Fantastic experience: Highly recommend both the Calisthenics and handstand classes. Excellent tuition and really well tailored to each person whether a beginner or very experienced. And you’ll train with a great group of people. My handstand and Calisthenics skills have improved enormously.
Fantastic experience: Great vibes at the cali classes! Working both on technique and strength, last 10mins of the class is a killer but techno always helps! Handstand is fun! Good combination the 2 together!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend both calisthenics and handstand classes! Unlike other handstand classes I’ve been to, this one is really tailored to each individual and their goals. Fantastic experience: Mikey really knows his stuff! I’ve been training with him for over a year now, and his personalised approach makes each session both challenging and mostly manageable. Fantastic experience: I have been training with Mikey since the beginning of October. It was a bit challenging to transition from my usual workout to calisthenics, but I have progressed quite a lot so far. I really can see all the improvements I made and my physique is definitely better. I have doing a mix of personal training and online (when I am on holiday), it is nice to have a list of workouts to follow. Looking forward to master handstand in the near future.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Mikey for 6 months and have had a great experience. I really like the systematic programming and the combination of in-person sessions together with excel spreadsheets for my own work. Mikey has always been super responsive, gave me specific routines when I was traveling, was very flexible with meeting times etc.

Fantastic experience: From day 1 Mikey seemed super knowledgeable and was great explaining his approach to training. I was completely new to calisthenics and I wanted to retain some weight exercises during my gym routine. He created a bespoke plan that combined both Calesthetics and weight training that allowed me to work towards my goals. Even though the progression takes time. I’m really happy how my body is changing, recently getting lots of complements. My body also feels more agile and the joint pains I suffered with intense weight training are now gone. Fantastic experience: Mikey is a great PT, I had never done callisthenics before and it’s been great to learn some new exercises and improve on other regular ones. He’s very patient, knowledgeable and his methodology is easy to follow. Unfortunately I had to stop the training for personal reasons but would definitely come back and highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Mikey is a fantastic coach. I've been having individual training with him for about 6 months now, to learn handstands completely from scratch. I can honestly say that it would have taken four or five times as long without having such expert, systematic, and tailored guidance from him. The sessions aren't just focused on skills, and Mikey builds in strength training as well. I've definitely felt the difference, feel much more functional strength than I've had for years, and am still progressing. He also tailors everything to your needs - after I got a running-related injury, he changed things up to build strength elsewhere and allow recovery. Well recommended!

Fantastic experience: Mikey delivered well above what I was expecting for the online coaching program. Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Mikey in classes for over a year and as my online coach since spring 2023 and he is fantastic. His online coaching made me stick to a routine and progress consistently. It’s a very personalised, tailored programme - challenging but never overwhelming. Fantastic experience: Mikey is no doubt the best Calisthenics trainer I've had. His outdoor classes in Finsbury Park are a must for me every week, and I've noticed how much I've improved since I started with him a couple of months ago. Regardless of your level, he'll spend time coaching everyone in the group and correcting your technique. He's also super friendly and his classes are quite social, so you even if you're a newby to Calisthenics you'll never feel like an outsider.

Fantastic experience: Mikey is a very competent and all round trainer. I have now been training with him for a few months and I’m very satisfied. The program is specifically tailored to my needs and strengths, so every time I leave the gym or park I feel great because I was able to achieve my goals. Every week is different and there’s always a progression to each exercise. Good time keeping and organisation, I love that I can always access videos through my phone directly from the program file, if I forgot the correct form for one of the drills. I strongly recommend Cali-Strength for anyone that wants to approach calisthenics training to improve balance, strength and body awareness. Fantastic experience: If you want to try out calisthenics, improve your form or build strength through bodyweight exercises Mikey (Cali-Strength) is your guy.
