Fantastic experience: I spent around 4 months working with Lee and had a great experience. He helped focus me on my goals and kept me accountable while also keeping our sessions really fun. I'm super happy with my progress so far and know that I wouldn't have come half as far in such a short period without Lee's help.

Fantastic experience: Lee was a brilliant personal trainer, he was very knowledgeable, thorough and determined to get me to my target weight for my wedding day. Fantastic experience: I worked with Lee during the period when the country was in and out of lockdowns. Despite the difficulty this posed, Lee was easily able to adapt the programme he'd designed for me to work outdoors making it easy to maintain workouts whether we had access to the gym or not. Lee was also really good at holding me accountable with weekly check-ins and provided meal plans with easy to follow recipes that helped on the nutrition front. I ended up moving away before we finished the programme but I was able to maintain the habits we'd set up and ended up meeting my target of getting my weight under 100kg (from about 113kg). Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed working with Lee for 6 months! He is an excellent 1-1 coach: will break everything down for you, work in tandem with you, and support you in achieving your fitness goals. He's really knowledgable, patient, and goes above and beyond to care for his clients both in and out of the gym. Lee offers the full package for clients from nutrition to cardio to strength training and supports you on every step of the process. Only wish I were still in the area working with him! 5 stars, would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Lee has helped me transform my fitness, strength and body since June 2021 and still going strong! He is a brilliant trainer, he doesn’t just put you through the motions, he explains how and why and is right there behind you through the little and big wins and pushes you through the tough times. I have struggled all my life to be fit and healthy as a type 1 diabetic and to balance health and body fitness safely, and can honestly say that with Lee’s help I am feeling and looking the best I have ever done. I can’t wait to tackle the next session and keep working on my goals. A huge thank you to Lee, I wouldn’t be where I am today without his help, constant coaching, knowledge and patience!

Fantastic experience: Lee is absolutely amazing he's kind and makes you feel comfortable and really knows his stuff I have alot of health issues and he was very caring making sure I was ok and not doing anything to hurt myself . I was completely new to spin bikes and classes and have very little confidence and whith just a few sessions with him I am now a very confident spinner smiles would 100% recommend lee thank you for the pep in my step ❤

Fantastic experience: I got trained by Lee the very first day after the lockdown on 25th July. I would say it is the wisest decision I’ve made in 2020! Not only did I gain muscles in the past few months, but also I felt more confident in myself. Lee is a nice and strict trainer whom I definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I can’t think of a better way to end 2020 or start the new year than training with Lee. In the 3 months since we started training together, I’ve gained more strength, muscle, and mental clarity than I had thought possible. Lee communicates his knowledge and experience with skillful intuition, avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach and tailoring our training to suit my strengths and weaknesses, session by session and week by week. The result is fun and consistent progress. My only regret is that I didn’t start sooner, but there’s no looking back!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Lee for over a year, he’s been a huge help in improving my general fitness, strength and attitude towards exercise (I was never a huge fan of the gym!). He’s always supportive and encouraging. Lee’s also very knowledgeable and professional. He knows just how to push you that extra bit to keep the progress going while still making it fun. Fantastic experience: I thought Lee was a fantastic personal trainer. I had a whole list of misgivings before signing up. I'm a 52-year-old woman, with all sorts of issues related to this - self-consciousness, not wanting to feel pressured into doing things I wasn't comfortable with, incontinence, concerns about bone strength, losing weight after menopause, effects of hormones... Lee set me a program ideally suited to address my needs, he was encouraging, respectful and very knowledgeable. He was great at explaining the correct technique and making adjustments according to what was needed. I now have clear goals, and a good understanding of how to reach them. After 3 sessions with Lee I was able to train independently several times a week, progressing the exercises. I now feel confident at the gym and that I'm making great progress with increased strength, weight loss, stronger bones and overall fitness. Thanks Lee, you've made a huge and lasting difference!

Fantastic experience: I had a personal training session with Lee in Buzz Gym a few months ago and he was fantastic told me lots of helpful information about my fitness goal such as nutritional info for example caloric surplus efficient proteins and calories. Lee has also helped me itch my gym training as well with recommending me to utilise a full body workout which has helped me build muscle efficiently. I would highly recommend Lee for any person looking for help and advice for a fitness goal they wish to achieve

Fantastic experience: Lee Beck is an absolute legend for PT. From the get go, he's been nothing but professional. You can count on him to provide you with high quality, bespoke training that's balanced with sensible and pragmatic advice. Lee really does take the time to demystify the entire weight loss process with his expertise and technical know-how. He constantly pushes me beyond my comfort zone and he does this creatively. None of the that tough love act BUT he WILL make sure you reach your goals, oh come what may. More than that, he's one of the kindest people I've known, very realistic with training, completely and utterly dedicated, and has a great sense of humour that will make rigorous PT sessions more exciting (I'm a gym noob). I simply can't recommend him enough. He helped me shed 5kgs in a month (before this godawful pandemic) and assisted me with my nutritional goals. Will I look at chocolates the same way again? God, no :( But is Lee worth it? ABSOLUTELY!

Fantastic experience: Lee at Tribe Oxford was fantastic during lockdown. He designed me a personal workout programme for me which took into account my abilities, fitness and needs. He was really patient in working though everything with me and giving me pointers on technique and improvements every step of the way. Lee took time out to check on me and help me improve week on week!

Fantastic experience: I had great PT training sessions with Lee. My goal was to gain weight (it’s hard for me to gain). I reached my goal within 7 weeks and could see a lot of improvement in my overall body strength also. Right from the day one Lee gave me clear plans and focused on basics. I have had some PT sessions before with other trainers as well. Lee was completely different than others. He understood my strength and weakness and tailored the training accordingly. My technique improved a lot. I have never enjoyed gym before and used to stop after a month or so. But Lee changed my perception and I can’t thank him enough. Looking forward to work with him again after the lockdown.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with Lee – having plateaued in my weight loss, Lee was able to develop a dietary plan and workout program that allowed me to lose 8kg and simultaneously gain muscle mass over the course of a few months. Regular tracking with measurements and photos helped me to focus on progress other than my numbers on the scales, and Lee’s focus on developing correct form allowed me to make further progress once I finished working with him. Lee is a fantastic personal trainer, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I spent five invaluable months working with Lee from July - Nov 2018 to strengthen my back after a rowing injury and to kickstart my overall return to exercise which had been lacking for many months. Nutrition-wise we began with a very simple fat loss focus during which I lost 5.0kgs (from 83.8 - 78.8kg, 32 year-old male) before upping my calorie intake again to focus more on building strength and muscle. I am extremely satisfied with my results and seriously enjoyed every session with Lee. He is patient, knowledgeable, honest and not afraid to push you hard in a safe way. I am no longer afraid of the free-weights section at the gym and, crucially, I am finding it easy and enjoyable to stick to the plan we set for me at the end of my five months. I have learned so much about my body and exercise; I find that hugely motivating. Lee is well-respected amongst the other personal trainers at the gym and I can't recommend him highly enough either.

I have reached goals (such as unassisted pull-ups, increased tone and feeling strong) that I had for decades in months. Fantastic experience: I had weekly sessions with Lee from November 2019 to March 2020 (I had to stop because of lockdown), and I've been very satisfied. I felt that Lee provided me with the motivation to do more in the gym, while making sure I was always performing the exercises safely and with good form. As a result, I also became more confident working out in the gym by myself and saw an increase in my strength. On a personal level, Lee has also been a very good listener, and has always been willing to accommodate my schedule when I wasn't available for a session. I'd recommend Lee as a trainer to anyone who is starting their fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: My first Personal Trainer experience to get me looking my best for my wedding. Lee was outstanding. He held me to account enough to get me going in the right direction but not so much that it infringed on "living my life". He is extremely knowledgeable regarding what food to eat and what exercise to undertake to achieve the goals you are after. I've been going to the gym for years but learned something new on every exercise. I cannot recommend Lee enough and will probably be back for more at some point!

Positive experience: I had a month's worth of sessions with Lee to teach me the core free weights exercises, including the deadlift, that I lacked confidence in trying myself, he was very knowledgeable, explained good form and left me feeling confident continuing these exercises alone.

Fantastic experience: Lee was very helpful when I first started going to the gym. I was new to everything from the machines to power lifting. He took time to explain everything to me, showed me around, made sure I knew how to lift properly and made the right movements. Fantastic experience: In the 8 weeks I've been training with Lee, I’ve gone from 72kg (159 lbs) down to 67kg (148 lbs) and my body fat percentage has dropped from 15.8% to 11.6%. Previously, I had been exercising by myself for a year and only managed to lose 6kg, despite my best intentions. My main goal with Lee has been to learn some basic strength training exercises to improve my strength and appearance. So far I’m extremely satisfied with the progress I’ve made and I'm feeling motivated to make further improvements. Lee knows how to push me to my limits, allowing me to quickly progress, without me feeling discouraged when I occasionally fail. Training by myself at the gym is now a lot more fun, because of Lee's excellent technical knowledge and guidance in using the correct technique.

Fantastic experience: If someone is looking for a personal trainer, I'd whole heartedly recommend Lee. He helped me when preparing for a 10k run, creating a program that was individual to me, my experience, needs and schedule. He also really helped me with getting to know how to strengthen my back, joints and feet due to arched heels and mild scoliosis.
