Maxx Life Gym

Fantastic experience: Joined earlier this month and impressed by the range of equipment. Just had a personal training session with Ellie — she was excellent. I left knowing I’d genuinely worked. Her attention to detail, especially on form during weightlifting, stood out. I’m looking forward to making this gym a regular part of my routine. One minor question, though: does the person choosing the music actually try dancing to it?

Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming to Maxx Life Gym for the past year, and it’s become a favorite activity for our family every week! The gym offers a welcoming and fun atmosphere, where everyone feels supported, regardless of their fitness level. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure that everyone feels comfortable. They’re especially supportive of women and new moms looking to get fit, and they’ve created a safe, child-friendly environment that makes it perfect for families. My kids absolutely love going there. Highly recommend it to any family looking for a great place to stay active, make memories, and feel supported!

Fantastic experience: Joined maxx life gym back in September and loving it! Lots of classes to suit everyone. All the trainers are friendly and I love that you can bring your kids along with you - no excuses not to go!!

Fantastic experience: Just joined Maxx after going to a few classes. Everyone’s attentive and nothing is too much trouble. Beginners spin is a great workout Zumba you have that much fun you don’t realise your working out Pilates great for stretching out the weeks stresses

Fantastic experience: I became a member of Maxx Life gym at the start of December and I am loving it! I have 2 weekly PT sessions with Ruta and she is amazing. She gives me tailored sessions to suit me and is extremely encouraging. I also attend some weekly classes which I really enjoy. There is plenty to choose from and something for everyone!

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym and it's kid friendly which is amazing as I wouldn't be able to go if it wasn't the instructors and classes are all so good and helpful no matter what u need, prices is unbeatable and bonus they have maxpresso drive threw that does the best Smoothies and protein pancakes

Fantastic experience: Anto alleviated my apprehension at attending a gym. He exercised great tolerance and patience when teaching me the correct techniques when using the gym equipment. I'm enjoying the continued transformation in my body but more than that I'm enjoying the improvement in my energy levels and my increased enthusiasm for all areas of my life. A great gym to achieve massive results in a non intimidating environment.

Fantastic experience: I have been at maxx life gym for a few years now, I have learnt alot here through personal training sessions, I have been at a number of other gyms throughout the years but they never gave me the knowledge regarding nutrition and training that maxx life gym has gave me, this knowledge means that I can confidentially train at a good level, the staff at the gym are friendly and are always happy and at hand to give any advice or pointers that might be need. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone from the beginner to the more experienced gym member.
