Fantastic experience: I started PT with Jason 8 weeks ago and I couldn’t recommend him enough! Jason has helped me stay motivated and consistent, which has allowed me to continue to stick to my goals even on my bad days. The sessions are always full of laughs and exciting. I couldn’t be happier with the results I’m already seeing from the sessions and look forward to my future sessions and results

Fantastic experience: I joined JSFitness back in May 2024 with the goal of improving my strength, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. From day one, the atmosphere has been so welcoming, and Jason’s support and knowledge has been invaluable. Jason has every session varied and challenging and the progress I've made in both my strength and overall fitness has been amazing. I just competed in my first Hyrox event—something I never thought I’d do! Thanks to Jason’s training/coaching and the support of the team, I was able to take on that challenge and loved it. I highly recommend Jason’s gym to anyone, no matter your age or fitness level. It’s such a welcoming and friendly place where everyone can grow, improve, and be supported along the way :)

Fantastic experience: I started PT sessions 8 weeks ago with Jason and could not be happier with the results I have seen in myself in such a small amount of time. Jason takes his time to tailor a plan for each client, whether this be in the gym or with nutritional advice. Before I was nervous to workout in the gym (especially lifting weights) in a busy communal gym, however attending 1-1 sessions at JS Fitness has allowed me to grow in confidence due to the privacy. It is very clear Jason is super knowledgeable with both fitness and nutrition and makes me feel very at ease (and have a laugh) in every session! He is always happy to help with any questions and daily check ins have allowed me to stay accountable. I really look forward to my sessions now and would recommend JS Fitness to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Just want to say a huge thank you to Jason and all the members at JSFitness, since I joined in January I honestly feel like a different person, never knew I was capable of pushing myself like this. The gym is such a fantastic community and I always feel 100 times better after each session, Jason is truly amazing at what he does and I feel so grateful that I’m part of the team now. I feel healthier, happier, stronger and my confidence is growing every day in the gym Thank you so much for pushing me and making me see what I am capable of. Just a few months ago I was stuck in a rut and feeling the worst version of myself and now I have a new lease of life and feel amazing!! 100% recommend Jason’s gym to anyone looking to get fitter and stronger and just generally looking to change their life!

Fantastic experience: My sister and I have been attending buddy training sessions with Jason for eight weeks now and I am so happy with the progress that I have made even in this short space of time. We do one training session a week, which is always different, and do our 10,000 steps a day as well as eating healthily. Jason is friendly and approachable and offers support when needed or asked for and is clearly very knowledgeable in his field and I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: I first heard about Jason when I saw the results my cousin was getting after getting PT from Jason. Having been to a number PT's in the past and going to the gym 4/5 times a week I was not getting the results I was hoping to achieve. We all know to lose weight you need to move more and eat less but easier said than done! I had 8 weeks until my holiday so thought I would go to Jason to help me get fit for my holiday. After 8 weeks of attending 1 session a week (70 miles round trip) along with nutritional guidance, achieving 10k steps a day and being accountable for my calories and macros I was able to lose lbs and inches! Not only do I feel fitter, less bloated with eating cleaner, feel stronger and I'm even able to deadlift more than my body weight. This result is only the beginning and only motivates me to get even fitter, leaner and stronger in the long term. I'll be back after my holidays to start my PT again - you will get results if you put in the hard work.

Fantastic experience: I started working with Jason 8 weeks ago! I went along in two minds not knowing if I had the confidence to start PT sessions! After sitting down with Jason and him talking me through everything bit by bit I decided to take the step in starting PT! During the start of the year I really lost my confidence with my body and in myself and I was in a really low point in my life! Working with Jason has been the best decision I have ever made hands down! The amount of time, effort and support he puts in to each client is remarkable and he is honestly the most genuine loveliest human you will ever meet! I can proudly now say I have dropped a dress size, lost 5 inches around my waist and hips and I am such a happy place and have my confidence back, This is all down to Jason’s hard work and determination. So if anyone is looking to improve their lifestyle I can’t recommend Jason enough! Best decision you will ever make.

Our sessions are are always enjoyable and varied and he is very good at pushing your limits which I feel I have benefitted from as it has shown me what I can be capable of. Jason is always positive and cheerful and is keen to share his knowledge and answer all my many questions with regards to nutrition and fitness. I have enjoyed working on my strength and learning new exercises. I feel a huge improvement in my overall fitness level and he has helped me to embrace living a healthier lifestyle. I am very proud of all that I have achieved in such a short space of time working with him and look forward to continuing to smash my goals. Fantastic experience: I worked with Jason for a 4 week block to build my motivation and confidence with strength training after having a baby. He kept the sessions friendly and relaxed while also challenging me to achieve way more than I thought i could. i would highly recommend him to anyone returning to exercise after a break as he provides great support and expertise.
