best Rogue equipment. The staff here are extremely knowledagble and easy to approach. They have made learning Crossfit really enjoyable and I can't wait to keep training here. The atmosphere is brilliant.

Fantastic experience: Great new spot. Looking forward on all the little extras that are still to come. Have only done a few sessions so far but have really enjoyed them, especially considering I've never done Crossfit style training before.
