Fantastic experience: Great local 24/7 gym! Old school weights, but has everything that you need, even cardio machines. Owner is really friendly and always available to ask if unsure on the equipment. Gym has a range of drinks that you can buy from pre-workout shots, protein shakes and many delicious bars for on the go. Would say more males go to this gym but never the less a few females go aswell, never uncomfortable always a great atmosphere and everyone is friendly!:)

Fantastic experience: By a far the friendliest gym owner I've come across! Really nice guy, who offers worthwhile advice. I'm working here for a few months and this was instantly the best gym in the area for me. Its a proper old school man's gym (women go too!) with heavy weights and people who just get on with what they're doing. Would definitely recommend
