Fantastic experience: Great gym with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The gym has a real feeling of community. Pete has been providing expert powerlifting training for me for 6 months, and has helped me to lift more safely and improve my PB's at the same time.

Fantastic experience: Went there today for a workout . Great great place , i met the owners who are brilliant and friendly and knowledgeable . If what you want is a good gym without all the silly led lights and head pounding music this gym is a must . A good honest no frills gym without the ( look at me , look at me gym rat types )
