Fantastic experience: DoTheWorkHQ is the best training I’ve ever tried, and I tried a lot. I got everything here I was looking for and even more. Dale always looks after everyone, makes sure we do the exercises correctly. The atmosphere is great and I met with awesome people there. We can always count on Dale and each other, also push each other to get the best results. I started a 6 weeks program in April and I’m still there, because I love it! I can see the results ( weight, clothes size) and I feel great being there. Thanks Dale and the others for everything!

Fantastic experience: Started off on the 6 week challenge over a year ago and not left since. I definitely would not have stuck out a mainstream gym for this long or made the progress I've made. Dale is amazing in what he does and the price is worth it, especially if you need a telling off to get out of bed every now and then .

Fantastic experience: I joined Dale's 28 day challenge in June. I'd already lost some weight but I was at a point were I get stuck and needed some guidance. Dale helped with structure. training plans, group sessions, a guide on how to eat. The app is really good to keep track of everything you do. Weekly check-ins and he's always there if you need help. I lost 6kg at the end of the 28 day challenge and I joined Dale permanently now to carry on with my journey.

Fantastic experience: Having been feeling pretty unfit for a couple of years following hip surgery and struggling to motivate myself to get back on the right track, I decided I needed some help. I found ‘Do The Work’ online and after chatting with Dale on the phone had no doubts that it was worth a try. After just the first week of going to the gym and following some dietary tips that Dale had given me, I felt so much more in control and was looking forward to the weeks ahead and where they would take me. My whole experience has been a positive and successful one and I’m really grateful to Dale. I would recommend him & ‘Do The Work’ to anyone

Fantastic experience: Meeting Dale was a game changer for me. I spent most of my adult life making excuses for my lack of fitness, confidence and work ethic. Dale helped me to realise that I was very capable and I just needed to change the way I approach health and fitness and the way I talk to myself. A year on I have increased my strength by 100%. I’m hitting personal beats almost weekly. His private facility is amazing, you couldn’t want anything more, great equipment, facilities and freshly ground coffee machine for those early mornings. Being an older male I had 2 choices, sit back in my 40’s and let bad habits make me lazy and unhappy or invest in the best thing I could, my health. I’m so grateful for Dale, his kindness and patience. He always has a smile and he always makes the dark, unmotivated days better for me, by being first class at his job. Thanks Dale. Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed training with Dale. His sessions helped me stay accountable and consistent, which made a big difference in my training. Knowing I had classes booked, and he was keeping a check on me meant I always showed up, and I’ve definitely felt the benefits. Dale’s approach is motivating, and he creates a great atmosphere that pushes you to improve while still making the workouts enjoyable. Fantastic experience: I wouldn’t step foot in a gym on my own before I started as I didn’t have a clue what to do..I lost 10kg in 14 weeks at DoTheWorkHQ.. Fantastic experience: Started with Dale in November 2023 and have enjoyed every single session, whether it’s a 1:1, team training or a group walk in the Lakes. I’ve always enjoyed keeping fit but struggled with a busy lifestyle and struggled to maintain consistency. Almost a year in with Dale and I’ve haven’t found time or consistency to be a challenge because of how enjoyable the sessions are, and the motivation and momentum Dale provides. Dale offers a range of packages, whether it’s online coaching, team sessions, or 1:1 PT sessions - he works around you to make sure you’re getting the best support and to make sure you #DoTheWork Thank you Dale! Fantastic experience: I signed up to online training with Dale at DoTheWorkHQ after being diagnosed with a knee issue. I wanted to make sure I was exercising in a way that would strengthen my knee rather than cause further damage. Dale has met this need plus added so much more. He is knowledgeable and supportive and has pushed me to achieve better health and fitness than I would’ve done on my own.

Fantastic experience: **ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PT, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING RESULTS **had been thinking about a PT for a while, and around mid April 2024 decided to act in this, after speaking to a few PT's & then having a call with Dale Wallace, myself & my wife decided he was the guy that was going to help us & we committed to doing the work, initially for a 6week challenge. The reason I needed to explore a PT was that I was grossly overweight, unfit, unhealthy, I was on medication for anxiety & depression, I was on medication for diabetes, high blood pressure & high cholesterol. Having tried other diets & joining gyms in the past, I'd felt I'd exhausted all avenues. This was my last hope, I wanted the an all round approach. & my goodness haven't we found it. In a short space of time, & before the 6 week challenge with Dale was over, I'd lost nearly 2stone in weight, I'd come off antidepressants, I came off one of the big diabetes meds(insulin) and my overall fitness was so much better, I felt better about myself & that this approach of having a PT like Dale was what was going to see me through in the future, being a better version of myself. Learning about my own body in regards nutrition, what it can do in the gym. I've been completely overwhelmed with the progress I've made and continue to make & it really is down to Dale. I would 100% recommend him, he has quite literally saved my life. I honestly don't know where I'd be of we hadn't found him. I am also still with Dale doing the work every week. He is so so supportive and knowledgeable in his field. Thankyou Dale for all you have done. Now it's time for everyone else who's reading this to bite that bullet & DO THE WORK

Fantastic experience: I first signed up with Dale at Do the work HQ back in April with my wife, when I initially started a six week challenge, I signed up because I was very over weight, lethargic and on multiple medications, from the initial zoom call I just knew that Dale was our trainer, he knows what he is talking about and makes you feel at ease and motivated, I wasn’t sure what to expect but within the first six weeks I had lost a large amount of weight, looked so much better, had to buy a new wardrobe of clothes and reduced medications! We had such good results that we decided to stay and continue to Dothework, many people think the money is too much but what else would you spend it on? Takeaways , rubbish food? I’ve never been happier and have enjoyed the social side too, Dale is very easy to work with and recently took us to the top of Scafell pike which i never dreamed I could do ! Don’t hold off any longer this guy will help you , absolutely !

Fantastic experience: Big thankyou to Dale who I singed up with at the beginning of the year as needed to get in shape for my wedding. I cant speak anymore highly of him!! You can really tell he loves his job and has so much passion for it and it really does make the difference. I went into my wedding week with more confidence than I ever have and I will forever thankyou for that Dale! I will continue to use you whenever I need help again but you have also taught me a new way of life in terms of eating and 'dieting'. I really enjoyed the time we spent together on this and I never felt like I was dieting so again big thankyou matey!

Fantastic experience: Dale has been my coach for nearly 2 years and I wouldn't go with anyone else. When I first started I had a poor mindset of "I'll do that later" or "it's not that important" and Dale has helped me to hold myself more accountable for my actions and the results I've seen because of this are amazing. Firstly I've lost all excess fat so I can now see my abs, chest, arms, back and legs have become much more defined, and secondly I have learned to enjoy exercise, whether that is a gym session, a walk with the dogs, a run or a mountain climb. I have much more energy as a result of exercising and eating better and I'm more confident in myself and my body. For anyone who isn't sure whether you can afford a PT, I want to say 2 things. 1. If something is important to you, then you owe it to yourself to invest the time and or money into that, whether that is to lose weight, tone up, become stronger, become more confident, eat better etc the list goes on. 2. With Dale you get much more than a PT. He will help you plan your exercises and meals the same as any PT, but he will also teach you how to do this yourself so you know how to maintain the momentum and keep moving forward. And I also have to say that he isn't only interested in how you are doing with your fitness goals, he has become more like a friend to me that I train with and he will help you understand your potential outside of the gym and hit personal goals as well like getting that promotion or gaining more confidence. I also want to point out that Dale has a full list of clients and will make you feel like you are the priority whilst also introducing you to a group of like minded people that will support you 100% of the way. We have group meet ups as well for things like hiking or getting out for a Christmas drink. I'll leave you with this, you won't ever regret investing in yourself, you will however regret spending another year stuck in the same routine and not knowing how to make yourself feel better. Take the step and #DoTheWork

Fantastic experience: Best decision I made at the start of 2023 joining one of Dale’s group ladies sessions. This was a great way to get back into a gym environment, gain confidence & meet other ladies with similar goals. I quickly realised I wanted to push myself more so I moved onto 121 PT with Dale and I set myself a goal for September this year. It’s not just about losing weight/toning up, it’s been a mindset change on a number of levels and the services Dale provides supports all of this. During my fitness journey so far the support Dale has provided has been nothing short of excellent! I could not set myself this personal fitness goal without the 121 support/programme that DoTheWork Coach offers. Recent changes with the move to the new studio has also worked well as it’s meant I can change the gym I attend for my personal workouts. If you’re thinking of investing in your own personal fitness journey I would highly recommend The DoTheWork Coach to help you do this & provide the kick up the backside when needed

Fantastic experience: I started with Dale during Covid when I was not able to go to gym classes. I had only used the gym for classes and the cardio part of the gym, and therefore had no idea about weight training. I also did not have the confidence, or, or so I thought, the desire to weight train. However since training with Dale I feel so much stronger, am very confident in the gym, and love weight training now. The DotheWorkHQ is really well setup with the necessary equipment and one-to-one training really feels like that now. I have also done one of the Bootcamp classes which was very challenging. Well done Dale on your new setup.

Fantastic experience: At the end of the 2021 golf season I'd had a pretty poor season and not much success to show for my decline. I had toyed with the idea of using a PT to try and get ahead for the 2022 season. Combining my love for the gym to get some gains from the gym to make me better on the golf course. So i took the plunge and called dale to discuss what could be done. So after an initial phone call we did an assessment in the gym which then enabled dale to put together 3 month programme which i extended to 4months because i got so much enjoyment /satisfaction from the workouts. His tuition was brilliant. Very detailed. Dale went above and beyond. After the 4 months Dale has given me the knowledge and confidence to continue working out in the gym on my own. As for the golf . Soo far i feel stronger fitter healthier on the course. Faster swing more control which has resulted in some very good gains. Hopefully this will be a successful season.

Fantastic experience: Done the online coaching with Dale. The content and depth of the programmes are outstanding. The app also allows you to watch a demonstration of the exercise to clarify understanding. It gives you a clear plan and structure for your gym workouts. He looked at a typical week of my diet and identified areas for improvement. I would recommend and quick to respond to messages if you have any questions or queries.

Fantastic experience: Ok so do you know when you decide you want to use a personal trainer and you approach one, if their approach in the first place, they’re all bravado and muscles......more interested in themselves than the client, well Dale isn’t like that one little bit he is so interested in your well-being and achieving what you set out to do, If I could, I would give Dale 10 stars he is so knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble even if it seems a really stupid question the best thing you can do today is to contact Him, I’m so glad I did it.

Fantastic experience: I've taken part in one of Dales challenges and thoroughly enjoyed it.He pushed us to achieve our goals and motivated and coached us through periods when it was hard to stick to out workout plans. I also met new friends through the challenge group, they were so friendly and encouraging. Dale spends his own time sending encouraging, motivating and thought provoking emails and texts to us all daily free of charge. If you want to lose weight, tone or just set some workout goals not only is Dale good at training you in the physical aspects but he is also very good at getting inside your head to help with the psychological aspects that set you back and stop you achieving your goals.

Fantastic experience: I read Dale's emails every morning on the bus! I love his no nonsense approach to educating and motivating people. If you follow him on Instagram you will find his short videos make perfect sense as you relate to some of the barriers he talks about that are the only things that are stopping you from reaching your goals. I feel like his advice doesn't just apply to exercise but also to other areas of your life and all for the better. I enjoy following his personal journey and his cute canine companion Nala!

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Dale I am finding exercise fun, challenging oh yes, but still fun. He is very professional and supportive in all the classes I have attended so far.
