Fantastic experience: The club is an excellent place to train. Nathan is an Army vet, also gone through uni so knows his stuff. He is a good man that will push you with encouragement. He knows when to push you and his five second count feels like 10. You should definitely book a session

Fantastic experience: Nathan is a fantastic Personal Trainer. He is very knowledgeable and challenges you to achieve your goals, he has worked with me, my Husband and Son, all with different aims. Weights, cardio, core etc. Two sessions are never the same although usually equally tough! Recommend.
Fantastic experience: Have been working with Nathan for years now and he has always supported me in reaching my goals, pushed me to maintain a healthy lifestyle and somehow, for someone that isn’t sporty at all, makes it enjoyable! Nathan is super knowledgeable but just a nice guy in general so I’d definitely recommend him if you want a trainer that’s reliable, a good laugh and will push you to be a healthier, better you.

Fantastic experience: I was having quite a dilemma today, I have had finally sourced new fitness equipment but had zero strength to get up any of them, feeling at a lost as I'm unable to do anything RIGHT NOW to get started... Nathan then swooped in and gave me a handful of basic exercises I am fully capable of doing NOW, I sent him clips to double check I was doing it right and he guided me accordingly... He did all this on a credit as I was 4 days from payday but felt utterly defeated until he swooped in and now I feel lifted again... I have a handful of basic exercises I can start with instead of having to wait a whole week to get started, now I can start in the mean time... I cannot thank him enough! Totally turned my day around for me - thank you so much Nathan! Cannot recommend highly enough, where everyone else had me waiting weeks before any real commencement started Nathan got in and got the job done and I'm starting tonight! Superb job - attention to detail in customer care - superb work - thank you!

Fantastic experience: Best Personal Trainer around! Always finds new and fun ways to exercise, my favourite is the Boxing which is always so enjoyable. Nathan never pushes you past your limit but keeps you going and even puts up with my constant gossiping and moaning :)

Fantastic experience: Cannot thank Nathan enough for his support and encouragement in helping me to develop both my technique and confidence in the gym. His all-round approach is fantastic and it’s clear that he has tailored my programme to meet my individual needs. Before beginning with Nathan, I had tried to get started in the gym numerous times, but with his friendly and motivational outlook this time I’m making great progress and can see the results of our hard work. Fantastic experience: I've been training with Nathan for just over a month, I'm not the most athletic individual and always feel self conscious as I'm overweight but Nathan makes me feel at ease and tweaks Workouts to suit. Workouts have been challenging but enjoyable. It's nice to do a mix of cardio, weights, core and strength work. He's helped me a bit with nutrition and taught me the importance of protein!

Fantastic experience: Before I started seeing Nathan I had no drive to do anything, the first session I had with him showed me that losing weight doesn't have to be running and can be enjoyable. He is the perfect person to have as a personal trainer, he pushes you too your limits whilst ensuring that you won't injure yourself. Your able to have a laugh with him while you train and he doesn't make you feel judged in any way. He's flexible in the sense that you can choose the best day and time and if you can't make it he'll happily re-schedule. As well as helping me train he gave me exercises to do at home and advice on what sort of diet I should stick to. I've been seeing Nathan for a couple months now and he's helped me lose 1 stone 6 pounds and I can't thank him enough. He's a great guy and a great PT and I would definitely recommend him.
Fantastic experience: Nathan is a great PT - though I hate him at times when in the middle of yet another set of Bulgarian Split Squats!! - in all seriousness he's a great motivator who works with you to understand and help you fulfil your fitness goals and is also completely relateable as he loves food as much as I do! I've been working with him for a few years now and love the changes to my strength and fitness levels. Definitely recommend him Carole
Fantastic experience: Been Training with Nathan for a few years and it has been really great! Very friendly and gears the work out to what you want to achieve but also pushes you to do that bit more! In a good way,. You do feel like you achieve something in every session, never the same and do love the boxing, not so much the squats!

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Nathan for 2 years now and have seen great results! He is relatable and really walks the walk himself which is a great source of motivation. Whether you want to make a change to your lifestyle or learn some new exercises to add to your workout routine Nathan is your guy.
Fantastic experience: Used Nathan when training for armed forces fitness test which really helped me. He was very motivational and really pushed me. Within around 8 sessions we got from 13 to 40 push ups in a minutes, and really improved with my sit ups aswell. Not only did he help with this, he also helped and gave advice on my diet which made me see improvements. Would recommend to anyone looking to improve themselves.
Fantastic experience: I have been having PT with Nathan for over 2 years and no two session have ever been the same. Nathan takes me out of my comfort zone to a place I wouldn’t necessarily go which surprises and pleases me. Nathan always checks I’m okay with the exercise and adjusts when necessary.
