The Fitness Academy

Fantastic experience: A truly fabulous gym. Well, it's really much more than a gym. It's a wonderful, supportive and fun community. The coaches are second to none and always go above and beyond to meet each client's individual needs. A wide range of small group strength training, yoga, cardio, running, and much more are available so you can mix it up and find everything you need to achieve your fitness goals. I thoroughly enjoy going to the Academy and I have achieved so many things I never thought I would thanks to the excellent support, training and motivation. Also, it's really, really good fun, super friendly and welcoming. Just the best!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at The Academy for years and I can honestly say the support we receive from Annie and the team is phenomenal. This is not a gym where the owner collects monthly membership fees and does nothing else; this is a place of motivation, encouragement and fun. Once you’re a member you rarely miss sessions because you want to be there. The small group sessions and knowledgable and experienced trainers tailor the workouts so that everyone is challenges and our improvement is always noted and celebrated. This is a place for all abilities and fitness levels and there are lots of fun socials like the Acadawander and The Academy Games as well as yoga, boxing, and much more. If you’re thinking of joining a gym and want to be a part of something special and encouraging, this is your place.
