Fantastic experience: THE BEST PT - Rilwan truly goes above and beyond for his clients. I have been training with Rilwan the past few months with both short term and long term goals. I saw noticeable results within 5 weeks, with family and friends also seeing a difference. Due to personal circumstances, I had to pause training. However, throughout that time, Rilwan kept in touch to see how I was doing and how he could support me. He really makes an effort to support mental health, not just physical! Training with Rilwan has enabled me to understand my nutrition better as well as understanding my body and its individuality. He even takes my cycle into consideration when training, which I hadn’t even considered to do. Rilwan really does make an effort to support his clients and is so knowledgable in everything he does. Another perk is that he’s hilarious and no training session is dull! A friend for life. Thank you so much! X
Fantastic experience: In the last few months with Rilwan, my life has changed significantly. Rilwan nature is so friendly and also drives you to go beyond what you think is your best, his positive attitude and tenacity shows you that can beat the boundaries you set for yourself. I never thought I would be lifting the weights I am today in such a short space of time. I have learnt a lot about food, muscles and exercise and my relationship with food is getting less and less complex everyday. The inflammation of my PCOS is significantly reduced, so much that I have had natural 2 periods in a row - first time in over 15 years !!! And he really is just an upbeat friendly guy, who can have a laugh with and is incredibly passionate and genuinely cares and strives in helping achieving your goals , his knowledge and skill set is exceptional, if your after a PT, he is your guy :)
Fantastic experience: Unlike other PT’s I’ve had, Rilwan really took the time to understand my metabolic conditions and devise a workout plan and nutrition plan that would work within my very strict patterns. He pays close attention to my glucose control as tweaks the plan accordingly. My progress since training with him has been incredible - both physically and mentally. His attention to detail is excellent and he’s a great guy on top of that. I look forward to our sessions and would highly recommend him to anyone who was to improve their physical and mental wellbeing
Fantastic experience: Having Rilwan as my personal trainer over the past 12 weeks has made such a positive difference. I was initially hesitant about having a male trainer but I’m so glad I gave it a chance. While many mums might naturally opt for a female trainer, Rilwan understands the postpartum journey. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about deep core work, diastasis recti, and safely rebuilding strength, always taking into account the physical and mental challenges of new motherhood. What stood out most was his dedication, he committed to early morning sessions to fit around my schedule, which genuinely meant a lot. He’s been patient, flexible, and supportive throughout, adapting sessions without pressure or judgment. Each workout is different, challenging, and leaves you feeling stronger both physically and mentally. I’m finally starting to feel like myself again. Rilwan listens, encourages, and knows exactly how to push you in the right way while keeping it realistic. I’m excited to continue training with him and would 100% recommend him to any mums looking to rebuild strength and confidence after birth.

He’s not just for beginners but for those that want to take their training up a level. Since training with him I’ve reached PBs and have way more knowledge and better form. Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed a 2 month PT course with Rilwan. After struggling to motivate my self at the gym, Rilwan was excellent at setting new challenges and workout plans to change up my usual routine. He pushed me to achieve goals I would not have thought possible while managing to make the sessions fun.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Rilwan has been exceptional. With a focus on maximising what I can do while managing an existing condition, Rilwan has designed every session and follow-up with this in mind. Fantastic experience: Out of all the PTs I have had, Rilwan has by far been the best. He focuses on form and has been really supportive during my fitness journey! As a mum of two, confidence was a big issue with lifting heavier weights and using machines. Rilwan has taught me the fundamentals of weight training. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a PT!

Fantastic experience: This was the most exceptional experience I have had with a personal trainer. Fantastic experience: Very good resistance bands, very helpful for my gym sessions and I use them every week for my personal gym sessions as well as my classes. I would also like to thank Rilwan for the wonderful advise on my fitness goals, altering it to my lifestyle and making sure my health concerns are not dismissed.
Fantastic experience: Such an amazing PT! Rilwan is very understanding of your needs and alters your plan to best suit you and so you still get the best results. He made me feel extremely comfortable and he was always motivating me, as he saw my true potential. I have learnt a lot from my sessions, which has allowed me to be more confident with my exercises in the gym alone and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Fantastic experience: 8 week challenge was amazing. Rilwan has been supportive and very helpful during the challenge which has helped me to achieve my goals. The app is very user friendly - was able to view & track my workouts and could see my meal plan. Loved how detailed the meal plan was - made it easy to follow. Fantastic experience: Without doubt one of the best decisions I made for my physical and mental health was signing up for Rilwan’s 8 week challenge. At first it was to get in shape for an upcoming family holiday which we succeeded above expectations. But most importantly it’s the foundations Rilwan has giving me to carry on with this more healthy lifestyle that will last forever! His guidance, effort and care that he shows is unmatched. His knowledge in nutrition and gym exercises to taylor to my individual needs is excellent and what I needed. Can’t credit Rilwan highly enough, the level of detail he puts in to everything you can really tell he cares about his clients. Fantastic experience: Where to even begin. After yo-yo dieting for years and fluctuating weight gain and loss I thought the day would never come again where I actually felt comfortable to be in my body. In September 2022 I miscarried and put on a lot of weight. My legs started to get bigger and more painful. I was in pain to sleep, I would get welts all over my body randomly. After many attempts at the drs and private consultations, I discovered I had lipodema. Lipoedema is a long term (chronic) condition of fat and connective tissue which builds up in your legs, hips, bottom and sometimes arms. I was devastated. I had always had bigger legs than the rest of my body, but after hormonal changes, this can trigger the lipodema to get progressively worse. I couldn’t sleep. In turn I was depressed and eating more meaning I just put more and more weight on. I was at my biggest. I found out the resolution to my issue would be surgery. After lots of research I found a surgeon in Madrid who I was going to go and see to have the lipodema sucked out of my body. I was terrified as the recovery I knew would be horrendous and long. After more research and more recent studies and not being 100% certain I wanted surgery, I found a medication that I thought I would try. Mounjaro. It slows your digestion down and makes you feel fuller quicker. I thought I’ll try anything at this point. With this, in May 2024, I wanted to start this and start training - I’d been going on and off to Snap Fitness and decided @coachedbymol was the trainer I wanted to go with. I knew he’d push me even when I felt weak and wanted to give up. We have a laugh. He is very personable but he also makes me work hard. Without all of these things and Rilwan, I wouldn’t be where I am today - a happier, healthier and much more disciplined person than I was before. He reminds me I am strong and will get stronger and that this ongoing journey is part of my story. I will be forever grateful for how he has adapted my training to make sure my legs don’t over do it and bothered to learn about my condition to help me get better. But our journey doesn’t stop here. I am looking forward to seeing even better results at the end of the year compared to May! I’m now down 2 stone!
Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Rilwan on the 8 week programme. Rilwan’s approach is professional but friendly. He worked with me to understand my goals and develop a fitness programme which incorporated my current lifestyle. Rilwan showed a genuine interest in my progress and development and offered plenty of support and encouragement whether in the gym, or through our weekly online updates. Fantastic experience: I contacted Rilwan when looking for a coach to help me rebuild my confidence in the gym after having my baby. When I started the 8 week challenge I was 4 months post partum, he set me a nutrition and gym plan that was easy to work around my new life as a mum. He really took in to account and fully understood my circumstances and helped me find what would work for me, not just some standard plan to fit all. I dreaded weekly check-ins at the start as I was so low on confidence, but each week the encouragement and support I received spurred me on and slowly I started to look forward to the check-ins as I was seeing progress and changes I’d never seen before. Fantastic experience: Review I want to start by saying that Rilwan Omotoso, also known as One More One Less, is an incredible trainer and nutritionist. As an experienced bodybuilder, I have worked closely with him twice, and both times, I have achieved the progress I desired. His meticulous planning, such as suggesting a high-protein diet with specific meal timings, and workout plans, like a combination of strength training and HIIT, have been critical factors in my success. Recently, I set a challenging goal to shed a few kilograms and reach below 100kg by May from 107 kg. I am currently 98 kg. It was a daunting task, but I could conquer it with Rilwan's unwavering support and guidance. From April to May, I faced numerous hurdles both mentally, such as battling cravings and maintaining motivation, and physically, like dealing with muscle soreness and fatigue. I had to push my limits in the gym, adhere to a stringent nutrition plan, and stay laser-focused on my goal. Rilwan was my pillar of strength, cheering me on and ensuring I stayed on course. Every time I've sought Rilwan's guidance, I've experienced significant growth. He doesn't just provide a workout and nutrition plan, but he also instils motivation and pushes me to surpass my limits. It's not solely about achieving physical results, but also about fostering a resilient mindset and discipline. Rilwan has been instrumental in cultivating these qualities within me, and for that, I am deeply appreciative. His guidance has not only transformed my body but also my mindset, giving me the confidence to overcome any challenge. Fantastic experience: I couldn’t shout from the rooftops more about how much Rilwan has helped me. Not only has he helped me reached new levels of confidence in the gym, but also mentally. How i look at myself and speak to myself. He’s not only an amazing coach but a true friend. He pours his heart into each client, relentless hard work and is always smiling. Fantastic experience: I have had PTs in the past who were no where near as professional or hard working as Rilwan. With Rilwan, I have seen results almost immediately. You can tell be his physique that he not only talks the talk but walks the walk too. I cannot recommend him enough and if you are considering signing up with him, I suggest you do it quickly!

Fantastic experience: Rilwan has to be one of the best personal trainers I’ve ever had! I’d been away from the gym/exercise for a long time and Rilwan took his time to ease me back in with lots of encouragement, check-in’s and guidance. Rilwan explains each exercise & gym equipment during our training so provide me with the understanding & confidence to train together but also alone.
